I needed replacement windshield wipers. The staff was super nice and helpful. They were kind enough to install the new wipers for me, in the rain nonetheless.

I found the people working there to be very kind and courteous, also very knowledgeable. I was helped right away which is always nice. I have health problems where I can't stand and I also have breathing problems. They let me sit down and then they went through the store and gathered all the other stuff I needed instead of me having to walk around in pain which was so kind of them and really appreciated. All in all the experience at this particular store was the best out of any store I had been to. Let me add, the service at other stores with the same name were on par, the difference was I hadn't been to any of the other stores since my health took a turn for the worse but I would hope that those stores would show as much compassion and empathy as the etown store on Dixie.

Had an online order of 2 cabin air filters and made a purchase in store, short wait (online order was very smooth, said my name once and he was off to get it) friendly, well stocked of most items, some 'popular' ones seems out at the moment, but in and out in less than 15m even walking the store

A great little auto parts store. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and really helpful. You can get in and out quickly with whatever it is you need as the staff is pretty efficient.

It took convincing, but I had a seat belt adjuster I needed a second hand on to position the straps correctly. At the time, I was on my third trimester and couldn't reach. At first, when I asked, I was denied. The staff could have At least given it a try no holding back. In the end, it was decent effort, unsuccessful. Training overall needs to not only exceed customer service. You never know what outcome you will come upon that requires action forward whether emergent or non-emergent. You never who is watching your performance. Quite rare to find people/employees who go above and beyond in customer service and that it's not just a 'job'. Thank you.

This location has the best staff!! Every time I need something for my car, they are so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional!! It's so nice to go somewhere, where you can depend on people to help you with this stuff!!!

Over the phone at any auto parts store is a nightmare but they always seem to have whatever part for most modern cars im working on in stock if your working on a more classic year vehicle call ahead to check availability

My van was having a hard time starting and I figured it was the battery, but I had all of my kids with me. I called from the parking lot and Josh came right outside. He not only checked my battery (which was the problem), but took my card inside for me, helped with the price, brought my new battery (and card) outside, and installed it - all so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of bringing my young kids in and out. And he did it all with a smile, understanding and patience. Amazing, quality service and I can't commend Josh's help enough.

The store manager here John (I think his name is) is one of the most helpful, genuine hardworking people I ve ever met (rumor is he doesn t sleep and he works 33 hours a day 8 days a week) this man will go above and beyond for anyone he meets! Dave and James must be some of the cleverest people I ve ever had the pleasure to meet! If you don t know what your talking about don t worry! They do!!! And can even offer guitar lessons! Their driver drivers Kenny and Randy are practically nascar drivers your part is delivered before you have even thought about it!All in All the people in this store are amazing!!! Not so much employees as they are a family, you just may have trouble leaving this place!

Not friendly nor knowledgeable of the product I went in for nor did he know where to find it ( hanging on the shelf right behind him). The clerk I approached asked the other if they had them and he fairly grumpily replied, "no we don't rent them", which I had no intention of doing, I wanted to purchase it. I try to buy local when I can to keep these guys from falling to the online stores and ive had one guy at this store make the comment that they can't compete with them, and this is yet another reason why.

I was in your store today to buy a battery, the first gentleman that was going to wait on left & another one of your employees stepped right up & went out of his way to accommodate me,. I had to return a part that was the wrong one. She made a joke. It was easy to do. But the lady there was really nice she even came out in rain with her umbrella so I could put my kid in the cat seat.

Clean, well stocked store for most of your automotive needs or wants. They've also a very knowledgeable staff on hand to assist you and their location is very easy to spot. Lastly they offer a discount on purchases for all active & retired military personnel.

They have the best employees I have ever had help me! My review isn't car related but I had my phone stolen and located it to their store and they went absolutely above and beyond to help me locate it. They didn't have to help me by any means but they did and I am so grateful. If you want someone to help you that actually cares and wants to help I highly recommend them!

For the second time I've gone in there because it was closest I was basically brushed off! My oil light came on so I went straight there. I explained I needed help pushing my good latch down and that I wasn't sure exactly how much oil to put in. Yes that's my responsibility but had I gone 1 Mike further to Reilly they would have been over backwards to help. Instead they watched me try to unsuccessfully get it. I left, I refused to go in and ask for help again. Compassion gentleman, it goes a long way.

I only really go to these stores when my check engine light comes on or when I can't find a part I need in Walmart. They're usually overpriced and understaffed.This store is hit or miss. There have been times when I've gone in and waited forever to be helped, and there are other times when I've dealt with very helpful staff. I guess it depends on who is working when you go in.

I had waited until it was raining to decide it was time to get replacement wiper blades for my 09 GMC SIERRA DENALI. Oddly I had a very unique wiper blade arm on my vehicle. I was given a wiper blade and was assured it would mount with no issues. The manager decided to install the wiper for me while I checked out. After changing wipers three more times, the correct assembly was located and installed. I appreciate how Ms. Felicia took that extra effort to guarantee my satisfaction and make sure I left with a properly installed wiper blade. Excellent customer service, thank you very much!!!

This was my third stop to buy tire pump. Poor customer service and misplaced priorities caused me to leave O'Rileys and Auto Zone. It seemed they were more concerned with helping people on the phone than people in line waiting to give them money. I got to Advance and was trying to find my pump I was helped and they took my money. Seems like a simple concept. Advance Auto is not the closest parts house to me but I will go there first from now on.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have a part I need, they find it at another store. I have only had to wait one day for a part, but also as little as an hour. They go out of their way to help the customer.

The service guy Ronald was so helpful in helping me find, with the purchase, and installation of my new battery. He provided detailed and quick service for my 2003 or 2003 Jetta.

I hate that all these auto stores see a woman and assume she is ignorant and her vehicle. Advance, O'Reilly, Napa, Auto Zone... they are all guilty. Have most anything Automotive Related, that you imagine! Great Pricing, Quality and Selection!! Helpful as well, is that the folks here are willing to help with most anything!!! For an Auto Parts Store, it is Definitely, the very best!!!
