Very professional and courteous staff. They did a great job diagnosing and repairing my vehicle, and the cost was less than what I was quoted. I feel like the cost was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them for all my vehicle repair needs in the future.

Car broke down while driving through town on New Year's Eve eve. The other shops I called said they couldn't see us for a week or more. But Harold Lewis got me in right away, changed the necessary part VERY quickly and charged us a fraction of what we had expected. And were really nice guys! I HIGHLY recommended this shop.

My truck's power steering went out, and Chrysler couldn't get me in to inspect my truck until 2 months from now, so I spent some time researching local shops and found Harold Lewis Auto Services. They were able to get me in the next day, and were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! Todd let me know what was wrong with my vehicle right away and took great care of me! These guys have been doing maintenance for years. Great team, extensive capabilities and they beat everyone s prices from the start. Warranties come with most work and they correctly diagnosed everything the first time and got me in and out quickly. I ve been to a lot of automotive shops, but this one is truly the best maintenance shop in town the only improve they could do is update their computer system so maintenance is logged on the carfax system and so they can look you up by phone number.

Harold Lewis Auto Service is the "BEST" in Hardin County hands down. No one can touch this man's excellents when it comes to great service and having it done honestly and right.He is an honest mechanic and he will do the same job that the dealership will do but half the cost. Honestly the cost is not the issue it is the quality of work which matters the most. He will go far and beyond for his customers. I wish I could have taken him with me when I moved. I truly appreciate this man and his quality of work, if it wasn't for the distance I would totally bring my vehicles back to him. I trust Harold's over the dealerships PERIOD

Our car almost broke down on our way to New Orleans from Lexington and one of the mechanics looked at our car (even though it s a VW) right away and fixed the issue in about an hour. They were lifesavers!

They make you feel so welcoming here! Our wheel bearing broke on 1-65. Our tow truck driver recommended this place and I m glad he did! They didn t do any unnecessary work and everything was reasonably priced. They even drove us to Denny s to eat and brought us back while they worked on the car!

The last two years, I have had nothing but issues with my Chevy, and my older ford just recently started acting up. I've taken them both to several mechanics, just to be given vague answers with a lot of "might", "could be's", and "maybe". Brought my chevy to him, and immediately knew the issue. The engine was shot.He recommended I get rid of it, because it might be cheaper, but after some thought over the next few days, I decided my best choice would be to fix it. Took two weeks for the engine to be shipped in, and it was only a day after receiving it that he had it ready to drive away. Even offered a free inspection and oil change after 1000 miles to ensure everything was fine.Fast forward several months, Chevy runs fantastic, but now the Ford starts acting up.This time I was recommended by others to change the alternator. "Couldn't be anything else". Changed it out, yet the issues continued. Brought it to Harold Lewis, and once again, he discovered exactly what it was in moments of looking under the hood. Now, as before, runs like a dream.Reasonable prices, exceptional quality, highly knowledgeable, and breaks down the issues without an aire of condescension. He's my new mechanic, and that should tell you alot.
