He was working on a neighbor's camper and before he left for the night he came over to take a look at our air conditioning unit. He was able to fix it right on the spot. His prices were very reasonable, and his word to take a look at ours the same night showed good care and compassion for others.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Service from Backcountry was excellent. We reached out yesterday, got an appointment for today how often does that happen? He arrived ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem, made a run to get parts, and had us fully fixed and restored within an hour of our scheduled service appointment. Jaden was polite and professional, explained things well, and got the job done quickly for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call on him again in the future.

Called to repair our rv toilet. Suggested buying new. Scheduled for next day at 2pm. Was going to source toilet and text pricing. No word. I texted, and he said the cheapest one was >350, and didn't feel right charging that much plus service fee. Texted me with Amazon link to same toilet we have, and told me how to replace. I called back after speaking to hubby, and asked to keep the 2pm appt. No slots available. However, his brother in law could probably help. Called number provided. And spoke to female. I sent pictures and paperwork from toilet. Called back. Hubby could make it. Then hubby wanted me to pick up new toilet and he would be there. Took him about 15 minutes. Showed me the differences, took the one toilet and that was that.Charged $150 for service charge... seems a little high, since we just paid another company $60. Whatever. We needed a working toilet.

Jaden was able to come out to our camper 3x to help with some AC trouble we were having. He was professional and trustworthy. He was helpful (took steps to save us money) and honest with cost as well. Will continue to use him in the future as a full-time RV family. Very happy with everything!

Jaden is an awesome honest young man. Army veteran and over all good person. My 2010 Fleetwood house water pump failed and Jaden came out in 20 degree weather at night and fixed it. Then my Aqua Hot system wasn t providing hot water he came out on Saturday and completely serviced my Aqua Hot system. Oh and I have hot water now. His prices are very very reasonable. I finally found an RV repair guy that s worth the money. Oh and he didn t charge me extra for coming out after 5:00 pm and on Saturday.

Called early in the morning due to a water leak. Friendly courteous service on the phone and reported she would have someone by noon. Dustin showed up at 1115 am. They had quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to it. Dustin even had to make a 40 min drive each way to Paducah to get a water fitting that was not locally available. Great to work with and will definitely call again if needed.Service: Body & Trim

Had a friend who s A/C unit quit working on a weekend before leaving on a road trip on Monday. I called and they were at a family function and couldn t look at the RV. He walked me through troubleshooting the thermostat and the main breakers. We were able to get it going before the trip. Back country RV is awesome and helped out when they easily had an excuse. They even called me back later that night to ensure we were running. I would recommend them and will be using them again when needed.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Backcountry Mobile RV Repair saved my vacation and restored my hope in owning an RV!We are new to owning an RV and experienced MANY problems during our first RV vacation. When our house batteries quit charging and we lost all functionality of slides and jacks, that was the last straw!! Backcountry came to our campground shortly after a tornado warning and during a tornado watch to resolve our problem. In the pouring rain, they fixed the problem quickly and with the greatest courtesy. I wish I lived down here because Backcountry would do all of my RV work. Jaden and Dustin are very knowledgeable and timely and are able to fix just about anything. These guys are polite and trustworthy. I'd give them a call before going to a dealer where you would have to leave your rig for months.
