Braden is one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very professional and easy to work with. Probably the best customer service I have ever had. He even called me after the deal was done to make sure I was happy and if I had any other questions. Darren, the finance manager, is also top notch! Highly recommend!

Our sales man was Gary Brown, he met us out in the parking lot and immediately started helping us and answering all of our questions. We led us to the right truck, a very nice Dodge Ram at a great price! He was super friendly, professional and accommodating. We felt right at home. Thank you Gary!!

Gary brown has been extremely helpful and friendly finding the perfect car for me. I would highly recommend if you need a car talk to him or just to talk to him in general. Our car buying experience was stress free! Rhonda was super attentive to our requests, helpful, and patient with our all of our questions. She really made the whole experience easy for us. The service manager, Susan, was also very friendly and customer service oriented. She took care of our concerns immediately and once we found the source of the issue Big M took take of it without a second thought. I truly felt the team at Big M is more like a family and they treated my family like their #1 priority. Thank you!

Searching for a car is frustrating enough; doing so after your paid-off car is totaled from an accident is even more frustrating! But not at Big M, thanks to the superior service of Mr. Gary Brown. Gary was courteous, listened to what my wants were, and put me in a quality car that I could afford! I m thankful that he took the buying pressure off my shoulders and I was able to walk away happy! I would definitely recommend Big M, and Gary Brown, for your next car!

Gary Brown was wonderful today! Worked with my budget to get me into a vehicle I actually like and even kept my little boy entertained while I was getting everything settled! I didn't feel the usual pressure to buy something I couldn't really afford or didn't actually like as I have with other car dealerships. Not my favorite dealership. Very pushy. And I called before I drove over hour and half to look at car to make sure it was still there. They said yes it'll be here and will save it until I'm there. When I got there nobody knew what car I was talking about, could barely get anyone to help me and then they said they sent it to auction. Then tried to sell me a car 4000 more than my budget and way more than car I came to look at. And acted like they were doing me a huge favor. The car I bought was terrible investment. And Gary Brown was very pushy for me to get it and it wasn't an enjoyable experience for me. Wouldn't recommend Big M to anyone. When you walk through the door all they see is dollar signs instead of a human.

Gary Brown makes buying a car a great experience. I drove 300 miles from my home to buy my dream car from Gary. I am thrilled with my purchase. All in all buying this car was an easy experience. Everything was ready when I arrived. I highly recommend seeing Gary when you want a new ride.

I was in the market for a dependable used car. The previous generation Dodge Charger (2011-2014) was one of my top choices. After looking at several that were for sale in my area, I came upon a beautiful 2014 Charger on the Big M website. After calling to verify the vehicle was still available, they volunteered to hold it for me that day until I could drive the hour and a half to see it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nikki, a cute and friendly saleslady who answered all my questions. After test driving the vehicle, and falling head over heels in love with it, Nikki worked with her manager to allow me to place a cash deposit on it until I could return with my wife the following week to finish the transaction. Not only was the price low and fair, they offered me more than I thought was reasonable on my trade-in. Upon delivery, the Charger was spotless and gleaming in the sunshine. Big M really impressed me with their professionalism, friendly manner, low prices, and the way they make customers feel special. I will not hesitate to head straight back to them for my next vehicle purchase. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent car and a hassle free deal. Ask for Nikki, she makes it fun and easy to buy a car!

I worked with Braden price he was very friendly and professional! The atmosphere in general was amazing felt like family and not any regular dealership I have had a lot of bad experiences with people just judging you off your looks and not actually wanting to help me . Every where else turned me down and Darren the financial manager was very up front and honest and wanted what was going to be best for me and my son and literally was a genius with numbers and kept me right in my price range ! I will always do business with these wonderful people! Again thanks BigM for all you did for me I m so grateful there are still good honest people in the world !

Great location. Not pushy sales guys, laid back, reliable and informative. Ray, Darrin, Carl,Tim...everyone was personable and approachable. I wanted a specific vehicle and Ray stayed on top of it. Called be back and hooked it up. I definitely recommend!!

Rod has been great! I live 5 hours away in St. Louis and he worked with me via text and email and made me feel comfortable about my purchase via internet. Also Faith was wonderful! Gary Brown took the time (most of the day) to find the right (first) car for my son. He made sure that we were comfortable with our choice, and then helped my son find a great apartment in E-town.He isn t just a used car dealer, he s a problem solver, a great guy, and an honest, honorable man.The finance officer (I m sorry I forgot his name), worked hard to find a low rate for a first time borrower.I hate buying a car, it ranks below root canal surgery in my book...until today. This business deserves your business.
