On a busy Saturday, they were able to get my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in without an appointment. My brakes on the rear were shot!! These guys are Awesome!! They took care of the issue and I got my Jeep back in the same day!! They are really honest and reliable!! We got a 1st responders' discount!! They offered great customer service!! I felt really comfortable and will definitely be going back!! I highly recommend this place for your automotive car care needs!!!!

This guys are great! I was driving through the state when my Mercedes started handing poorly and they took it for a drive and put it up on the lift and inspected it to find my car frame was broken. They were very helpful, friendly, and informative. Thank you so much!!!

100% recommend this shop to anyone! I was traveling back from spring break with my kids when my alternator went out and got a bad one installed from another place in Georgia then broke down again and got my car across the street from Meineke and had to leave it behind to get home. These guys went out of their way to get it to their shop and get it all fixed up right while being so kind and keeping me up to date through the whole process. If I lived closer this would be our new go to place! Thank you again for being so awesome!

I ve brought my car here for over a year now. Always nice and knowledgeable. Won t pressure you to get upgraded work if they aren t urgent. Always able to get me in when I need some work.

Justin and his crew , has been more than supportive and accommodating to my time here in Elizabethtown , while working at the Blue Oval site. I have a Ford F-150 and the local dealer wasn t able to complete my request for break service because they close at 5pm. Even though I could still hear the sound of work being done in the garage, also upon after my oil change they warned me that my specs on my brakes were at ZERO. They suggested I come back the next day, and to be careful coming to a stop.Welp , I pull right up to Meineke, told them my issue, the manager, managed to have a guy stay over and I was out of there by 6:10 pm.Now , that in my opinion shows character !That is the way of being thoughtful and considerate. To not tap out , but tap in.The guys there deserve all the praise. I truly appreciate my Meineke family , the manager Justin is a fair and decent , also is willing to assist us customers in our time of need. I recommend you pull in and try them for yourself, also they re available on Sunday.Salute to my Meineke family !

Had my front differential fixed, oil change, tire valve sensor replaced and new battery. The manger kept me informed of the progress and called me afterwards to check on how the front differential was working. Man oh man. Justin and Eric rock. I went to get my rear drum brakes replaced and my brakes were a chocolatey mess they went above and beyond to get me road ready. They gave me a discount. It was more than I expected but considering all that was wrong and the work they did I was glad to pay for it. I most definitely would recommend Meinke for all your car care needs. Great job guys. Every time I come to this shop, the employees are always very helpful, and very nice! They're great at communicating and I've always been met with honesty and integrity here. Can't recommend this shop enough! I've been here multiple times (so has my boyfriend, and he's had nothing but great experiences as well) and will continue to return!

Lack of interest for a potential buyer.Asked for help to buy a lap top stayed about 15 minutes wsiting and no one show their face. On my wsy out of the store i asked the greeter to get the MOD to complain about the time wasted. The greetet said that he was the MOD and there was only one person to help and he was not available. I pointed out the store was practically empty and he response was "that's the way it is now and to come back later

Jacob and Robert took great care of me! One day, I was given a spare at no cost because I needed a tire that was legal and would hold air. Went back the next day and purchased 4 more.. in and out in about an hour!

I came in to have work done on my 06 Chevy Truck, and what I really love about this place is the transparency and customer service. They took pictures of everything and created a detailed list. I told them my budget and they worked with me to develop a plan I could reasonably afford. I got about four things fixed in one day. Really couldn't have had a better experience.Service: A/C installation & repair

The tires they got me was very beautiful and they did a great job at making sure every was carefully done. I wanna say if you plan on getting tires from them, they offer amazing plans that also do not include credit checks. You don t have to pay anything down right away you walk out with brand new tires and don t have to start making payments till two more weeks. Everyone there is very kind and respectful. 10/10 recommendations!!!!!Service: Tires

I had two mechanics look at my car before I brought it to Meineke, they had me replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced. I finally brought it to Meineke and it only took them 2 hours to fix my car. I had an exposed wire that was keeping it from starting. They fixed it and didn't charge me anything. I am beyond grateful & will always turn to Meineke first for all future repairs.

We were traveling from Chicago to South Florida. We broke down on I 65 limp into Elizabethtown went to the Meineke service center first thing Saturday morning without an appointment they diagnosed the problem had us back on the road by 10:30 AM Saturday morning Great service great place.

If ur out of town this is the place to go too. The gentleman at 1400 N Dixie are very professional. Due to my work schedule the agreed to try & diagnose my car just 20 mins before closing. They scheduled me for an appointment 2 days later & my car was fixed.

My experience was good. I needed brakes and they took me into the work area to show me. I also got an oil change and so far I m satisfied. If I may suggest the restroom could be cleaner.

I m very impressed with this Meineke. I brought in our truck because I heard a grinding noise coming from the wheels. They took me back to show me the issues after getting all the tires off and explained in depth what was happening. They also identified that my wear on my tires warranted them being rotated. They did that for free since the tires were already off. They found a nail in one tire and pulled/plugged it for no charge. Three hours later i was out the door with new calipers on the front and new brake pads and rotors all the way around. I feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family. They went above and beyond to take care of our vehicle. Thanks so much Justin!Services: Tires, Brakes

We had a bad day are car broke down on the way from Michigan to Alabama it just quit so we had it towed to Meineke and thay turned are day around thay got us it and fixed the problem even sighed us up with a credit card and saved a 100 dollars we left happily on are way thank you

I'm working out of town on a job that's not easy on tires! I've brought my car in three times to replace tires and even short staffed they fixed me up in 30 minutes or less.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about getting my truck fixed the right way. If anyone needs there vehicle fixed always take it to meineke. The job will be done right.
