I went in not knowing what to expect, I don t have good credit and I have a repo. Clay got me in a car that I love, thank you clay and the car mart staff for helping me out. The process was rather quick and super easy. Will definitely recommend y all to anyone in need!

I have to say car-mart really does help their customers to the best they can. I walked in yesterday not really having a clue, if I would get a car, but man was I surprised I got a car on my bad credit, and the sales men were very helpful and respectful and straight to the point. So I give a great big shout out to Clay and Alvin for all ur guys help. Thanks guys for being so straight forward and helping me out. Love my car.

I personally was not a fan of our sales person who does not communicate well. We had the car 12 hours and had to take it back for almost 2 days so they could fix the door which they did not fix because it is an electrical problem. The inside of the door is freezing due to cold weather, making it to where we can t open up our car door unless we crawl in through the passenger side. And today, the third day we ve had the car the check engine light has come on. They won t give us our money back and with the things have gone so far I don t even want them to put me in another car. The GM was nice I guess but probably cause he knew he got one over on us. Other than that, they don t do a credit check, so if you re desperate and have bad credit, this would be the place to go. The thing is, we don t have bad credit, but are already financing another vehicle through the Kia store. So I guess our fault for trying to hurry. I m gonna try to talk to someone legal tho to see if I have options.

In March of 2022 I bought my Dodge Avenger.. within the first month my water pump went out.. I drive to work the day after I get it back and on my way home it started over heating AGAIN! A week or 2 after my passenger window wouldn t roll up. Electrical problems. My alternator went out a little bit after that. Then fast forward to this week my water pump is leaking AGAIN ! Meaning I mustn t had got a new part! And the whole electrical system is messed up. Meaning I got a car that simply ran. Well now I have a 6 month old son & I cannot afford to have my son stuck in a car!

My experience with Clay and the whole Car Mart staff was very pleasant & ultimately very different than my experiences with other buy here pay here car lots! I felt like family the whole time. I suggest anyone that can t get a conventional car loan to take your business to Car Mart! FYI they do report to the credit bureau to help rebuild your credit.And last but not least they worked with me with my down payment and have a awesome 2 year service agreement on all their cars!

In February of this year, I had an unfortunate encounter with a criminal that had stolen my previous car out of my front yard and totaled it about 5 minutes later on the street I lived on. The woman that helped me was more than great, she was incredible the entire time! I believe her name was Esmi, but I could be a little off on that.She was super patient, understanding, efficient, personable, and kind. I m a 27 year old single mom and I ve never had to finance a vehicle. Needless to say I was terrified of being taken advantage of and being sold a terrible car. I got my 2013 Dodge Avenger about 2 weeks ago with $540 down and I absolutely love it! I ve gotten multiple compliments and congratulations on my new car, and it s so pretty! Also the 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty eased my mind so much, knowing that I wouldn t have to shell out another large amount of money in the near future if something big ended up being wrong with my car. When I went back the second time (I had a personal issue the first time that was no fault of the lot) she was walking out of her office with a huge smile as I walked in the front door and asking me if I was ready to buy a car! I wasn t even positive that it was going to be possible for me, so my hopes weren t up very high. She did everything in her power to make my contract not only affordable for me, but also understandable. She went over everything in detail the best she could. When I was a little girl, there were countless times that I sat at Elizabethtown car mart coloring in the lobby while I waited on my dad and for as long as I can remember, the atmosphere has always been friendly and inviting. It made me smile to see that they still had the popcorn machine in the lobby! My family has had a lot of dealings with car mart my entire life, from purchasing and trading vehicles to my dad helping with mechanics and auctions at multiple lots on and off before his passing, to my older brother being the general manager of a different location. That being said my expectations were already pretty high, but this woman went above and beyond, and her personality was just the cherry on top! My credit is way less than perfect, and she did not treat me any kind of way about it. She made me feel like a human being rather than a liability. I ll have no problem recommending anyone needing a great used vehicle to carmart! Thank you so much for all you do!

Clay and Trey were awesomeness. No hassles getting the car I wanted. They didn't push me to decide. My contract was clearly explained. I have purchased before but I have to say these two are top notch.

my experience was great, everyone was super friendly! The car I got has some little things wrong with it so just need to get those fixed but other than that 9/10 service overall

This is the 6 th car that I have gotten with Car Mart of Lexington, Lawton, and Elizabethtown everyone has been patient and great thank all you guys great job and keep up the good work. I've had a 2018 Ford escape for 40 days and last night after working a 16 hour shift, the transmission stopped working. Quality of vehicles are awful however sometimes you have to do what you have to. I am back to not vehicle, they refuse to give me a loaner vehicle but are trying to work with the warranty company that I PAID FOR AND STILL WILL HAVE TO PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE WARRANTY AND PAYNENT ON VEHICLE, WITH NO ETA ON GHE AMMOUNT OF TIME IT WILL TAKE TO FIX. They already sold me the vehicle so there is no priority on my customer satisfaction now. I will update if they do what the right, moral thing to do. It's funny how they were so kind when I was highly overpaying for the vehicle in a pinch, now I'm told my emotions aren't under control. It's been 1 month not 1 or 2 yrs that's where my issue lies. I still have the temp license plate for heaven sakes.

Update: Please have your own personal mechanic look at any vehicle you buy, sadly we trusted their mechanic. People can be nice that doesn t guarantee a reliable product. Nightmare from the moment we brought it home, tried to return or trade and was convinced it was running fine. Listen to your gut. Just bought a car here, we are nervous used car buyers. We were pleased to find they have a 1200 mile service plan. The quality and price was perfect and they had the exact car we were looking for.. Financing was simple and the terms. Crysta was awesome and the buying experience was fun. It's nice to have a reliable car at a decent price.

After totalling a jeep I loved they put me in... Thanks to their protection plan that paid off the rest of my loan. That full coverage insurance didn't pay. I got put right back in another vehicle with 0 money out of pocket. Car-mart real came through for me when I really thought I was screwed. I will never go anywhere else.. They are awesome I'd refer everyone to buy from them. You can't go wrong and get the protection plan.

They were absolutely amazing to work with. I have had bad experiences with car lots and the assistant manager was just so kind and made the whole experience just that . An experience!! My family and I got the vehicle we had hoped for and he made it the easiest process.

Good morning all I just wanted to say I just recently got my car 3 days ago today. The staff that is there now compared to the old staff in my opinion is that are much nicer and friendlier and so much more. They helped me find a car that fits my needs for my family. The assistant manager was very helpful and nice and helped me complete my paperwork and purchase of the car. I would 100% recommend anyone to them. They are ready to help anyone in need of car and they will get back on the road. Thank you all.

I went with needing to find a decent reliable car. I went with looking for ford fusion model of car. The salesman was super nice and really good to got me into a car I have want. Worked with me and give me the chance of a new vechicle to me I have never had anything newer as a 2012. I have not so much credit or good credit. The other people are nice at the location. If I ever need a car I would go again to this location. Appreciate their business and working with them on this best purchase in my life. Thanks for all your hard work and 5 stars to the car mart company.
