They tinted the windows on our CRV about 9 months ago and did a fine job. When we bought a new Accord a few weeks ago I called to make an appointment, but there was no answer so I left a message. Then, I sent an email. No return call and no reply to my email. Today, I decided to stop-in when I went to Dry Ridge. I could see a young man sitting at the counter, but the door was locked. I could tell he was irritated, but he unlocked the door. I walked in and asked if they were open. He replied, "It's lunch". I apologized and left. I understand everyone needs a lunch break, but how was I supposed to know? Put a sign on the door or something and try being just the slightest bit courteous. Needless to say, they won't be working on any of our vehicles. It must be nice to have so much business you don't need anymore.Service: Window tinting
