I just asked for an estimate to have my 2007 Hyundai detail, including the engine compartment. I was told, quite curtly, they did not work on cars that old. And yet, on their Facebook page they picture OLD cars. That's okay. I will remember this treatment. I found I very nice man in town who will work on my car.

We were a bit skeptical to have our vehicle detailed here at first, based upon the other reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. Auto Detailing & More was very responsive to our urgent need to have a full detail promptly completed for our private vehicle sale. They completed the job in less than one business day, had a friendly staff, and improved the look of the exterior and interior of the car thoroughly and substantially. The staff was very honest about the cost of the detailing beforehand when they surveyed the vehicle with us, and kept their word when we paid upon pickup. It is difficult to find trustworthy small businesses these days, but Auto Detailing & More seems to be one of them. Thank you!

First time, just arrived to area, local dealership recommended them. Very friendly and appearance of completed vehicles on the lot was impressive. Got my wife's Equinox done, looks great. Then I found 3 small white spots on right front of vehicle. Sun baked wax they missed, I thought not a big deal, rubbed one off with my finger nail, the other two wouldn't come off. I asked if one of her folks could get the spots off and was told they didn't want to take the chance of scrapping off paint. Everything was fine until this point. Now I'm leery about the dealership that recommended them to me. My wife is gonna purchase a 2020 Compass Trailhawk....not sure now. I will not be going back with my Cherokee Trailhawk now. I had to wait a couple days to write a review. Very disappointed.

My 2014, 100K mile truck was full of overspray that had been on for months. These guys made it look like new again! Thanks

I was going to schedule job interview, my application was falsely rejected and one man in the office was very mean very rude and very disrespectful for his behavior and he should be fired immediately and he being yelling at me for no reason and as I left, he told me to say good luck in a mean way for his behavior, he should be fired immediately or will be prosecute for his behavior. Do better! I would not recommend not to apply auto detailing position due to his inappropriate behavior. That a 0/5 star review.

First time I have used this auto detailing shop. I am very impressed, my truck had not been professionally cleaned since I purchased it back in 2003.What I needed was just the interior cleaned. Some of my trucks clear coat has came off so I could not see having the outside cleaned.I was blown away with how great the inside looked and the inside smelled like new.Also the staff was very friendly and professional.I would strongly recommend this business to others.

We went to get our car detailed and the owner Steve is very rude, we asked him how much it would be just to get the crumbs out of the seat and the stains he said $185 there weren t that many crumbs at all, so I asked him to please redo and get most of the stains out. He asked us to get off his property, we will not be going back.

Broke down in my RV and limped into Bob Swope Ford. I was not even a customer of Steve Phillips's, yet he offered FREE water and electricity for the six days and nights it took Ford to ship the correct repair parts. THEN he brought his whole crew along to present cards, flowers and a gift certificate for dinner for Mother's day!!! THEN his lovely wife Sandy offered to take me to lunch! I have never encountered this level of kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity from complete strangers. They are indeed Auto Detailing and SO MUCH MORE!

The managing staff and who I assume is the owner, were incredibly rude. They were supposed to clean a car's seats and carpet for the company I work for, and when we picked it up it didn't even look as if it was vacuumed. Crumbs and stains every where. Bringing it to their attention brought an angry and rude response. Never going back there again.

Awesome Experience, As I went to look at my vehicle the owner told me if I wasn't satisfied that they would fix it. That is customer service at its best, if you are looking for a handout this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a job done right and making you a fully satisfied customer then this is the place for you. I will always take my vehicles back.

Paid 150 dollars. Way to over priced for little done. Asked them to use tire shine, they said they didn t do that what kind of detail shop doesn t shine the tires, didn t clean the door jam nor vaccume in the seats. staff was rude. Just so much wrong for such a big price.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They were friendly enough, but my car looks about the same. I will probably take it somewhere else next month, as it didn't get the "clean" I was hoping for...and no...it wasn't THAT dirty to begin with. I don't believe for one second that JI's review below is authentic!!!

I found Steve's business through a 3d party and, due to some miscommunication with that 3d party, I showed up angry and not expecting much. Steve's team was professional, heard my complaints, explained the miscommunication, and went to work on my car. When I picked my car up it looked brand new. It's been almost a week and I still can't believe how good it looks.
