Matt Farmer did a tow for me today and it was a unique situation. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend him and Doug s Towing! A+!

These guys are really good. Me and my uncle broke down near Etown. Called everybody else and they had the best prices. Thought our alternater was messed up but it turned out to be a belt. They could've easily taken advantage but they didn't. Did a really good job on my uncle's car and got it done in a really good time. Plus talking with them, they're really good people. They get two thumbs up from me. If you break down anywhere near Etown (they service a whole lot more area than Etown by the way) give these guys a call. I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed.

One star is one too many. I was quoted $1,000 for a tow, so I stopped searching around because it was the best price I could find. About a week later when it came time to actually tell the vehicle, they wanted almost $400 more than the original price. Take your business elsewhere to somewhere more honest, Doug's towing is a shady business.EDIT:It seems that you have left out some pretty important information. After the first call was denied, I sorted things out with AAA and arranged for the member on the account to be there for the tow, which AAA, AND Doug's towing, ACCEPTED."Frank" (from Doug's towing) then proceeded to tell me that for this service call, AAA had labeled the vehicle a "Class A RV" , therefore the price of the tow would now be an extra ~$350 out of pocket more for me than the original deal Frank and I had made a week prior. This was the new price INCLUDING the AAA benefits.I asked Frank if he could stick to our original deal. He refused, and replied that he was not given dimensions of the vehicle during our first call. I gave him very specific measurements of the vehicle during the first phone call.I went with CTS towing, and had a very honest and professional business experience with them.I understand that you want to defend your business, but just be honest. You're only proving my point.

Guy from Doug s came and got my jeep yesterday through AAA in Grayson county. Wish I could remember his name. Coolest dude ever. I may break down more often so we can hang out. I also figured out why it s a jeep thing and no one else understands.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We needed Doug s Towing to lift & move our stinger from the trailer it was sitting on to another trailer. Mike came out right away and took care of everything for us quickly! Great job!

Justin was great! Showed up with the rollback to tow my dad's truck after a blowout. He asked what questions he needed and jumped right into it. Took good care of rigging and pulling the truck up onto the bed and did the same on the off-load. This was a AAA service call, but I would not hesitate to use them if I'm needing service outside of the AAA network. Best experience I've ever had with a towing/roadside service like that.Service: Car towing

I just wanted to say thanks to the folks over at Doug's Towing. Customer service super nice. The price was affordable. Most of the time, people do not interact, because it's business or just don't want to talk. JUSTIN was super nice from the moment he rang my door bell. He asked questions about the car, he was personable and very kind. He even sent a photo of my car when it was dropped off. I hope I don't have to be towed again but if I do these guys are the ones. THANK YOU!

Justin from Doug s towing came out almost immediately and jumped my car. Took less than five minutes from his arrival to get my car started. Very nice and professional. Melissa was also very helpful when I spoke with her on the phone.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

We got our 26 foot uhaul stuck in the mud moving.. Doug's came out after calling AAA they were there In a matter of minutes evaluated the situation and pulled our truck out in about 30 minutes. both guys were very experienced friendly and professional they made a hopless situation better.i would highly recommend them to anyone with any service needs. Thank you again Doug's.

Justin is A-1. My Sunday started off rough. I was sitting on the side of the Western KY Parkway as i had a flat tire. Justin saved the day! He got me to the place I needed to get too. Professional, polite and efficient. You hired a gem, Doug's Towing and Recovery! Thanks Justin!

Justin was absolutely AMAZING when my car got hit right before the exit into Etown. He was there before I could ask the officer for an eta! After my car was hooked up in what belt like seconds, Justin took me & my son & his dog straight to where he was so we could unload my (uninjured) cats from the back seat & anything we needed from the car for the night. He was sure to ask about us when we went to the yard this morning. A++++! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!Service: Car towing

Fair pricing and hard workers! While traveling, the spring broke on our 32 foot travel trailer. It was a mess. After calling several places where no one wanted to deal with the issue, we luckily called Doug s. Not only were they kind on the phone, they sent someone out immediately. Michael went right to work trying to make it so we could get off of the expressway- this was no small task since the axle shifted when the spring broke and we also had wrecked tires from the damage. Once we made it to the shop, Michael didn t stop working. He fixed everything and had us back on the road within hours without overcharging. They were not informative regarding an impound. Let us get it out knowing we didn't have a way to tow it. We thought we could drive the vehicle home. They let us pay the towing and storage knowing we couldn't take it home. Most likely in hopes we would leave the car so they could get the car to fix up, part out or scrap. The storage was inexpensive. Only $30 a day. I feel they took advantage of myself and my daughter. So many automotive places take advantage of women or those without mechanical knowledge.

Older guy was very rude. Eventually became nice once he realized you weren't going to deal with his attitude. After he stopped being difficult, everything went pretty smoothly. Way overpriced. Got charged for a full day of storage even though the vehicle wasn't even in the impound lot for an entire day. Registration usually stays inside vehicles, the previously mentioned older guy almost didn't let us get it from the vehicle to prove we are the owners. I'd only use this company if it was the very last option.

Thankful for a quick driver that was so nice! Darius towed our car after we hit a rock. We were on the side of the road at dark and he was very responsive. He got around in a tight area very well with that large truck.

Within an hour of my call to dispatch, my car was loaded and towed to my destination. Very professional and courteous service. I highly recommend.

WARNING USE THIS CO AT YOUR OWN RISK! Hired them to move my vette to local Chevy dealer. Driver had to get car out of park in order to move. Had to unhook gear shift cable from transmission. He took to dealer and left it there. I checked on the car next morning and a board was under front tires. Why? My guess was to keep from rolling because he BROKE the gear shift cable.cost me nearly $700 to repair plus $151 to tow 2 ml. Owner refused to even consider to pay for expense when it was HIS EMPLOYEE who damaged my car. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.Service: Special vehicle towing

They stole my car!! I did nothing wrong there was a tree down on the interstate and the county didn t do there job taking care of getting it off the road and I hit the tree and didn t have the money to get my car home and found out later I didn t have coverage to cover the lot charges and they wouldn t call me to work out a payment plan and the two women that work there are the most hateful women I ve ever talked to in my life ! They act as if I did something criminal I was broke because my family was having to go back and forth from Glasgow to Etown because my daughter had to have an emergency c section because her and her baby almost died so it took all we had for transportation and food! There s a special place for people like that !! They told me I couldn t junk that car out then but I found out now I ve got to pay taxes on that car because they sold it for junk! I paid a lot of money for that car !!! So I won t recommend them to tow nothing!!! Them and the county are crooks!!!

$220 to come out on a Sunday night and haul my little Miata 12 miles. When we got down there to pay for the tow, the fella was absolutely difficult with us, and rude to his employee in front of us. I certainly would NOT recommend this service to anyone.

Doug's is amazing and the people he has working for him are as well. I've had them do many jobs for me and I've always been very happy with the service. If ya need work or a tow check them out you will be pleased I'm sure.
