The overall medical care is on point! Got way better care than what I was expecting! I recommend seeing Suzanne Yount aka Doc Kelly, or at least that s what I call her. She is thorough and goes above and beyond, she genuinely cares!The building is a little dated and needs a little work but it s clean. So the building being older is not a complaint! Overall this the place to go if you want good medical treatment!

I think that EBMC does a superior job in going the extra step to help their patients. They are quick to provide an available appointment and their wait time is within 15 minutes of the appointment. They keep and document excellent medical records. They DO take care of a lot of patients and have are very good about helping those who are in need of medical care both in Jackson County and in London. I read the other reviews and was a little surprised as my experience has been just the opposite. I think everyone needs to have some level of taking care of themselves, knowing their own medication and if you are taking care of a family member to make sure that they are staying hydrated. Their jobs are to provide the medical care needed for the patient , not to micromanage your family. But ... I can only go on my own personal experience... and it has always been very positive.

This place is a joke. When you got appointment at 2:15 & they wait to call you at 2:45 but only keep you in a room for hours while the walk-ins get better priory WHAT A JOKE. This place is run down dirty and full of rude people who don t listen. Honestly you ll be better off going somewhere else.

Took my grandmother here for a simple refill on her medications and a refferal for Home Health so we could have a nurse come and assist us in taking care of her. They didn't give us the refills we needed nor did they make a refferal to Home Health for a nurse but gave us one for Meals on Wheels which doesn't need one.Stay away from the older, heavy set woman with long greyish hair! She will not listen to you and tries to twist your words when you tell her what you need.

I took my mother here and they had no record of the name of the medicine they had prescribed her just a month ago. Also, 2 days after her visit she ended up in the hospital because she was severely dehydrated. At this clinic they took blood work and never told us the results. We should have been directed to the hospital, instead we got left alone in the examination room. The physician's assistant (no MD was actually present) said she would be right back and didn't return. We were about to be sent away by the APRN, when I had to ask to speak with the PA again. They were busy, but that is no excuse for this type of negligence.

If you have an appointment at this place you should make sure you have nothing else to do that day the wait times are horrible my wife had an appointment at 10:45 and wasnt called in to be seen until noon and the nurse that saw her didnt come in to see her until 2 that afternoon, dont get me wrong the ladies that check you in are really nice but the nurses treat you like a number and thats not cool they dont want to treat you for what youre being seen for but something entirely different

Booked flu shot for 8:30 then was told they didn t start giving shots till 9.
