My wife and I purchased a 2024 Honda 520. We had some rare issues with some sensors but Matt from the service team worked quick and always answered the phone when we called and we call a lot to check in. We have enjoyed it ever since we have gotten it home. All issues were worked out quick with the general manager! Jennifer in the sales team was quick and able to help with financing and answered text and calls even on her off days. 10/10! Buy here and bring any machinery to be serviced here.

Jennifer Gardner was amazing with us! She went out of her way to help and didn't just treat us like we were just another customer. She was very attentive and personable. Everyone we came across there was very friendly but if I could leave Jennifer more than a 5 Star review believe me I would. We came in looking for scooters and let me tell you, this place didn t disappoint. Jason Lorenz took such good care of us. There was never any pressure and he listened to what our wants and needs were. We are now proud owners of 2 Honda Rukus. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. It was like buying from friends. Purchased a used bike that the sales manager had been gone thru. I got the bike home without turn signals, horn, brake lights and gas in the crankcase. The BEST thing is, the check cleared.

Took a 4-wheeler in as it would not run. They diagnosed and determined it needed a top end rebuild of the engine along with a carb rebuild. I just picked it up yesterday and it ran perfect no issues. BUT - Once I got it home, I noticed that parts were left disconnected or partially connected. (All brackets and braces) I went ahead and fixed all issues myself, but i did take PIC's of issues and reached out to the dealership at 0900 this morning, by 930 i had a call from the manager to discuss the issue. Sent him the pics, he agreed with the problem and asked what would satisfy me the customer. I told him, a little refund on the labor cost as i had to repair part of it. Within the next 30 min I had a refund to my CC. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service they provided. They are working on their Quality Control issues. I will be a returning customer.

The staff here (aside from the individual at the parts counter, she was great) only seem to care about your business if you re buying a vehicle from there. They all seemed great and helpful until they find out you re just getting some gear, then it s like you re just a nuisance.

On August 26th I rode a little over 4 hours (from Ohio to Kentucky) to trade in my 2016 Ultra Limited for a 2016 Road Glide Ultra. Both bikes had some cosmetic issues, but overall both looked to be in good shape, I was assured that the Road glide was serviced and ready to go with no mechanical issues. After about half way home I noticed that the front wheel bearings where making some noise when I leaned the bike over and the oil pressure was a little low but not too low to keep riding it home. On August 29th I got all new Harley fluids to do a 3 hole service and an oil filter. The oil that came out of the bike was as black as it could get the trans fluid smelt burnt and the primary fluid wasn t too bad, also the oil filter was severely over tightened, so much so that the nipple that the filter screws on came out of the block with the filter (I was able to fix it). Also the rear air shocks had 0 PSI in them. On the 30th while riding into work the next morning after servicing it, I start getting a weird noise that was not there before, I took it into a Harley dealer that afternoon and it is determined that the bike needs an oil pump. On September 1st I spoke with the manager of Dan Powers and he told me to get a diagnostic done on it and he would send me an oil pump. But that would still cost me a labor fee and diagnostic fee etc. I decided to take it to a shop and just upgrade the whole cam chest. Also in the buying process I was told it was trade in, but in signing the paper work I was told they bought the bike from an auction, and when they get the title from the auction they would send me the title, when talking to the manager on September 1st he told me the state of Kentucky would send me the title.(I still don t have the title) Some serious communication issues if you ask me. Jason my sales rep was great to work with but the service or lack there of the bike, and customer support/satisfaction is just not there, and leaves a lot to be desired.

After doing some research I found them to about on average 10 higher than most other places I've taken a look at. Go to Indiana they'll have the same product and it'll be a lot less that's new or used.
