I had David look at my car and he was really nice and reasonable as well as actually listened to what I had to say. He took his time assessing my car and going over every possibility of what could be wrong before giving me a quote on how much it ll be to fix it. Going into a mechanical place as a female, it s always up in the air on how you re going to be treated but he was really kind and understanding and definitely didn t treat me as if I knew absolutely nothing about anything car related. I had a great experience and know for a fact he s going to be my go to mechanic!

Brought in my dodge 2500 for a valve stem replacement! Got everything fixed very fast. Even stayed after hours. I am very pleased with the work, and will forever go back to this store! Thanks to yall!

Jordan is amazing and if you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest location to take your car call her! She clearly loves her job and I would take my services elsewhere of she left. Next raises need to go to her!

This is the 3 time that we have been there WITH an appt and the vehicle wasn't touch all day!!!! Waiting hours after our appt times to pick up vehicles and they were not ready, 3 different vehicles, 3 different appts. The last time my husband had to run home & get his own tools for them to use!!!The manager is full of nothing but excuses. She isn't helpful AT ALL.Not a good place to go

On Sunday afternoon, November 5 I had a low tire driving on I-65. After adding air I drove to the Elizabethtown Michel's. Only two men were covering the shop & counter and people waiting. The gentleman wrote the order, repaired the tire and had me back on the road in under two hours. Service and courtesy was outstanding.

Had an appointment at 3:00 on Saturday for an oil change and the $9.99 inspection Steve told me that it would take about 45 minutes I was there for over 2 hours. I was not very happy I even dropped the car off at 2:00 to be early for them. Jordan said that she was sorry but by that time I was already mad.

Do Not Go Here. Took 3 visits and 10 hours to get a alignment. I talked to 4 or 5 people, they all contradicted each other every time. Perhaps by accident or just pure deceit. They still could not get it correct, but got it "close". They do not work well together. I think they lack in mechanical knowledge.Plus: They never had any attitude towards me, or were rude at any point. Always nice and respectful.But neither of my cars are going back.

I had a tire ready to blow out (metal belts showing) and was 60 miles from home. Even worse, I had a very important job to be at in a few hours, and was never going to make it if I didn t get this tire replaced immediately. After going to Ken Towery s up the road and being turned away by an extremely rude employee named Ricky, I went here instead hoping they would be different. Rob Casey, manager, and crew saved my day! They changed my tire old-school with a floor jack (my truck was too big to fit in their bay) and got me safe to drive home in time to make it to my job. They were also extremely nice in doing so. I highly recommend this place! Thanks again for saving the day!

Made an appointment to have valve stems put in all the wheels. I waited 10 hours to go pick the truck back up and it was still in the same spot I parked it. Nothing had been done in the timeframe.

They did an amazing job on my alignment and it has a lifetime warranty! My car is lowered on racing coilovers and has a camber kit wasn't a problem for them at all!

My mom and friends were on a road trip when her alternator went out. She called around from shop to shop at 4pm on a Friday night. This was the only shop that was even willing to look at the vehicle. Not only that they had 3 employees stay late and make sure the job was done so they could continue on their trip & make the most of their vacation. Excellent customer service.Service: Transmission

My son had broke down on the way to his friend and I used this experience to show him how best to handle the situation. After properly dismounting the wheel We took the wheel/tire to Tires Plus in Etown. It was near the end of the day and the only person there was the Manager, Jordan Murrell. She was very understanding, and since the tech was already out the door for the day, she took matters into her own hands and performed the repair and balance for us. She answered our questions and processed the sale quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Tires Plus in Etown and Jordon my son was able to get on to his destination, and all was well. If you get the chance people, go and see them for yourself. Decide for yourself. I was absolutely not even close to being disappointed during any of my dozens of visits to this location.Service: Tires

They took care of inflating my lawnmower tire within 5 minutes of me walking it in.I ordered a new tire on Amazon for my riding lawnmower. I got the tire on the rim, but I could not get the bead to get flush enough to fill with air.I ran rope, 3 ratchet straps, and even considered spraying it with ether and lighting the thing on fire from the videos you find on youtube.With a little better judgement, I decided to just see if a local tire store could help.Michel s was the first one I called. They picked right up, and said to bring it in.They squared me away very quickly. Saved the rest of my day.

Please do not go here i would hate to see anyone get injured or possibly worse. This place could have killed me. I went there to get my tores fixed, rotation and oil change. They never rotated my tires. I specifically asked if it was full service with all fluids? They of course said yes and none of my fluids were touched other than oil. Then my tire goes flat in less than a mile almost causing an accident. I mean my rim was on the ground as soon as i left and i needed a tow as soon as i left, which i paid for. The manager promised to make it right. Unfortunately, he has passed away. I stupidly called them for an alignment today and spoke to Jordan the manager and she was incredibly unhelpful and rude and used his death as an excuse. Wow

Had a flat tire this morning, went in and these gentlemen took great care of my needs. Pointed out severe issues and helped me purchase new tires at a great price. Jordan Murrell was incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. I will certainly be coming back to this location and send my friends and family here. Couldn't be happier. I was traveling Friday with four friends to Nashville when my alternator went out . They stayed open late for us on a Friday night to get us safely on our way. I can't tell you how grateful I am for your quick diagnosis and kindness!

I called Friday and asked if there was an appointment for today. I was told there was a slot for 4 pm, which I gladly accepted. I asked to have my brakes inspected, but don't do any work until I find out what it will cost. I dropped my car off an hour early, left it there to be worked on. I called to ask if they could also replace a bulb on the driver's side brake light. I waited another half hour, then called back to find out the results of the inspection. This was at 5:15, and I knew they close at 6 pm. Needless to say, I was concerned they wouldn't have time to finish the work. That's when I found out they had just put it up on the rack! I was upset. I told him to forget it. There was no way brakes could safely be inspected and installed in 40 minutes! My day was completely wasted, and I left the shop with unsafe brakes. Now I'm back to square one. Thanks a lot for NOTHING! I will not be back.

Extremely overpriced. Will mark up labor and over charges for parts. I was charged $526 for plugs and wires and another 500 for something they didn't even do. After I questioned the price it suddenly dropped from $995 ( for plugs and wires) to $526. $128/hour for labor and was told it took 3 hours for them to do! Completely ridiculous. Don't go here if you do check their charges! They are taking full advantage of people!

Very friendly and transparent service. When I had a minor issue after brakes were done, they took a look at it same day and fixed it right up. My brakes are doing awesome now! (And they were bad) I always go to Michels when I need something done on my truck.
