Highly recommend this place. Walked in at 8:17a, and walked out with 4 new tires at 8:40a. Rob & the Team did an excellent job and gave us a great price!

My experience is normally really good with this location but today, it was not. How you tell me to come in as long as it s before 6pm especially since you said you have a slight delay with vehicles, I get there before 6pm and I m waiting but no one is on the inside. Then you come inside 10 minutes afterwards and try to tell me that I was not there before 6pm. You weren t inside the building. You were in the area helping with tires. Then say can you help me reschedule. No. You can t help me. You already failed at that and I already had an appointment for today. A little frustrated with that. Not the experience I had with any of the trips I have made before and I have unfortunately had to come up against the hour due to the drive. It s the only store in the general proximity of Fort Knox

We recently had a fantastic experience at this Discount Tire location. The customer service was exceptional the staff (specifically Rob) was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help replace my damaged tire. Rob even stayed after-hours to help due to long days of military training & the inability to get there before closing. Thank you for making my visit seamless and enjoyable!

I had to get four tires early because of a screw I drove over, and they were gracious enough to give me some "credit" for the tread that was left. I ordered the same exact set I got a while ago because I liked the quietness and handling. Rob, the manager, was awesome, and I ended up having to get new TPMS (sensors), which I had to order, but in the end, Rob took excellent care of me. I'll be coming back here whenever I need tires unless I move far away. Very clean waiting area, all the staff was very professional, and their prices were better than expected.

Jacob was great! My hero! I highly recommend this store above all others. I searched high and low for an affordable tire and nobody in town had anything but this store gave us excellent services! A blessing!

Quick and competent service along with fair pricing make this a stand out. I got quotes from a few places, and the tire store near Dolphin Dr. Kroger was high in price, sales pressure, and spam emails. This place was a night and day difference. Robby listened to what I needed and when the product wasn't in stock, he found a different set and gave me the same price.

Came in at 5:43pm needed a new tire and Jacob and his team got me all set up with a new tire ! I had been to several other places in town with no luck !!Great job and I will be returning for my other 3 tires Thank you very much !!

We just moved from FL to KY and I have a Subaru. With that said, that means that I have to go either Louisville or Nashville to have my Subaru serviced at the dealership, and that's a pain. So when I had a flat tire I reached out to this place and they were so fast to respond! They did an AMAZING job, with great customer service and an even better price. I was really impressed with how well they treated me and my husband while there. I highly recommend this place and I know that I'll be back for my oil change and any other car service needs I might have. Thanks yall!

Good service, they price match, and give a military/veteran discount. Anything they don't have on hand can usually be gotten within a day. Located between Culver's and Toasted Yolk in E-town, they're very convenient and typically quick at getting your vehicle ready. If it's a longer wait, you're only steps away from multiple restaurants and a coffee shop. If you're not in a big hurry, I recommend making an appointment.

Robby is an outstanding manager and the employees there have the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. My tire balance and rotation was completed in 14 minutes. Amazingly swift. Thank you and Happy New Year.

Had four tires installed here today(11/3/23). What a great experience!!! Everyone was pleasant and courteous. I had an 845 appointment, they installed my tires and had me on my way in less than an hour. Highly recommend this location.

Went in for rotate and balance and they reset my tps settings and tire pressure and they were not told to do so. This morning I go to leave for work and the tire light is on and when hauling the weights that I do the tires look flat because they don't have the correct pressure.

The associate at the counter was very helpful, he confirmed the size of my tires and what was in stock. I chose the tires and they were able to get me in and out in a little over 40 mins.

Very quick and amazing service with a very nice and understanding staff. I noticed that they did everything they could to assist customers who were not financially prepared to make the purchases they so desperately needed to make to their vehicles. In one instance, a woman with 2 small children came in and needed 4 new tires, but she could barely afford 1. The team there arranged for an "Angel" to pay for the tires that she needed to keep her and her children safe. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Life savers! I had just been hit with a large bill on my truck due to the ignition, and then the tire valves/sensors went bad! Because I bought the tire here they fixed the tire issue for free same day within 2 hrs. They went above and beyond and I will only buy tires from this location!!!!

Would NEVER recommend this place for work on a car... paid then for an alignment, they didn't do it correctly then said it was the tie rods, replaced those then it was another issue, they will never get our buisness again!!. What a rip off to the customer... they really are just taking dollars out of your pocket book and not fixing anything... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IN ETOWN!

