I needed an intake for my dodge challenger and i was looking through this thick book and David called over to me and asked if i needed any help. He looked up the part, i got the cabin filter and im very thankful for the service i received here . . . Im a regular and i always get taken care of when I stop in . . Check them out, you wont be disappointed . . .

Employees are super nice a man even bought my boys some hotwheels one day. It was a really nice gesture when we have five kids and can't always just get them whatever all the time. Definitely made the boys days and ours to see them smile. Especially when it was a rough day getting parts to fix a vehicle will be paying the gesture forward.

They say they need help but every time I go in thinking it s got better to my surprise it hasn t. If you want to make sure your getting the attention you may need while deciding the parts you want forget it here. Unless your there just as it opens or just before it closes. If one person or 20 are there there will never be more than two to help you. Seems like they are too busy for you. Just my experience.

Super helpful with all my questions. Tonight they helped push my car into a parking spot so it can be safe for the night until the mechanic retrieves it tomorrow to be repaired. Each time I go, they don't treat me like in a dim blond even though I clearly am- unlike a few other places.

Competive prices online and in store. Great place for tools, parts and advice on your automotive maintinance and repair projects. They are usually busiest in the evenings. Highly recommend them.

I just called to check if they had parts. The Gentleman was very helpful, I didn't know exactly what I needed. He looked it up, also looked to make sure nothing else needed to be gotten so I'd have the complete install. It was nice he took the time.

I think the local store carries every part I might ever need for my wife's 08 explorer. Called all around town looking for brake and suspension parts, they didn't disappoint.

This place was a nightmare when Ginger was the manager, the staff was morally deficient to say the least. John W. and Billy P. were two of the worst scoundrels out there. Hiding and participating in adultery and infidelity among their married coworkers. Maybe under new management things are different. The parts they carry are of substandard quality, just as the help.

I called a day ago and asked for some parts to be ordered. They said they ordered them. Today, I go to pick up the parts. No parts. Does not show ordered, and they had no excuse or even said they were sorry for the mishap.Liars. Thanks for wasting my time. Last time I ever shop there. Be a good consumer and supplier everyone!

I ordered two wheel assemblies on July 9th. I was informed by the guy at counter one would be in the next morning and the other should be in by 2pm in afternoon. He did inform me that I should call to make sure second one had arrived after 2pm. I called at 3:45pm on July 10th as told. I asked if both were in was told both were there. I live 45 minutes away from store. I arrive to have the lady get an attitude and tell me you called and asked if I had two, i told you two were on hand i didn't go look to make sure. This is ridiculous. Why would you tell someone you have a part without checking. I will never shop at any O'Reilly every again if this is the kind of employees they have.

The first trip there ended up with the guy giving me the wrong parts but during the second trip the next guy I talked to CJ went above and beyond to insure I got the right parts which included him breaking out the micrometer and measuring the part to insure accuracy. Over all it turned out alright but only because the one associate took the time to make sure he was selling quality products that were for the proper application thanks CJ for the help

Super nice and helpful employees.If your husband sends you for a part a great tip is, VIDEO. TAKE VIDEO OF HIM EXPLAINING WHAT HE WANTS ANS WHAT FOR.Then hand them your phone in the store. Lol

Went and purchased caliber bolt guides for 14.07 on 8 2 21. my card was charged 307.78 on 8 3 21.. "no record of this sale at store"..someone got my bank info from this store .and drained it..

I always get my car/truck parts at O'Reilly Auto Parts,.. I receive a military discount on all purchases, plus after every$100.00 I spend, I receive a $5.00 discount card in the mail. They give quick, knowledgeable, accurate service every time I visit.

I went there grabbed my item and got in line to check out. There were three associates behind the counter. One was assisting in what looked like a complicated check out procedure. Another was checking out another customer until the phone rang then he stepped away from the register. The third person was on the phone when I got in line. There were six people waiting to check out. The third guy finally got off the phone and just stood there and did not attempt to process the customers waiting in line.I set my item on the floor where I stood and left.It seems priority is placed on those who call the store than than those in line with money in hand.

Although the system is wrong with parts for my car the service was still friendly and the price is better than a certain other place. At least one of the employees was able to inform better on issue with my parts according to the system as a common thing these days.
