Red was wonderful! I came in looking for particular list of features and he was willing to spend the time finding it for me! He found the exact features I was looking for! All staff members that we dealt with were friendly and eager to assist with all of our needs.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I ve shopped in multiple cities. Everyone working there is super friendly and personable, Red was our salesman and he was fantastic. I didn t get any anxiety through the car buying process like I usually do at other dealerships. And their vehicles are top notch. I HIGHLY recommend them

The service and professionalism was unmatched. Mr Brown was extremely helpful and ensured all my questions were answered explained everything about the F150. The service department was very attentive to my needs and truly is a standard bearer in the industry. I would highly recommend Don Franklin if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

We had some warranty work done on my Corsair that required taking down the headliner. When we came to pick up my car, there was a lot of dirt or grease all over the headliner, as well as a mark on my back bumper, but we brought it to their attention, and they cleaned it all up and fixed the bumper. So we are pleased. Thank you.

Car was not scheduled for any work. Had issue with electronic seat control. Stopped in to make an appointment to have it checked the next week. Staff immediately looked at the car and resolved the issue while we waited. Outstanding customer service in our book.

I had a last minute appointment for an oil change and my service was great. I got a loaner to keep an appointment down the street. A tire had shown a low level and they checked and fixed the leak. My trip was great and my car was ready when I returned to the dealership.

Matt and Benny worked hard to make my purchase happen. However I was told the transmission had been flushed and there were two key fobs neither were true. Also had to go straight to the gas station as the car only had a �/8 th of a tank.

Bought cars from this location for 40 years. David Akers has sold me several vehicles over the years. David sold me my first new car in 1984. He is still there, and is a good friend. Highly recommend this dealership.

We had our tires rotated and balanced. Getting the appointment was easy and when needed. Work was completed in a timely manner. No car wash as car washes aren t offered on Saturdays. No problems.

Went in to look for a car. They were supposed to call me back on a trade in offer for my g70 and I am still waiting for the call. That was 4 days ago. I went to Swope and got taken care of the same day.

I don t know what s going on over there butBarb and Filisha were extremely rude when I came in to get my car, and then I witnessed them actually get into a physical altercation with each other. Matt rushed to me and profusely apologized seeing me in total shock and disbelief. One of mechanics brought me my car and Matt said the keys were in the car. I hurried and got out of there after signing the invoice. When I got outside I notice the car was running. I thought this was odd so I turned the car off to get in the trunk to put my stuff in the trunk. Then when I went to drive off my dashboard went haywire and the ABS locked up. I went back in to talk to Matt and he said it would be another week before he could look at it and another $800 in labor. This is after spending over $2000. I called my ride and a tow truck and had it hauled to another mechanic who told me they didn t even reconnect the O2 sensor and the yaw rate sensor and wheel speed sensors were never replaced, which is what I brought it in for in the first place! Don t go there unless you want to get robbed!
