Under new management! New manager needs to learn customer service skills and anger management skills or you will loose customers . We witnessed bursts of anger with the use of profanity (f___) words while customers were in the lobby. We won't be back. We have been a customer for years, not any longer under this new management. Doubt you will retain employees with this management style.

I would give a zero if it was an option. They put new tires on my truck in July I went straight home to wash them off and air bubbles were coming out around the bead so had to take it back. Two weeks ago I unfortunately went back to get two more tires on my wife s van and the driver side tire is leaking. They said it is the cold weather but the other side is holding at 40 psi No problem. Do not use this place for tires. You will pay top dollar and have to make return trips. Big inconvenience!!!!!

Absolutely the BEST in Elizabethtown for tires. We showed up this morning without an appointment because I had a flat tire although I knew that I really needed to get all of my tires replaced plus brake pads, and I hadn t made time yet. They were able to replace my tires and brake pads in just over an hour, also fixed one of my tire sensors that was on the fritz. All the while, the staff were super friendly while my baby ran amok throughout the show room.

Wife and I were halfway through a 15 hour drive and suddenly we clipped a gigantic wooden box frame in the middle of I65 SOUTH. I'd like to say it was my Ninja-like agility that prevented a catastrophic event while traveling 70+ miles an hour but in reality it was the good Lord that kept all four vehicles that suffered major damage from anything life threatening. This review however, isn't about what happened on the highway but the wonderful service and hospitality from Nelson and the mechanics at Firestone in Elizabethtown.From the highway, we were able to talk to the front desk, solve our problem and immediately get us in. I literally only waited a few minutes and in that time, I personally overheard three conversations with customers that were incredibly ingratiated with the service at Firestone.I hope you never have to test your reflexes like that, but if you ever find yourself in need of repairs, I highly recommend.

I have a97 Ford Ranger. Have had many repairs at Firestone. They are always professional, honest. And do repairs in a timely manner at a fair price.Highly recomend!

I've been coming to this place for, at least, 15 years. They've always had good prices and been fair with me. I've steered a lot of business towards these guys, as I've been a bit of a mechanic since I was 14 years old and rebuilt my first engine at 16, so my family and friends take my recommendations to heart. Anyway, I appreciate these guys and if you're looking for tires, you should check them out. Keep up the good work fellas. Here's to what I hope to be another 15 years.

After being told by one place my service was going to cost me close to $500, I was referred to this location by my mom. Gave them a call and spoke with Nelson who let me know he d get me in today if I could get it there in an hour. They quoted me a price that was less than HALF of what the other place was trying to charge and included a little more work than what I thought it was going to need. I didn t have anyone available to follow me over so I had to sit and wait with my 8 year old. When Nelson told me it d be an hour and half and suggested we ride around for a bit, I told him it was just us here and he offered up his own vehicle so we didn t have to sit here. Obviously I didn t take him up on that more than generous offer, but NEVER have I been to a shop and felt like a person instead of a sale. Not once did they talk to me like I was dumb. I will 100% come here every time and if you are looking for a place to feel truly in good hands .this is your sign.

I cannot brag on these people enough. Ive had two tire emergencies in the last two months, and they fit me in last minute and got me brand new tires twice. (Two different cars). They re extremely helpful and very fact of the matter.

A-1 Service from these guys! I was on the freeway and started having trouble. I thought I ran over something and had gotten a flat tire. They took me right away and kept me informed of what they found. Then got me safely back on the road. Thank you God and thank you Firestone!
