They did the same job for $800 that Ken towery s wanted to charge $1400 for. Saved me a lot of money. The gentleman who assisted me was also very nice and customer service oriented. They had the job done same day. I will be back for all of my brake repair needs.

Did cost comparison at multiple places after dealership advised me to get all new breaks.This company beat all competitors prices! Were easy and accommodating to get scheduled. Did inspection and cost review before starting job (no suprises), as well as took me back and showed me why recommendations were being made. Jacob was friendly, professional, and fast.

I stopped by without an appointment when my car started acting funny while running errands. They got me right in and got to work. Ultimately, the problem wasn't something that they fix at this shop (they did inspect and check all my brakes, rotors, etc.) but the staff was excellent and gave me advice on what they believed was wrong so I could get it fixed ASAP. Not only that, but the manager (Jeff, I believe) called me less than 30 minutes after I left with more advice because he had done research into my car and the issue I was experiencing. That is above and beyond good customer service and I am so appreciative of his time and attention in keeping my car safe for me and my family. When the time comes to have work done on my brakes I will definitely go back. They've earned my business! Will definitely be recommending them to friends.

I called about replacing back breaks rear brake cover. Also if needed new pads and rotorsI talked to Jeff in Elizabethtown.. He said he would check but never called me back. I liv in Columbia KY. 7o8 465 - 8820. My name is Vince Hlavac. Not sure if he forgot or did not want to deal with it. That back break cover sold at Amazon for $ 40.00.

Jeff and his team were amazing and polite. They walked and talked me through everything that was wrong with My brakes, I was there for about an hour and a half worth the wait. I highly recommend this place

The staff were very friendly and professional. Overall I was pleased with the service and the quality of their work. The gentleman explaining everything went a little fast and I had to slow him down so that I could understand him while he was explaining all the charges and their recommendations but overall I was pleased. Not my go to shop but I will definitely use again if I need them.

I just had my breaks done and I am so pleased with everything from this shop. From the moment I walked in the customer service was so amazing. They walked me through everything, showed me what was wrong and explained everything. It also took no time at all. I had an appointment (on a Friday) at a regular mechanic and when I got there was told they were shorthanded and couldn't do my brakes. I called Brakes 4 less and they were able to scheduled me right in. My brakes were squeaky but only had a little rust and needed some grease. They invited me into the bay and showed me everything. Since I have to travel on roads with steep hills, I felt safe and ready to go. The customer service was excellent and I will be going here for all my brake needs in the future.

I visited this shop today to have some work done on my vehicle because it was recommended by another mechanic that I needed front brake rotors and pads. However Jeff (the very knowledgeable and very nice manager at this location) was kind enough to offer their own inspection for free and then also make sure that I did not need rotors. He and his staff were quick to determine that I did not need rotors and I was able to just get them machined/turned. They had me taken care quickly and efficiently and were courteous, explaining in detail what was needed, what work was performed and all the details of my warranty. I felt respected, which is not easy to come by for a female taking their car in for maintenance. Thanks, Jeff and all the staff at Brakes 4 Less in Elizabethtown!

NEVER! EVER! AGAIN! My wife took her 2010 Lincoln MKX to these Clowns, because I was out of town and couldn't stop her. They charged here $770.00 for a $298.00 Brake Booster, and the $298.00 was a price quote from the Lincoln Dealership directly across the street from Brakes 4 Kess. We drove the car literally 1 mile and the brakes locked up. Long story short, they told us they got a bad Brake Booster, when I asked them, why they charged my wife $770.00 for a $300.oo Booster they said that the $300.00 Booster is prone to fail, WHAT! seems like the $770.00 one isn't much better. Any vehicle I own will NEVER EVER go to Brakes 4 Less again, I promise you that! And I'm going to tell EVERYONE I come in contact to STAY AWAY from Brakes 4 Kess, if they don't listen to me? Then they get exactly what they deserve. I told me wife that no matter what!! She takes her Lincoln to "Punkham Lincoln" from this day forward!! STAY AWAY FROM BRAKES 4 LESS!

I had a problem were I kept hearing this grinding sound on my brakes. I was calling all over to see if anybody would check it out and see what was wrong with it and the only person I could find is brakes for less. They got me in quick. The price was affordable and they fix the problem They also have a great customer service and I will recommend them to anyone.Service: Brake service & repair

Awesome experience. Knew within 15 min of what s wrong with my bakes which had been replaced two times within 1 yr and a half! ($1200) ! Showed me and told me exactly what was wrong. Did NOT try to sell me anything else. Used same brakes because there was nothing wrong with them! Very satisfied and will tell everyone about their honesty and excellent work! ( wish they did other things in my car!!!!

Took my car in to have brakes inspected, thinking they needed repair. Staff at the shop were fast, kind, and honest. They told me I didn't need any work done and didn't charge anything for the inspection when they easily could have sold me a full brake job. They got the work done quick, but the parts prices were unnecessarily high. I ll only be going back if the brake job holds up beyond the 40K mile warranty.

Went and had the brakes on my car done was very happy with the work that was done. Jeff walked me through everything showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and I m very happy with it. I took my vehicle there because of 2 warning lights and a loose feeling in the rear end. I had taken it there previously and was pleased with their work. They looked at it, filled the fluids and it was fixed at no cost. Great service. I will be back.

Well, I called to get a quote on replacing all 4 rotors and brake pads, and that I have my own rotors and pads. The lady on the phone quoted my $299, I did not understand that so I said never mind. I guess it was going to cost me $100 dollars more for having my own parts.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Jeff was the one who helped me. He was honest about what I needed, instead of paying $200+ dollars for an entire brake job, he told me my brakes were fine and that I was losing braking fluid due to a loose bolt. All was well after tightening it. Will definitely recommend, and will only use this shop from now on for all my brake needs.Thanks Jeff!!!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair
