Great customer service! Came in to buy a log splitter, had trouble getting anti theft device off splitter at store, received an extra 5% off just for the trouble and extra time! Can t say enough about the friendly staff especially Nat!! At the Danville KY location. Thanks again!

I get my dog food there. I got fence paint, tools, hats, ele fence & chain saw files. If they were located in my town I would probably spend more time in the store.

Found what I needed easily. Store was clean, animals looked well kept.Customer service is subpar. Lady in front of me with empty plastic totes was offered assistance to help her take her stuff to her vehicle. Here comes little me after, with 40# of chick starter, 50# of sheep mineral, 50# of chicken laying pellets, 25# of cat food, and 25# of chicken grit...not even an offer to help me bring stuff to my vehicle. The logic is hard to understand. When I worked customer service offering to help was the expectation of you as an employee.5 stars for the store and it s products3 stars for customer service

Why don t you keep your wood pellets inside?The pellets will collect moisture and turn back to sawdust.

The store was easy to navigate was wheel chair assessable with accommodating restrooms, parking , and entrances,. The staff is always friendly curious and skilled in the knowledge they need to help the customers they were a big help to me everytime i have been in there kudos to them keep up the good work team Danville

Whomever was working this morning was great both of gals working this morning asked about my dog needing a treat and were super sweet to him. If your dog knows a couple tricks they can even earn an extra one. The fella working loaded the truck for me gave my pup a few more ear rubs he s been bouncing around since, it s his favorite place in town.Thanks for making his day y all

I like the store, dog friendly which is important to me. I like their store brand of dog food with Lots of options from grain free to organic. If you try a new kind and your dog won't eat it, they'll swap you for a different flavor! Good customer service. Friendly people. If they mess up, or run out of something you need, they make it right. That has earned my business for good.

You need to do something with ur night cashiers they r rude and disrespectful my daughter waited a hr to buy ducks then they waited on workers to right at closing then want to say figure out how.to pay at home.so very rude they need to train them in customer service better they waiting for a.hr for them to be this way they need to do better cause I won't be nice and qill will manger about this

Sales associates were all congregated talking and the shelves were empty of the items that we needed. When we finally were able to enter up their social hour so that they could do some work they went to the stockroom and found everything that we needed. I pointed out to them and not a very friendly way that you can't sell merchandise if it's in the stockroom and we would be purchasing these items elsewhere from now on.

Easy to find larger containers of oil here than a truck stop. Things you may never need but if you do they probably have it

I had called about the availability and prices on hand trucks within the store. I was told a standard capacity of 800 lb and rubber pneumatic tires on hand truck worth $30. But that was not the case, when we arrived at the store and proceeded to find the hand trucks a 600-lb capacity hand truck less than what we were quoted was $58 plus change and this was the cheapest one they had. I really think they need to work on their customer service on the phone and not tell people off the top of their head what they think things are whether that's the price or its weight capacity or whatever they should take the time to put the person on hold ask them to hold and look up the correct information instead of giving us misleading information that only leads to stress for both the cashier and the customer and management as well.

I went to this location on April 17th, 2017 the last day of the Cub Cadet 15% off sale. I was interested in a Cub Cadet 700 model for 499.99. They had only one model left that had a sign on it saying to hold for a customer. They told me i could purchase it. I went back a few days later and the same one is still there with the same sign. I spoke with the manager Patrick who told me there was nothing that he could do to honor it. He had a poor attitude and lack of customer service skills, this company just lost a customer. Thank god Lowes is across the street.

Clean, organized. Limited selection of some stuff. Must be short on employees, leading to longer waits in line, especially on Saturdays.

Upon bringing a thoroughbred Argon cylinder to be exchanged for the correct oxygen cylinder instead of the tank of Aragon gas that mistakenly exchanged for my old oxygen cylinder. I was told by the acting Manager that I would have to return the tank to the tractor supply store that I had bought it from.The reason I went with purchasing from Tractor Supply was the convenience of exchanging tanks at any TS store that was convenient.If they cant honor each stores tanks. This defeats the purpose. I bought my tanks at Tractor Supply in Morehead BEFORE moving to Lincoln Co. I was assured that any TS store would exchange their blue tanks.

THEY RE-ARRANGED THE LAYOUT OF THE STORE, SO I HAD TO ASK WHERE CERTAIN PRODUCTS WERE. THE SALES CLERK WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL!!! I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT!!!!!

Parking was good employee tried to help they weren't sure what I was looking for but they sent me to an aisle that they thought was what I was looking for I looked around to try and find what I was looking for didn't find it but that was ok I appreciate friendly and helpful employees I'll go back parking was good also

Staff was very nice, they all took their time to pet my dog and told me she was pretty, they even gave her a treat!
