Matt was great assisting me and my wife with the purchase of our first van. We came in a little later in the evening than planned and he graciously stayed later than store hours for us. We came back later to get the van. It was so clean and had a full tank of gas! Top notch! I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone! Thank you!

Found a car on their website. Contacted John and he was very helpful. Sent us all the information we needed including a video walk around of the car. We drove 10 hours to the dealership. We got to meet so many nice and helpful people. Got to have a nice conversation with Patti. If you are looking for old fashioned customer service this is the place. Love the car!

My wife took her 2014 F-250 in for The Works service on 4/10/2024. We had a little mix up on the appointment date but they went ahead and worked her right in. We also had a tire patched. All went well with the service. When my wife left, she noticed one of the tires was out of balance so she went back. Greg took the truck right back in and the technician was able to rebalance the tire very quickly. The most important thing I want to point out is that my wife was treated very well at the Stuart Powell Quicklane. That is as important to me as the service work. Thank you all so much for your great customer service.

Pleasantly surprised with our experience here because My husband and I have had nothing but horrible experiences with dealerships in the past. Honesty is not something you find anymore at dealerships but I can say that you can trust these guysRoger was wonderful! Service is good but I had to wait after servicing was completed because she had to contact my protect my car before I could leave. I had an appointment that I had to be at so she let me leave.The time before this service my cap to my engine was left off for 3 months until I noticed it and found it under my hood. I love the promptness and customer service but ..

Roger Keck at Stuart Powell is phenomenal and has taken care of me for almost 18years! The dealership treats you like family across the board, including the service department. I have bought multiple vehicles from Stuart Powell with Roger being my salesman, some vehicles outside of Stuart Powell, but I ve always come back home.

Friendly but sloppy. Lacking in attention to detail. Charged me for services that weren't done, even after 2 attempts and reviewed by several (3+) employees. Customers must be cautious. One star because zero isn't an option. Very disappointing.

Very upfront with pricing, willing to work over the phone, text, and email. Ben Johnson was very helpful in working with Mazda for financing. Finance manager was very low pressure on offering extras, and there was no hidden or surprise costs on the final paper work. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Stuart Powell Mazda so far!!!

Ben Johnson and the entire staff at Stuart Powell made the car buying experience easy and dare I say enjoyable. There was no high pressure sales tactic, or absurd markups or upcharges that other dealers like to tack on. Before I left, Mr. Johnson, showed me the features of the vehicle, how to operate them and even helped to pair my phone. I was treated as a customer and not as just a commission. If you looking for a vehicle, give them a try, I'm glad I did.

John Mesplay was AWESOME to work with in the purchase of our 2023 F150 King RanchHe located the vehicle at a nearby dealership, retrieved it the same day had it ready and full tank of gas in it when we arrived. Chris Miller is always FANTASTIC to work with in the purchase paperwork completion. We were in and out in less than 2 hours with a full understanding of our vehicle s features.

I test drive the Jeep on Saturday. Called Matt back and told him I would take it that evening. Came in Monday,signed the paperwork and drove it home. Matt Applegate is very friendly, helpful and seems happy when he can help someone buy a new car. If I needed another car, this where I would go first. Very nice people to buy from.

The buying experience was quick and hassle free. They stood by their warranty after an unforseen mechanical issue. It took a bit longer than expected to fix, but the problem was resolved. I would purchase from them again.

My family just purchased our third car from Stuart Powell. We cannot recommend Stuart Powell, and Matt Applegate in particular, more highly. Matt was a straight shooter and went way above and beyond to match us with the best cars. Our cars qualify for their service plan so we ll be going to Stuart Powell for 100% of our service needs too. Couldn t be happier.
