Great! Will Lorenz made it the most easy car buying experience. Was simple from start to finish with no undo pressure. Will got me into a new car that fits my needs, as well as has the features I wanted. Everyone from finance to maintenance were also great. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I had to contact Kia Elizabethtown because my daughter experienced a flat tire two hours from home and they were the closest dealership. From the time I spoke to Pamela and explained our situation, she took absolute care of us to make sure we got fixed and back on the road. She went above and beyond what she had to and I was so grateful for her! Excellent customer service!

Very, very professional and caring. I am a traveling nurse and was on my way from Pensacola Florida to home in Chicago on a Sunday when the tread on my driver's side tire began to come off. Thank God the tire didn't blow on me I was going 90. I pulled over and crept to an exit 2 miles from where my tire started unraveling, I met two angels there that worked in a tire shop for the 16 wheel trucks, that helped me out. I ended up having to stay the night in a hotel in Elizabethtown, and the car was towed to Kia. I was frightened to say the least. However, the next morning Pam another angel called me and said that everything would be ok and all 4 tires had been changed (all of them were completely bald and about to start unraveling), she let me know that my struts needed changing also. I didn't have the money to change them, but she let me know I would make it home with the struts, just get them changed soon. I must say she didn't try to pressure me to make a sale or make me feel bad. She is an angel. I thank God that Kia employs compassionate, caring, great people like her. I must also say we hugged when I got done and she wished me a safe journey the rest of the way. The service I received is well above a 10. As I am crying typing this I can't put into words how grateful I am for Kia and Ms. Pam.

I was 5 hours away from home and needed help with an update.The service staff was absolutely the best I've ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot! They said the update could take anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours to load so instead of having me wait, they let me borrow the drive I needed and go on about enjoying my weekend. First who does that anymore and second, especially for someone not even close to local. Outstanding!!

I own a 2016 Kia Sportage that I bought brand new. In February, my engine blew with no warning. I stopped in to Kia and mentioned this to the lady at the service desk. She immediately told me to have my car towed there and they would run a diagnostic test and send it to Kia and that Kia was extending warranty s on certain issues. It took two weeks but she called me and told me Kia was going to replace my engine for free and they originally set up for me to get a rental car at no cost at enterprise. And when that didn t work out, she told me to come on over and they would give me a loaner. I was so thrilled! It only took three days to order the engine and have it installed! During this time the lady followed up with me a couple times just to let me know what was going on. Thank you Kia from the bottom of my heart! I appreciate everything you did!

Braden, Luke and Nathan are completely amazing. They didn t just try to sale me just any car. These 3 men took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn t won t. Just great customer service. Oh! And did I mention that they even delivered my car to my house the next morning because I had to work. Just an awesome sales team.

Kia of Elizabethtown is the best location we have visited. Service is ensured by Pam; she is wonderful to work with. Not really excited that oil change price went up or that we keep having issues with engine. The good service we have experienced here has been the main factor in us coming back.

This is the very first time that I ve bought a brand new vehicle for me and Braden and Will were both amazing helping me. Braden helped me understand the controls and took his time helping me. If I had a question he listened to me and didn t brush me off like a lot of salesman do. If you decide to get a new or used Kia, go to The Kia Store of Elizabethtown.

The KIA store in E-town was awesome. They worked with for several hours as we figured out exactly what we wanted. C L was a fantastic salesman to work with. He wasn t pushy and he was extremely helpful. When it came time to negotiate they worked with us as well. I recommend them 100% if your looking to purchase a new car.

I worked with several dealerships in a 300 mile radius and Haley is hands down the most efficient sales associate I have ever come across. She was PROMPT, honest, and did not do any of the fluff and smooth talk that I cannot stand. I worked with Marcus to get a new minivan for my growing family. He was very sweet and helpful. He took everything I said to thought when talking to me about vehicles. Marcus was very attentive to all the needs of myself and my husband. He offered us waters and coffee. I am in love with the Kia Carnival that Marcus helped us with. I wanted the Astra Blue EX model, so he traveled up to Louisville to bring me back my dream car. Go see Marcus for the best car buying experience you could ask for.

I bought a pre-owned Buick Regal Premium and Donald Kirby was my sales professional. We had communicated previously, and he knew exactly what we wanted. When we got to the dealership, he met us at the door with the key to the vehicle we were interested in and allowed us to look it over with no pressure. Our entire pre-owned buying experience from The Kia Store was brief and painless.When we brought the vehicle back the next business day for the service department to install an ordered part, the service manager, the advisors and the technician servicing the vehicle were all exceptional. The parts department folks even made sure I didn't need anything while I waited in the service waiting area.Overall, an exceptional experience.

Very pleasant experience at KIA Elizabethtown. Our sales consultant, Jesse was great on communication and quick with the process. Cory handled the F&I and was also a pleasure to work with. The General Manager, Shawn made a point to introduce himself and check on us several times during the process. My wife and I chose to drive 6 hour round trip to deal with KIA Elizabethtown and would do so again.

D I didn t purchase my 2023 KIA EV6 from Kia of Elizabethtown Ky, but the sales consultant Michael Beam gave me excellent service. Mike was responsive in researching my questions and got back with me in a timely manner. He helped explain anything I didn t understand and he was very personable. If you are looking and vehicles at Kia of E-Town, I would ask for Mike Beam.

How often do you buy a car and have a no-regrets experience? I had that and more with the Kia dealership in E-Town.I got the car I wanted at a good price. Service is amazing and prices are right. This is a no hassle customer friendly operation.What is a little spooky is that they genuinely care for their customers. Here is an example:Some Kia engines were using excessive amounts of oil, mine included. I raised this with Pam in the service department. After verifying the problem, Pam got busy and worked her caring magic to get my car fixed. She even kept after me to follow thru on my end.The result? A new engine and a free loaner car, cost zero. As far as I m concerned she s Kia s employee of the year. (Pam, you are appreciated more than you will ever know.)I got a no pressure fair shake at this Kia dealership. I expect you will get the same treatment. It s worth a look.
