Used to be a NAPA service center mechanic next to this location. The employees, management, owner all the above are nothing short of amazing. Always professional and smiling, never once had a problem in the years I worked using them for parts on a daily basis.

Bought brake pads & rotors from their website. They sent an email when the order was ready to be pi ked up. I go to pick them up, they offer to carry them to my truck because they're heavy. (I passed on that, but it was a nice gesture). Transaction was very easy & saved about $60 compared to the local competitors

I wasted money with O'Reilly's, Auto Zone and Advanced Auto. On brake lines for a Jeep Grand Cherokee.Dont be like me. Go into NAPA, talk with the employees there. They dont play the "guess it may fit game.. "They actually make sure the part is right.

Ordered a part Monday and was told it would be in maybe Tuesday and Wednesday for sure. Called Tuesday and no part but was told it would be there Wednesday morning. Drive to store 30 miles one way and no parts. They told me they would be in on UPS truck at noon and they would call me. NO CALL and NO PARTS when I went back to store at 1:30 pm. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Stopped at Federated Auto Parts in Elizabethtown also and they got me the parts off of the shelf and $4 cheaper on the parts . WILL NEVER DEAL WITH NAPA AGAIN !!!

Used to the men would help a woman replace windshield wipers or a fuse... I guess shivelry is dead! Recent trip was fruitless.. Left after being treated like i was an idiot... But thats ok.. Auto zone bent over backwards to help me.
