My experience with Hinton's Body Shop was phenomenal. I hit a deer which broke the headlight of my car and shattered the grill. I did not claim this on my insurance so the repair was going to be out of pocket. It was important to me to stay in close range of the estimate I got for my own financial wellbeing. The team took care to make my vehicle look great and the cost was very close to the estimate, only a tad more expensive due to a few extra labor hours being required. I can tell that Mr. Hinton cares a lot about his customers and that was reflected by and large through the service I received. So pleased with the work done. My car looks so good I almost didn't recognize it in the parking lot!Service: Body & Trim

Great work great people. Was very happy with the job they did my truck looks great after such systemic hail damage. They even cleaned out my car for me vacuumed wiped off the dash and washed my weather mats. Highly recommended!Just like the old days nice people doing good work.

After taking my vehicle to Hintons Auto Body, I retrieved my vehicle back from them 45 days later in which I had to call them to inquire about and they told me that they forgot to call me after it was repaired so my vehicle was just sitting there for weeks. They returned my car to me with a damaged throw out bearing, my internal stick shift is damaged, there's a nail in my brand new tire and they put an extensive amount of miles on my car. They did great body work but I now have to pay hundreds and possibly thousands dollars to get my vehicle back in running condition.Service: Body & Trim

Hinton s is the kindest, most professional shop for all your auto body needs. Mark has worked on several of my vehicles. Fender replacement, bumper replacement, the whole back of my vehicle was replaced by Mark and his staff. His shop is very kind and considerate, and will give you their honest opinion of what needs to be done. Professional shop at its best. Want things fixed correctly the first time this is the place to go! From body work to painting your vehicle will look as if it was never damaged. It s was so clean after repair I thought it was new again! Thank you for the best work, help with insurance assurance that my vehicle would be as good as new. I m telling everyone about this place!!

Staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They did excellent work on my mustang. It came back in pristine like new condition, even cleaned my vehichle inside and out dusted and waxed. Immaculate service, definitely above and beyond satisfactory work. I could not have asked for a better job, 5 out of 5 I would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done.

Would highly recommend! My car was wrecked from front to back on the passenger side but you can't tell if you looked at it now. The body lines match up like they should and they did a great job matching the paint. We are from northern Ohio and hit a deer in Ky. Major damage! Mark was great about communicating with us on a regular basis to keep us informed. Took awhile to get it completed due to supply issues for parts but appreciate the effort Mark made in being sure the parts were working correctly and not damaged. We have used Hinton's over the years when we have needed work done. They always do excellent work. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I just picked up my car today after we were rear-ended and it looks just like new!

During this Covid 19 virus, Hinton's body shop is working and ensuring they keep us safe and their worker's safe by properly cleaning and sanitizing their Business and your car.I chose Hinton's because they do impeccable work and they provide the best customer service.Thank you Mr. Hinton and your Team for making this Customer a very happy one. My car looked great, I appreciate that you cleaned and sanitized my car to ensure my safety. After a wreck you worry , but you and your Team eased my mind and again I am so thankful.

A friend had to get some work done on her car. Not only did it take a month for them to finish it, a week later the problem was still there. Turns out they let all of the transmission fluid run out and said that it was fine to drive. Transmission is now shot and so is the car. Don t go here unless you want to have to buy a new vehicle. Would leave a 0 star review if i could

Got great service! Turns out I did not need any body work so I was referred to another shop that was able to resolve my issue.Got a good for frreal for no cost from Hinton auto body. If I ever do need actual body work done, I will definitely go back to them.

Hintons went above and beyond. Had to take my car because someone side swiped me and their insurance stopped covering my rental during repairs and Hintons took over while they took the time to do the job right. Awesome customer service and my vehicle looks great. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 10 starts to an establishment this one would be on the list. On the way to Manhester, TN, my undercarriage plate came loose on the highway. This large metal plate was held together by string and tape until it finally came undone on the way back to IL, mangled and warped from my quick non-fix. Thankfully, the closest shop that dealt with cars was Hinton s. I plead my case to a man in the office who helped me immediately. He was able to clip/zip tie the plate and secure it so well that it got us back home safe and sound. Not only did he do this in 90+ weather without a lift, but he did so for free. I experienced true southern hospitality and I m so fortunate to have broken down there vs somewhere else. I m not sure if I would have been treated as well, with as much urgency and care, as I did at Hinton s. Looking around the garage, I could see they had many cars that were all being worked on with the same dedication and professionalism as I had experienced that day. I encourage anyone with body damage in the area to patron this establishment! Thank you Hinton s!!!

Why didn't I go here first???? My 3rd place getting a quote and they simply cleaned off the marks I had and my car looks so much better where I don't need anything done! Amazing service! They got my truck in and out very quickly with zero hassle. They even washed the fresh bird poop off the hood before I drove off the lot. Hopefully I don't need more body work, but if I do, I'll go to Hinton Auto Body.

From start to finish the experience was professional and pleasant. The entire process was explained thoroughly and paperwork was highlighted for quick reference. Not having dealt with an insurance related repair in decades I was not sure what to expect. I was surprised and relieved.

Would not take your vehicle anywhere else. The most detail and knowledgable approach, especially if insurance is involved, almost similar to what you would expect for a complete medical exam for your vehicle. Their work speaks for itself, above and beyond and he makes sure you have a thorough understanding

This place is up in Salem. Indiana is pretty much on the East to Southeast side. It's well-planned out. They have plenty of space to expand its wheelchair accessibility. A lot of people wheelchair accessibility a lot of people can Want to play a space at the well-lit? We need assistance to help you out. The body shop dealership is very very good.

Hit a deer.. Insurance co recommend hintons. Dropped car off on a friday for estimate.. Was treated like i wasn't welcome there. Came back mon they said they didnt do an estimate. And might be a few more days.. Acted like they wernt interested in fixing my car.. So i took it to Swope collision center.. Hospitality was vary poor at hintons.. Swope was vary friendly and acted as they cared and was vary helpful.

They work hard to earn your business..my car was hit broadside in the drivers side rear wheel, making it undrivable. the Hinton team did a great job repairing it...you cannot tell it was ever damaged.
