Caliber did a great job on my truck. It had about $16K worth of damage including labor and they were timely about it considering the availability of parts. They kept me informed and made sure I was satisfied before releasing my vehicle to me. Even took care of a few minor things that wasn t their responsibility, at my request. Overall, I d recommend them for your vehicle repair needs.

Caliber Collision took wonderful care of my 2018 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT RS. Camaro was sideswiped and took some damage to the driver side door and back panel. Good hit but it was a accident at the same time, my older brother did not see it.Took it Caliber and they started on it the same day. Took care of the rental and took away the stress and hassle.They kept me up to date on the repair with pictures and estimated time to be completed. JT and Paige and the entire crew all super friendly and you can take they take care of the customers.Will do business with them again and let friends and family they are good people. Very reliable and my Camaro looks just as new after repairs.Also hooked me for a free tint on my Camaro. So very happy with all the great service they did.

So I took my truck in for some body work. The guy told me he was caught up and he could take me in right away so I dropped my truck off. They estimated having my truck three weeks well at almost the end of the three week I call and they push me back another week, well that extra week turned in to three months. They had my truck three months. Then when I finally get it back there are scratches on the side that had no damage to begin with, they had put the wrong grille back in the truck and my hood did not line up right. Then the paint job was terrible there were paint runs and dirt and very rough spots in the paint. So he tells me to go ahead and pick it up (because at this point my rental car is up and they didn t want to pay that) and when he gets my correct grille in that he will fix the paint. So I said ok. Well I take it back and then they extended that time to they had my truck two more weeks. I go pick it up and the runs are fixed but now there s scratches on that side. I said something about it and he refused to fix it he said that those scratches were already there. So now my $40,000 truck has scratches that I m going to have to spend more money to have someone else fix. Definitely would not recommend this place!!!

5 star service! The staff at caliber collision in E-town were awesome. They kept me updated with the progress of my car's repairs. They were honest and understanding. They were extremely helpful during a very stressful time. Very impressed with the repairs done on my truck and the timeframe repairs were done were beyond my expectations, had my truck back before the estimated time. Overall great job by the team and staff is very helpful and friendly. I also liked that I did not have to deal with the insurance company, only had to file the claim, Caliber Collision took care of the rest. If using Caliber Collision in Elizabethtown didn t mean damaging my vehicle again, I would be thrilled to work with them a second time! Their facility is very clean and convenient. Their customer service was incredible. I got on the schedule to bring my vehicle in quickly and the work was complete in less than three days. I was kept up to date on the repairs by text. It was neat to see where my vehicle was in the process without having to call and bother someone. Not that I would have needed to because it was fixed so quickly! JT and Paige were personable and seemed to genuinely care about the customer. Super grateful for the service I received from Caliber Collision in Elizabethtown. Highly highly recommend caliber collision in Elizabethtown for any body or paint work you might need. Had my Ram 2500 in for front end damage from a deer and they did an outstanding job. Looks better then brand new. Stayed in touch with me through the whole process. They even went in on a Saturday and Sunday to help me get my vehicle back on time. Shout out to Paige and JT and the team for an outstanding job. Definitely will recommend caliber collision in Elizabethtown to anyone!!Service: Body & Trim

Caliber collision was amazing! I've never taken my car to a shop before and JT made this process so simple for us. I had both of my vehicles in his shop at the same time and he got them both done within a timely manner. Even after hitting snags with parts and working with my insurance to get the damage covered it all worked out in the end and we will definitely be returning if we ever need to in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After calling and talking with Paige who was 100% friendly and professional we were able to get our truck in for repair. JT walked us through every step and he knows his stuff, and his customer service is on point! The turn around time on repair was amazing even through all of the shipping shortages. From the moment my vehicle was in the shop, Caliber Collision had kept me informed and up to date every day. They asked about my opinion on some repairs, finished the project early, and even kept in touch afterwords to make sure everything was running smooth. Driving the car a full week later and I can t even tell I had an incident.I will 100% recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto repairs.

Paige customer service was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me with the insurance claim. Also kept me up to date on everything going on with my car. I beleive she should get s promotion or some kind of recognition. JT was an awesome help keeping track and managing the team and getting parts orderd and orcastrated to completed my car within record time. From initial quote to picking up the vehicle when completed, the staff at Calibers Collision went above and beyond. You get constant updates of the status of your vehicle, and they'll let you know if there are any delays or if vehicle is completed early. They will have my family s business for sure. No other shop would take the time to look at our Camry that we drove up on a curb with and pulled the bumper off the side of because insurance wasn t paying for it or they were too busy to take a look at. But the young man at caliber I believe his name was Jesse, he came out and took the time to not only look at it for us but he reattached the bumper and removed the marks from the car and wouldn t allow us to pay him after he fixed it for us. Hopefully we will never need collision work done but if we do this is definitely where we will be going. Thank you again for not blowing us off and actually helping us.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience. Kind people. My vehicle was done pretty quick , loved how the detailer kept all of our belongings in a box nice and neat . JT at caliber collision located in Elizabethtown Ky! was absolutely outstanding, actually amazing. He done an excellent job with my traverse. He was communicating throughout the entire process and I recommend EVERYONE to go there, ask for JT for your body work! you ll be ecstatic u did so! He helped me out as well. 1st I was told Id get it back by the 10th then I called on the 10th and they said they found extra damage. I understood that but your supposed to get daily text updates mine were rare and when I did get them it would be generic automated text not once was I notified about this extra damage until I called to see if I could pick up my car. Then I was told the 15th and again that day comes and passes no call or update about why it's taking longer. My insurance said they were told the 17th and I called to make sure it would be done on the 17th and they weren't done until almost 4:30 and they wanted me to wait for them to call me instead of showing up to wait yet I live an hour away and if I left it to them they wouldn't had called until closing time so I wouldn't have got my car til the 20th bc of the weekend. It's the lack of communication that really made this a bad experience especially when all the reviews say "I got daily updates" "I was called and notified if it was a problem". And at the end of the day theres scratches they didn't paint over right where the damage was even tho my car got a paint job.

Jt at caliber collision is the best person to work with.. He went above and beyond to get our car fixed and we got it back faster then expected.. If you need you car fixed this is the place to go 100 percent the best service we have ever had getting a car fixed..
