Absolutely terrible experience. Save your frustration and go to O Reilly's or Napa. Ordered a part online for pickup. Did not hear anything back so I showed up to pick it up. They did not have the part even though it says online it was available right away. So they told me that it wasn't available and I'd have to go home and cancel it myself to get my refund. I tried and was not able to do so without creating an account. I called and Mike got an attitude with me the whole time and acted like I was inconveniencing them to simply get my money back. So they charged me for an item the didn't have, wouldn't give me a return in store, then hassled me about just trying to get my money back. Awful customer service. Avoid at all cost if possible. I'll tell everyone one I can to take their business elsewhere.

My alternator went out while driving down I65. Luckily, I was able to make it to AutoZone. Christian G. Went above and beyond and helped me test my truck and provided the knowledge and tools for me to change it. He was super helpful and made a frustrating time much more bearable. I highly recommend stopping by if you need any parts or help with your vehicle.

Went into the store looking for a hard-to-find brake part for my wagon. A young man named Randall spent time looking for cross-referenced part numbers and made it a point to make sure that my car was able to be fixed. First class service.

Just stopped in to get a new headlight bulb and was meet by a tall parts manager I think his initials were DB. After talking to him I figured he knew what I needed and was on point. He reminded me of the upcoming weather change and suggested we look at my wipers while he installed my bulb. I m so glad we did! One wiper was torn and the other was just in bad shape. This place took great care of me, not only did I leave better able to see I also felt safe now that if it were to rain I ll be good to clear it from my windshield. Thanks for your care and attention to my vehicle.

I can not say THANK YOU enough to Christian G. and Manager David B. for helping me with my alternator issue. They truly went above and beyond for this customer. Also, if you buy an alternator, make sure to test them before leaving. Called 5 different Auto Zone stores and all their remanufactured alternators to fit my truck were bad. David and Christian finally found a good one but had to drive to another store to pick it up. Thanks again guys!!

I meant to review a few weeks ago when I went in right as they opened at 8am on a Sunday. They were so nice and replaced my bad battery when it was freezing outside (sorry). Great customer service. Thank you!

Sales guy was very helpful accept he couldn't figure out how to pull my air filter cover off to replace the filter he had offered to change. All in all still a decent experience.

Staff is friendly oh, their knowledgeably depends though. they have a few associates who's mechanical expertise is sorely lacking, but overalls a decent location.

My husband was helped by Maria today. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! She was very thorough with the problem we were having with our van, and now our van is running well, when it couldn't even start 2 hours ago. She is incredible!

I don t know very much about cars but I did know a few possibilities that could have been wrong with my car. I came in and a gentleman named Tyler helped me with everything. My car needed anti-freeze and he put it in there for me and he stayed outside in the freezing cold to make sure that s what my car needed. He also educated me on a lot of things I didn t know. Very nice and genuine guy.

I had brought my sister to take her driving test 45mins away only to find out we had a a turn signal out! We rushed to this autozone! We were helped by Trevor and he was exceptional. He not only helped us find the correct part and install he taught us how to do it so next time we can take care of it ourselves! Highly recommend Trevor.

The whole team was very helpful, specifically, Mike, the Manager, and Porter, who jumped right in to assist with a seemingly burnt out bulb, which turned out being a connector challenge. Thanks guys! We appreciate you getting us back on the road!!

The people here are friendly, but take some time to get there attention if you need something. When you do though they are very determined to help you in any way they can. If it is busy though you will be waiting as they tend to not have enough people working so I had to wait like 10min to get checked out.

A gentleman helped me replace my turn signal cover in the parking lot just now. Very friendly, very helpful, and wouldn t let me pay him for his help. So thankful for the guys here at this location. Thank you!!!
