Had F150 driver s seat repaired. They did an exceptional job and cost was reasonable. They started when scheduled and completed when they were supposed to. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle reupholstering job. .

These guys do an awesome job I work at Big M Chevrolet and send them business a couple times every year the do a great job. The leather they put in the car's is very nice, when they are done it looks clean just like it came from the factory.

Arrogant, rude, and dismissive.ZERO stars is more appropriate!I have a waverunner seat that needs a new cover. I ordered a very nice custom cover from Black-Tip.The instructions from Black-Tip (as well as many many people online who have used their covers before) EXPLICITLY SAY that the new cover is supposed to be stapled directly over top of the old cover. Since they make thousands of these, and deal with thousands of customers, I am inclined to trust their EXPLICIT instructions.The fella of Kustom Auto Restylers seems to feel differently. Differently to the point that he is downright nasty about it. And he felt the need to insult me and the manufacturers instructions for not being an auto upholstery shop . He is right in that neither Black-Tip nor I are in fact an auto upholstery shop , but I take issue with his rotten, arrogant, and insulting demeanor. The downright snotty way that he responded, as well as the dismissive and snide tone he took when I dared to question his expertise were quite off-putting.In addition, the business is filthy, has a foul odor, is ridiculously disorganized, and does not at all demonstrate professional ability. Nor does the distinct lack of autos getting work done at his auto upholstery shop .You would be wise to seek another establishment....unless you would like to be berated, do business with an inflexible know-it-all, and visit a smelly run-down disorganized mess.