I brought one tire in to get replaced. Left the wheel assembly at the store to get the tire ordered to get installed. I was told the new tire would arrive and be installed the next day. The next day came & nothing. Later, I was told the new tire should arrive early Monday and be installed by then. When Monday arrived, I phoned discount tire 6 times around 3 pm, to get an update. Six phone calls, and no one picked up to give me a status on my work order.. At 5 p.m., I then drove to discount tire & I waited in the lobby for 25 mins to talk to a desk clerk. Finally, someone came to my aid. The end result was no new tire arrived. Nothing was done to my wheel that I brought in after 4 days.. The desk clerk told me that he needed to resubmit the order.. I said no! Forget it! I do my business needs elsewhere. I removed my tire assembly from the store & went to another tire dealership. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME, A TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER NEEDS ALONG WITH EMPTY PROMISES. UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT ON HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.....

UPDATE: The last few times I have used Discount Tires, they have messed up something EVERY SINGLE TIME.1. Cross threaded two studs/lug nuts on my sons truck.2. Did not replace TPMS in my sons spare that we bought specifically for that.3. Purchased two new tires for our car, and wanted the two new tires in the front, since it is a front wheel drive vehicle. They did not put the new tires up front as asked, so I had to sit in the waiting room for another 15 or 20 minutes while they fixed that.4. I bought brand new tires for my truck, and asked to have the white letters mounted out. When the truck was ready, the white letters were not out.5. The last time my son took his truck in to have a rotation done, he asked that his spare be put on the truck, and one of the tires that were mounted, be left in the bed of his truck. He has after market tires and rims, and one is mounted baja style in the bed of his truck. He had dismounted it from the mount and left it in the bed of the truck for them to swap out. That way, he can get even wear out of all 5 tires. They did not swap out the spare. So we had to wait while they put the truck back into the bay and swap out the spare. They did not do a TPMS update on the vehicle, and when he got home, we tried to do update the TPMS. This is when we found that the "Spare" that was now mounted on the truck, would not update with the system. Only the tire that was previously mounted on the truck, and is now mounted as the spare, would come up on the TPMS.We purchased brand new TPMS sensors for all 5 tires when we had them mounted on new rims. So the tires, rims, and sensors were brand new.We thought we would give Discount Tire a second chance, but, they blew it. I will go back one last time for a tire rotation, and balance that comes with the new tire purchase, and have them remount my tires with the letters out, like they were supposed to be in the first place.After that I will go back to old faithful, Bergers Tires!! They are a little more expensive, but, I would rather pay a little more, and have the right kind of service!Discount Tires needs new management and some serious training.

All the best to the guys and gals at this place. My daughter has the worse experience with their competitors then we went here. So much info and customer care and fully explained what the issue was with her car that we were very impressed. What other company would take the time to remove the tire from the rim to ensure it was inspected properly to give her piece of mind. We look forward to being loyal customers of Discount Tires and look forward to future engagements. Thanks so much.

I showed up early for my appointment and realized I forgot to confirm my appointment prior to leaving home. The young man had me taken care of and my car in the shop getting a new tire within minutes of walking in. Excellent service!!

We recently found a screw in a tire and other local tire centers wouldn't fit us in but Discount Tire allowed us to drive in without an appointment. They were able to resolve the issue at no cost. What an incredible experience! They were friendly and very helpful even though we weren't buying tires.

Today 9/21/22 I visited Discount Tire after my husbands tire basically got shredded on 65 south. They replaced our tire and gave us a warranty and a thing called a certificate (ask about it when you re there it s a good deal) all under 235 dollars. Which is super cheap for my husbands specialty tires that he has to have. Highly recommend coming here. 10/10 Would Visit Again

This place is aaaaaaamazing!!!!!Had a issue with a tire that was defective on a brand new Tesla. Tesla dealership was unable and unwilling to help me file a warranty claim. Perilli suggested I come to this establishment and ask them to help me with my warranty claim. I was in and out in under 15 minutes brand new tire ordered free of charge, and they were willing to sell me road hazard on my other tires so I never have this issue again! Tyler was absolutely amazing thank you for restoring my faith in the tire industry! I will go no where else!
