Customer service is trash, "Joey the owner"Very disrespectful.Cost me more money.Warranty isn't worth it.Do not recommend.

We were very happy with the job Mr Transmission did for us. My husband was having trouble with his truck going into gear. He took to them. Fearing it was going to be something serious and cost a fortune. But they called and said they fixed it for under 200. He was thrilled.

Took my 2007 Nissan Frontier with 178,800 miles to Mr. Transmission in Radcliff KY for a tuneup and O2 sensor replacement. Joey, the owner, went over every detail of the work and gave me the exact cost. He later contacted me to let me know about another problem (which I already knew about so I know he wasn't trying to upsale me) He and his team did a great job on time. My mileage has improved and the truck runs great. I recommend this shop with confidence and will go back for any needed maintenance that I cannot do myself. Top Notch operation run by very good and qualified people. Thanks Joey

Highly recommend - been going there for several years now. Whenever one of our three vehicles needs the serious stuff we cannot do: this time was front brake and caliper replacements. Joey's very fair estimate is what was charged, he worked around our schedule, and my wife's truck is back on the road. A long very happy post. We have been feeling car jerk when accelerating. Planning a trip back to Tx between assignments , I was very concerned. I have a very hard time with projecting the worse case scenario. What if car breaks down on way ? What if we get to Tx and then it breaks down ? How will I get back to Kentucky for second assignment? Would we rent a car ? How many miles would be be allowed to take it ? How much would it cost a day ? How would I ever save enough to get car fixed if paying for a rental ? I ve been doing a lot of praying , I know the spirit of fear is NOT from God. I prayed that he would put someone in our path to help us , with faith that He would.Last week I called a place an hour from us ( Justin was thinking it was transmission so we had to find a transmission specialist. ). Then the thought .. How will be get back to hotel ? How will I get to work? The guy there told me that their reviews were so great that they were always full and I would be without a car for a week.I called Justin from work. I told him the situation and asked him what we should do. I am a firm believer that the man is made to be the provider and protecter , and that he has the final say in decisions. He called a place 10 miles from us. They said to bring it in first thing today. We were the only ones in there. The shop looked very humble. The chip machine was empty and there was no coffee. They had a pool table in waiting area. My first thought was they are not greedy. This young man walks up. ( about my son s age ). Very polite. He told us he was going to test drive car. He came back , and told us the torque converter. ( not major ). I explained to him we were going to be driving 12 hours one way in a a couple of weeks , and would it make it. He said , if it were mine I would drive it . I couldn t believe my ears. Most mechanics probably would have convinced me I needed to pay 5 grand for a new transmission. He suggested some fluid that could be added to solve the problem. He showed Justin where to put it. Using wisdom, I asked if he young man if he could do it. He said , yes , but I ll have to charge you . Again my imagine get away with me and I m thinking a few hundred dollars. I asked how much and he said FIFTY !! Then he said he had to order the fluid. I m thinking it would probably take days to get there. I asked how long it would take , and he said about 30 minutes . WOW !!! I walked outside to get my tea cup out of the car and I see him filling it up. I was tearing up. The whole thing cost 50 ( Most places cost at least twice that to even look and see what s wrong ).Here is the thing :: I HAVE BEEN PRAYING FOR GOD TO SEND SOMEONE TO HELP. THIS MORING I PRAYED FOR THE MECHANIC BEFORE WE EVEN GOT THERE , AND I ASKED GOD TO HELP HIM WITH HONESTY.HE PROVIDES. HE ANSWERS PRAYERS THAT ARE IN LINE WITH HIS WILL.Love , peace and blessings This was Mr. transmission in E town / Radcliff , Kentucky.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Wow, this place is amazing. The owner was super friendly and did not yank my chain when it came to my Jeep. You just don't get customer service like this anymore.

Joey was very friendly and professional. We came in with an older model Jeep that kept dying and was throwing transmission codes. After an initial transmission rebuild and replaced the torque converter the vehicle was still dying every time it was put in gear. Joey and his team kept at it until they found the problem and fixed it without charging and arm and a leg for it. I highly recommend Mr. Transmission in Radcliff.Service: Transmission

Joey and guys did an awesome job on my explorer I'm so happy. They took it in on late Monday and it was ready friday. My transmission was very bad, Joey told me everything about what was going on and whats happening, not like other place that want your money and push you out. I'm so going to be a repeating customer for all my issues with the explorer and highly recommend him.

I brought a 2012 F150 pickup in for Joey and his staff to look at to evaluate before I bought it. I knew that it needed brake work and I wanted a complete check out while he had it. Turns out the water pump was seeping that I wasn't aware of as well. Joey and the staff at Mr. Transmission/Milex Complete Auto Repair pointed this out and gave me a fair estimate for all repairs needed that allowed me to negotiate a little better price on the truck. I authorized the repairs and have been driving the truck problem free for 6 months now.I would highly recommend Mr. Transmission/Milex Complete Auto Repair for any of your auto maintenance and/or repair needs.

I initially had my son's car towed to another transmission shop in Elizabethtown because it was not shifting out of 1st gear. That shop told me that the transmission needed replaced and then proceeded to tell me the prices. The prices were going to be anywhere between $900 to $2200. Well then they also told me that they would most likely have to replace the transmission computer as well. I looked around then called and talked to Joey he said all he could is look at it and let me know what he finds. Well the next day he called to tell me that it wasn't the transmission at all it was a ground wire. Thank goodness i found a shop that was honest with me. They definitely saved me a lot of money and the now have a customer for life. Thank you sooo much.

