Battery on my Buick went dead, called and talked with a young man named Tyler and he assured me if I cold get the vehicle there they would install a new battery. It took sometime to get it started, but I did and went straight over and had a new battery installed. Tyler took good care of me and I was very happy! Please tell Tyler thanks!

Had an older car breakdown somewhat unexpectedly and they were able to get me into a newer SUV the same day. Chase Puyear made the buying process completely painless. He answered all of my questions, didn t push me to spend more than I wanted, and provided the best car buying experience I ve had. Trade in and financing was easy too. Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Had my vehicle serviced there. Had to come back three times to get it fixed correctly. Then was charged for additional diagnostics.This also happened to me in 2023. I would highly recommend people go other places to buy or service a vehicle.I bought my vehicle from herb jones in 2014 new. Despite being a loyal customer the service in recent years has been very poor.

On Friday 3/22/24 I was driving from Greensburg, IN to Jackson, TN when I had a bad vibration start in my Equinox. I pulled into Herb Jones as they were the closest dealer. It was 1:00PM and I figured I would have to leave the car, rent one and come back on Monday. They actually had it diagnosed within a hour and completely fixed and back on the road in a little over 3 hours. Everyone there was also very nice to my wife and I. Great service!

I called a salesman before driving an hour to test drive a Chevy Bolt EV that I was told was still available. When I get to the lot, then the salesman tells me it isn't available and has already shipped to California. REALLY?? I remained calm and nice, but what a total waste of my time! I'll never return, because that behavior is a disgrace.

I had 11:15 appointment I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation the salesman walk past me and said you're still here receptionist supposed to have got me out of there 45 minutes poor service I paid for it they offered me no discount hand me my keys and had me looking for my own truck

If you go here then ask for Trevor! He was very easy to talk to and was not aggressive towards us. We will be purchasing another car from him and this dealership when they get what we want in.

Worked with Kimmy and Matt to buy our new truck. Both were awesome. Matt, even though he is young man, was very thorough and helped us out tremendously in making our decision. One of the best car buying experience we ever had. We appreciate the time and effort of this dealership. They left a lasting impression that will definitely have us return in the future.

Stopped in to get my oil changed. The guy at the counter was very nice. He gave me plenty of options even show me where the waiting room was the wait was not long the price was fair. I will definitely come back again.

Well to start, I booked my appointment thru the Buick App and when I showed up to the dealership, they had no clue of my appointment. So this was frustrating and then he was like when do you need your car back, I said my apt was for 10am and had planned to wait, but then had to get a ride cause he said we can get it in, just not sure when it ll be done. So that was the second strike so to speak. Then I get a call around 3pm, car was ready, I pay and go to get in the car and the button on my car door handle wouldn t unlock my car, so had to go find someone to figure out what went wrong which took him googling something to figure it out. Let s just say I wasn t happy with how my day went at the dealership.

Kimmy has worked with me over a couple of months as I was waiting for the "right car" for me. He contacted me when it came and was very attentive while showing me the options. Helped me figure out the finances too. On a secondary note, I am concerned about the service department. My daughter and I have experienced some major problems of efficiency and attention in regards to a service issue. Despite contacting the department ahead of time, making an appointment and calling daily, there was a marked lack of communication between her and the staff, the staff and each other, dismissing her spot-on diagnosis of what was wrong , all of which resulted in unnecessary delays and extended costs of a rental car. And most insulting, offering to fix a problem for over $600 which could be completed at a local tire store for $180 (labor included)--AND 2/3 of the "fix" was not needed.

Call your local dealer and find out what their wait time is to just DIAGNOSE a problem before buying a certain brand. Not fix just diagnose: TWO WEEKS. I m sure this will vary by local dealership.Now I will admit, the people at the dealership (via phone) were not rude or anything like that. They just told me the facts. It s insane to purchase a new vehicle and a year later not be able to get into a dealer for a couple weeks while it s not drivable. Chevrolet has to fix this.I called Herb Jones service and they aren t even doing diagnostics until two weeks from now. The fellow I talked to in the service dept said there is no priority to look at non drivable newer vehicles so just keep this in mind when you buy a new vehicle.I m not sure if this is every brand, but definitely something to think about when purchasing from one of the big 3.

I was able to get my car in very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. But, my invoice was for a different make and Vin number then my car and I was encouraged to go ahead and take that invoice. I said no, and was told I would have to wait for them to re scan my car. Which I did. I do not want to mess up my warranty. How did this happen? Did I even get an oil change? If they have to scan the car?

After many months of looking for a vehicle i found one i love. Kimmy the sales rep helped me to not only find the perfect car for me he was so helpful and patient. Worked with me on finding one that would fit my budget and showed me how to set everything up with my phone app. Great costumer service and wonderful people to work with. Would recommend them for anyone looking to buy that perfect car.

Buyers beware! I posted a previous review loving this place. I spent my life's savings buying a car they said was in excellent condition to find out after only a few months if less there was a oil leak , had to have a belt changed , now in this extreme heat I have an air conditioner that makes a loud noise when turned on and can't even use it or pay to have it fixed. Worst mistake of my life. I only bought it there because my friend knew the owners son . I will never shop there again. I wish they made lemon laws on used cars . Chris should make this right.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the service department is. We had a major wheel issue on our 2500 while traveling with our 5th wheel. We were on our way from Ohio to Texas and the gentlemen in the service department got our truck in right away and got us back on the road as quickly as they possibly could. They had to get a new wheel in for us and we were still on the road within 24 hours. We are so appreciative of them!!!

The service department was great on getting me back on the road knowing I was out of town. Only braw back and don t think it was the fault of the dealership, I had road hazard insurance on my tires in which two where damaged. Was told I had to pay for the two tires $550.00 upfront and could not file the claim until I got back to Florida where I bought the tires and insurance from GMC dealership.Thank you for getting me back on the road.

Did not buy my vehicle from here, however brought it in for diagnose and service on a check engine light. Service team did excellent on fixing the issue. They called and kept me updated everyday, worked things out with my warranty company for me, and didn t charge an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend bringing your car gear for service!

I was fortunate to have Roberta be the sales expert approach me when I arrived at the dealership minutes before opening. I was there to buy a car and continue my journey to Florida after experiencing a transmission breakdown. Roberta was a no pressure sales person, great listener who made me feel that I was going to be taken care of and I was!I m from Michigan and I honestly feel that if and when I need to purchase a new vehicle again I would consider reaching out to Roberta and make the trip to your dealership!Lastly, Roberta has reached out to me several times following up to ensure all is good, that is huge for me!
