I recommend Hardin County Honda for ALL of your vehicle needs. New or used vehicle and all maintenance and yes collection! I have never had a bad experience or met an employee here that didn t go above and beyond to make sure everyone that comes through their door leave happy. Patrick Sarver has been our salesman for our last two vehicles we have purchased here. Thank you Patrick!

This is our first experience with Hardin County Honda, but TreVante was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. We knew what we were looking for and he recognized that and didn t put any pressure on us. It was our last stop of the day and we re thankful we made it. Thank you, TreVante!

We drove from Louisville to Hardin County Honda for one reason and that was for Jacheem Gatewood. I ran into him when I stopped in while I was in town to look a Honda Pilot. I had been looking at SUVs for a couple years. Jacheem gave us the information we needed, wasn t pushy, and made the entire process extremely easy. Everyone at HCH was great, I don t think we would have had the same experience if we had gone to a dealership in Louisville. I really appreciate all their help and guidance and now we have our beautiful new family car. I can t recommend HCH enough!

I have had a great experience working with Hardin County Honda. Larry Cave came through for me in a big way. I have been waiting on a Red Ridgeline for many months and as soon as one hit the lot, he let me know. Later that day, I was driving away with a new Ridgeline. Larry was helpful with no pressure and a joy to get to know. And, of course, the service at HCH is the best. I did not buy from other dealers because of the service at HCH. 5 stars is not enough!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I ve bought several cars over the years, but my experience with Hardin County Honda was hands down the best! Larry was just amazing. He was friendly, kind, respectful, honest and went above and beyond to get us in the car we chose that same evening!They re completely transparent so we knew they were giving us a fair deal (not that we doubted!). The manager who did the finance details was great too!They worked with us to find best finance options to fit our budget.You could tell they genuinely cared. We happily drove off in our new (to us) car satisfied with our purchase, and feeling like we made new friends!I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. We ll be sending our friends and family their way for sure!

I want to share what a great experience we had with our purchase with Big Mike at Hardin County Honda. He made sure that we were not only satisfied with our new vehicle but will always want to come back to him for any future purchases. We even have sent our daughter to him for her first car purchase. I had my Honda serviced today at Hardin County Honda. Britt the service writer did a great job. I always feel I get good service from the techs so I don't mind paying the prices the company charges for what I get. I don't ask! I just pay it! The only issue I have is the 3% fee you feel you need to charge when I pay the bill with my credit card. Yes, I know there is a fee. There is a lot of expenses a company has. I think I paid you enough without the fee...I strongly suggest you reconsider charging a fee for using a credit card. (I am sure your employees will thank you.) If you don't see me again, think of all the money you will save be not handling my credit card. I can just give that money to another dealership or service shop.

My experience with HCH was excellent and I ll definitely be back in the future or recommend this dealership to anyone looking. I felt no pressure and I feel confident and satisfied with my new certified pre-owned Honda! All the staff we interacted with was nice and helpful, but huge shoutout to my sales person Kara because she is truly an amazing person. Kara was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive before and even after the sale. Kara stayed late multiple times just to help me which made me feel valued. Kara was fun and friendly with my kids and they really enjoyed being around her. Thank you!

My sales persons Trevante was amazing he got me in the car I always wanted after losing my other car in a total loss accident. During this stressful time of losing a car, he made buying a new car so easy for me. I am thankful for how fast they got me processed on a Saturday so I still had time in my day to enjoy my new car! I want to give a big thank you to the staff at HCH. Great variety of vehicles new/used. An even bigger thank you to my salesman TreVante Fletcher for his exceptional customer service! Informative, attentive and compassionate. Lastly, the other reason is cars are detailed, cleaned and ready to go! P.S. I m coming to buy me a new Honda in two years. I m climbing the latter. Then, I m buying a Rubicon.

The wife and I recently purchased our first Honda, a Honda Odyssey. The overall experience was easy and pleasant. The salesman Trevante greeted us outside in the cold, wet weather, and he was courteous and patient. He offered to show us multiple vehicles and was thoroughly knowledgeable and detail-oriented as he walked us through them. Inside, Trevante was professional and relaxed as he walked me through the loan approval process and the details of the purchase, even as I ran into a few hurdles that took a little longer than desirable. Overall, the staff was professional and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to sign papers and make an immediate decision, unlike an experience I had with Swope Toyota where I felt they were too aggressive. I would highly recommend the dealership to others as it was the most pleasant buying experience I had with a dealership.

HCH helped us find our son the perfect vehicle. It had everything we wanted in safety features. Our salesman was John Daniels and he was extremely nice and helpful. He even stayed late to accommodate us. I may not be looking forward to my son driving, but at least I know he will drive in style and be safe. Thanks HCH for the positive experience!

Had a wonderful experience with Big Mike Ragland at Hardin county Honda today over a 2021 Honda civic ex ! He helped me tremendously and was a very genuine soul !!! Patrick and Larry are the absolute best! I bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox and the process was so easy. They also told me how I can trade it in for a newer car once I start making payments on it. These two are the best!