Made an appointment the day before with Mr. Transmission. Showed up on time and waited for 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the front desk. Their waiting room was dirty and their vending machines were empty...don't even know if they still worked. A very poor way for new customers to make a first impression. I didn't even bother getting the work on my car done. It seemed overpriced and too time consuming after finally speaking with someone. Went to the dealership instead for my work...will never even call these people again.

Took my kia in on a Monday for a used transmission, got my car back on Thursday with a smile. My car never ran right again. I took it back multiple times only to be told that I don't know how to drive my 6 speed. I'm a former OTR truck driver. I've owned manual transmission cars and trucks my whole driving career. Wasted $1500 and totalled my car due to my clutch. Joey is a scum bag. Tried to flirt and act cute with until I brought my dad up there. My advice. Go somewhere else. Stay away!!!

Wow what can I say these people saved us. We broke down in Elizabeth town Kentucky. We found Me Transmission and they not only fixed the truck they found us a camp ground and took us there and offered to take us to the grocery store and to the car rental place.... I mean who does that. They fixed the truck and off we went. Extremely nice people and they know what they are doing.

After I had my transmission rebuilt at Mr. transmission 6975 N Dixie Hwy, Elizabethtown Kentucky my Wife and 3 children decided to take a trip, and did not end the way I thought it would have. First I would like to be completely honest with you. I worry about my children and my wife I want to make sure they have reliable and safe transportation without any worries with this being the case my wife s ford explorers transmission went out and wanted to make sure it was don right so I did not have any worries about it in the future and transmissions are expensive to replace or rebuild and were not rich and we don t have a lot of money so I did not want to have to keep rebuilding this transmission over and over so I decided to take it to Mr. transmission 6975 N Dixie Hwy, Elizabethtown Kentucky I let them do a complete rebuild on the transmission which was $2,500 now they gave a warranty of only 12 months or 12,000 miles. Also the service on a transmission there usually around 30,000 miles according to the Ford Maintenance scheduling and I thought at least I would have that until I had to even service the transmission . At witch point I later discovered that I could have got a transmission from Ford motor company for about the same cost for a 3 year warranty and unlimited mileage I could have also gotten the same transmission from a place called whatever it takes transmission for a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty so now looking back I see that I may have made a mistake because the warranty on this rebuilt transmission compared to other rebuilt transmissions dose no live up to the standard. So I had invested the money to have professionals rebuild the transmission now I know being a driver of over 15 years and owning around 20 or so cars from different brands makes and models that transmissions if taken care of could last hundreds of thousands of miles so I was only under the assumption that it would last longer than the 14 thousand miles that it did last and so when my wife decided to take a visitation trip to north Carolina I felt secure knowing that I had a rebuilt transmission in my wife s truck that she would make it to north Carolina and back WELL this DID NOT HAPPEN it ended up she made it 148 miles to London Kentucky where the transmission went out of the truck I had my wife and 3 boys stranded and in a place where I could not even get to them I was almost 150 miles away it would take about 4 hours to get to them they could not move they had no place to go we only had a limited budget to make it there and back and there were no family or friends that could help at the time and all of this was happening due to the rebuilt transmission that I believe should not have failed in such little time and your talking about me a father that was just sick and worried and miserable just knowing that my family could be in danger. You cant image how much of a bad father and husband that I felt like knowing there was nothing I could do. At an area I was unfamiliar with and did not have a place to go to safety not to mention I was in an accident at work and immobilized because of 9 fractures and an amputated to there was nothing I could do for my family to protect them and I was at a point were I had to beg family friends and strangers to get it towed back to an auto repair shop. Only because I had called Mr. Transmission and they told me that there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty. Look I understand that a warranty is for a certain amount of time but my family was out of town there transmission that they rebuilt had failed I had to find alternative means to get the vehicle back up to the shop Luckily out of desperation I found Expert Auto Mechanics And Truck Repair on 1728 E Rockford Ln, Louisville Kentucky and their owner Tim Dunn that is an ASE master certified mechanic took care of the towing bill to get my truck to the shop and listen this vehicle was only over the warranty by less than 2,000 miles which is less than an oil change which is 3,000 miles. I put my faith into them and now i have no vehicle

I just call for information and advice for my vehicle. Joey provided useful troubleshooting information. If that does not fix the problem, I will definitely be taking my vehicle to them.

Brought my hummer in for transmission work. Joey explained the process for my wife to understand and was very impressed with the respect and openness they all showed that you normally don't see or hear at a auto shop. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

This guy is full of it. Told me to do a google review and you get a free oil change, but every time I try to get the oil change he says I don t have a rack to do it. How do you call yourself a full service auto care center and can t do a basic oil change??????? And one of the workers said when I called that we don t do oil changes for google reviews

Had a very good experience with the Etown location of Mr. Transmission. Replaced the transmission on my '06 Nissan Murano. Service was good, staff was knowledgeable and the price was exactly as quoted.

Had my transmission rebuilt could not be more satisfied with the work the quality work and the attention to detail that was provided by Joey and his staff they do much more than just Transmission was there and the work is all first-rate

Went to get my transmission pan fixed, they "fixed" it by taking off my gasket and replacing it with RV Silicone. And said my pan doesn't need a gasket. Charged over $100 and it started to leak again 2 months later.

Took our car to get it checked out, the guy said it was the pump and some gears. It would cost us $3000.00. I ask him if another part could cause this problem he said no. Took it some where else and that mechanic said it was that other part that causing the problem $100.00 to fix.o

Horrible service, dismissive employees, extreme negligence, didn't so much as check the fluids on my car. Don't waste time, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE MONEY, on this sham mechanic. God bless.
