Very, very nice store, clean and well-kept, with friendly, helpful employees. Don't let this smaller-sized store fool you. There is a great deal of merchandise to choose from. Rewards and coupons help you get a good deal on many items.

It's always a pleasure going in O'Reilly they're quick to help and if they can't they will point you in the right direction so that's the place to go.

Went in for a return with a receipt and was hassled for it due to not having the card that I purchased it on even tho it was a debit transaction , all while having to listen to the employees complain about they re jobs. Sorry but your a parts store and people call to get quotes and need parts looked up. If you don t like your job, then find another. Not very professional to complain about your job in front of customers.

Very nice staff. They have a great parts selection. If they don't have what you need they can get it for you generally by the next day.

Every time I go to this new O'Reilly's in E-Town next to Kohl's department store them people know how to work on cars and they know where to look at on the internet to help you I find this place to be a really good place or if you need help with your car and the people are really nice as well way to go keep up the good job

Ordered a rear end pan cover and gasket and I only got the pan , had to go to another store O'Riley to get the gasket and when I got there they were saposed to have it out for pickup.but the guy at the counter didn't know a thing about it.

We went in for a quick pickup and it turned out being what seemed like 15 minutes in line waiting ..I have no idea what the three or four people I seen were doing..

Great auto parts store in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A military discount is offered here as well.

The employee there named Robert was very disrespectful over the phone..then when I went in to get a refund he would not stop trying to cut me off to the point I had to remind him I was the customer it's rude to cut off the customer while they are trying to talk...would not recommend them to anyone
