VERY RUDE wouldn't even consider giving me a better price knowing the vehicle was definitely worth it and I am a single mother of two and my car just went out sold him it for very low unfair price! It wouldn't bother me as much if he didn't know I was a single mother whose car just went out and doesn't have another vehicle but I am. He even said he knew the car was worth the amount I was wanting but still wouldn't do it. Very disappointed!

Got my Malibu up and running again at a very reasonable price. SUPER impressed with their service. Friendly, honest, dependable, and no frills or gimmicks. HIGHLY recommend. 5 stars

The worst experience you could possibly imagine.Took 5 months for them to put on a fuel pump, and fuel rails.Took 2 months to get 2 new tires for the same car.Bought a air intake, and after the 4 month of them not putting it on, I asked for it back and they got mad I wanted to actually take it somewhere it would actually get put on.Not to mention the guy who owns it also owns the apartments next to his shop, and is a slum lord...refuses to fix a fire hazard for the last six months.If you want to wait forever for your car to get fixed, feel free to take it here. You've been warned, I would litterally put myself thru trade school to work on cars before I took another vehicle or do any type of business with them.YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Greg and his team could not have been better. They identified the problem with our rear AC, were able to fix it, and were very very fair in their pricing. Although Dry Ridge Auto Parts is almost 40 minutes from our home, we will definitely be taking our cars there for any future needs. Their customer service and quick turnaround was worth the trip to Dry Ridge.

Don t buy from the owner or his son, told them I was on the way too pick up a car they had for sale. Sold it too another guy unexpectedly before I got there. No communication whatsoever. Very bad business and unprofessional. 4 hour round trip wasted. Owners son cursed me out once I talked too him over the phone about the situation..

My sister was traveling with her three kids to visit me and it was a very cold day and her wipers froze up and low oil light came on. Due to all of the salt on the roads it was almost impossible for her to see out her windshield. I called to see if they could fit her in and Greg took great care of her. He wouldn t even let her pay. Thank you for making sure my sister and her babies were safe out on the road! What a great business!

Very good service at excellent prices. You can send your Wife or Daughter here to have their vehicle repaired, without fear of being "taken advantage of". Good honest people & dependable service.

Good service, sometimes takes longer than it should tho. Wanted new tires put on a vehicle, apparently got used ones and one of the belts broke in one causing it to bubble and shake the car. The car had a bad shake, upon initial drop off they said nothing was wrong with it. Upon driving they figured out it was sway bar links. In conclusion, the actual diagnosis was horrible but the actual mechanical work is good.

Called EVERYWHERE looking for lug studs for my BMW X5 and no one had any except Dry ridge autoSaid they were a special orderWas scared to ask how long it would take to get there..........next day!!!! Super happy!!!

My teenaged daughter and I broke down on the interstate 70 miles from home. The tow truck driver told me that he was taking me to the only repair shop he would trust and assured me everything would be fine. True to his word, he dropped us off at Dry Ridge Auto Parts. We were cold and hungry, so one of the gentlemen drove us across town to Cracker Barrel to wait while they located the alternator we needed in another town. A few hours later, and we were on our way home. They could easily have taken advantage of us and charged whatever they wanted, but they were fair and honest. Thanks from Lawrenceburg!

This auto shop is unprofessional and full of liars! Do not bother bringing your vehicle here unless you want it to sit there for months while you repeatedly get lied to. Time wasted!!

Wasn't happy at all with this place. Charged a higher price when I picked up the part than I was quoted on the phone. Very unhappy .
