I bought a 1500 Northstar Polaris Ranger in January with a snow plow that cost $4400. At the time of purchase I was told by the sales manager that the plow would be in by mid February. A month late in mid March I called them to find out where it was and they said my snow plow was on back order and would be in by May or June. When I inquired about canceling the snow plow I was told that I would be charged a restocking fee of 25% (on equipment they don t have and can t get). My salesman Bernie was excellent! But the sales manager (I think named Don) was only interested in making a sale and lied by assuring me that the plow would be in by mid February. I have spoken with the sales manager multiple times and he always says someone will contact me the next day, but that never happens. Spend your money somewhere else to avoid these crooks.

We stopped in to look at and price Polaris Rangers. We ended up pulling the trigger and buying one, which took us past closing time. Bennie stayed late ans was by our side helping us with any questions and making sure we were well taken care of. If your in the market go see him and the rest of the staff at Marshall Powersports. You won't be disappointed.

Cannot say enough Awesome things about Marshall Powersports and manager Summer Cain, and Bennie! From starting with a phone call placed while driving down the interstate to delivery of Utv two days later (Mostly our fault due to not having the correct currency to close the deal on a Labor Day weekend with no banks open to aide either side and having a CC limit set by their company policies) But we ain t mad at that. Gave us more time to get to know each other and form trusting relationships and friendships that will last a lifetime!! Summer is definitely on her A-game when it comes to efficiently and effectively running the business and Bennie is a seasoned veteran backing her up! Dad and I can t thank you both for helping us with our purchase of a CFMOTO UFORCE 1000 from start to finish. If your in the market for a UTV, I would definitely recommend taking the drive up interstate 75 to the Dry Ridge/Williamstown area and check these guys out. You won t be disappointed!!! Mark, Ethan, and Summer among all the employees there are amazing, definitely worth the 2000 mile round trip to buy from them. They devoted so much time and energy into making the deal happen. They may be #5 largest RZR dealership in the nation but they make you feel like your the only customer. Would highly recommend.

I stopped in yesterday to look at a Polaris Ranger 1000. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service from my sales rep. Bennie and the entire staff at Marshall Power sports. Bennie had thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of Polaris over the competition product I was considering. I purchased the Polaris Ranger and brought it home to the farm and it is amazing! It will go anywhere. I am more than satisfied! I highly recommend Marshall power Sports it was truly a pleasure to deal with them. I will definitely buy from them again!

I m from Pittsburgh Pa and drove down to Marshall s and glad I did. My salesman was Vinnie and I couldn t ask for better service. Vinnie and staff were very polite and professional. I made the deal over the phone and saved around $2000 compared to the prices in the Pittsburgh area and they had a large inventory. I called the day before I went down and my RZR was ready to go upon arrival. I even got a free hat. I was in and out within 30 minutes with no issues. I would recommend Marshall s if you are looking for a Polaris. It s worth the drive.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bennie, all around great guy! I went in looking to get an opinion on something I was interested in buying privately. He gave an honest opinion as well as told me other options. I thought about it overnight and needless to say it was worth it to purchase a new machine. I went with a CFmoto 500 atv. Bennie made the process painless and made sure I left with a full tank of gas. Highly recommend giving your business to this place

Whatever price they give you be aware that they're going to upcharge you a $1000 "delivery" charge because the units come from over seas. They wait till you've signed the paperwork to spring this on you. Dirty business.
