Awesome/Timely service, Knowledgeable staff, they got the SS Boats-N-Hose re-powered and out removing excess Honey in no time! Kudos to Josh&Stephen and all the rest of the crew, so long as they are in business they will have mine!

One of the best places around Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley for your boat service. I personally have had them replace the engine in the 27 foot Sea Ray. The boat came back better than when I dropped it off. The service staff and sales staff are top notch. As for parts and boating accessories they have by far the best prices on the lakes. Their hourly service rate maybe higher than most places on the lake but it is worth every penny! From my experience they get 2x the amount of work done in a hour then most places can get done in 3. If you are even thinking about buying a boat stop in and have a chatt with Josh, he is insanely knowledgeable about getting you into a boat for your need plus some.

Josh and staff have been very nice they sold my boat for me so I buy a new one.Very helpful And honest with their customers, gives you a good feeling buying from them. You know they will take care of you would Definitely buy from again.

Willy and Donna are fantastic people that really care about treating their customers the way they should be. Their service is unmatched when it comes to quality workmanship and cost is always within reason if not less than you would expect. All in all I would rate them as the best in western Ky and trust me Ive used them all. You won t be disappointed!!

I do not write many reviews but when a busniess goes over and above they deserve credit. My wife and I started are 10 vacation at the lake and on day 2 our boat broke down. I called Hubs service department and explained the situation. They got our boat in and worked tirelessly for two days to get our boat repaired. When it appeared the part was out of stock from the manufacturer (which due to covid 19 parts are impossible to get). Josh worked relentlessly to find the part and have one shipped overnight and Hubs service department got us back on the water in two days . Well done guys and thanks to the entire service department.

Go there quite a bit but the last time there 8-20-2022 sucked. 3 of us ordered Cheeseburgers the burgers were no good at all . Dry like eating cotton and got sick afterwards. Don't order the burgers there.

Can t recommend this place and their people enough. Josh and the team were so nice and made everything extremely easy on my end, even going out of their way to send some documents my BMV needed on short notice. Great experience all around.

The guys here are friendly and seem honest to me. They weren't able to fix my problem, but at least they didn't keep charging me an arm and a leg to troubleshoot. They were good about calling before they proceeded with work. They were also nice enough to keep my boat inside while they weren't working on it. I think their specialty is inboards. I have an older outboard. I'd give them 5 stars if they would've seemed more sure about what my problem was but again I have an older outboard.

You wont find better people! Service department is second to none.bought a new jc and love it.last year I tore up lower unit and prop furst day of vacation was back in the water the next day by 2 pm...try that somewhere else!
