This is by far the best auto parts store in Danville. Krystal was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely my go to from now on.

I went to get a Johnson Rod the other day, and as I was getting out of my car, a female customer was pouring out a full bucket of iced tea (with lemon) in their parking lot. She was fouling up the pavement something fierce, as though it were her own private landfill, spoiling the normally sparkling facilities of this fine establishment.Fortunately, NAPA takes great pride in the conditions of their premises, and they promptly put this customer in her place. Such entitlement should never be sanctioned, and NAPA handled their business beautifully, quickly dispensing of the rude customer and calling in ServPro to do a full cleaning of their parking lot. I thought this person was going to ruin my NAPA experience, but lo, NAPA wasn't having any of that. I got my Johnson Rod and was on my way with another great NAPA experience.Sincerely,A Satisfied Customer

An excellent NAPA store with helpful, knowledgeable staff. Bobby is great and very helpful. They are usually around the cheapest price for anything you're looking for.Two complaints: they often don't know if they have any of their synthetic blend oil in stock and they don't participate in NAPA Rewards, which essentially gives you 5% off all the time, plus other benefits.Despite those minor complaints, I'll be a happy continuing customer.

Drove from Nicholasville to Danville on Saturday because their web site said they were open till 5:00 pm and they had a tool.i needed. When I got there the sign on the door said they closed at 12:00 pm. CHANGE YOUR WEB SITE GUYS!!!

Great service good discounts but why would there be a better discount topping the military discount cause without the military they may not have the freedom to be where they are all places should show their appreciation with half price discount
