Today I was literally stranded on the side of the road with a busted tire. Harley s sent two guys out to put my donut tire on for me. The guys wanted me to come back to the shop to rotate my tires so the donut would be on the back and it would be safer for me to drive home. Everyone was so friendly and the customer service is great. They ordered a new tire for me. Today they got a new customer for life.

Had all 4 brakes and rotors replaced and had 4 tires mounted, balanced, and installed on my 2005 Nissan Titan. Tony, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and polite to work with. After truck was finished, I drove home and all seemed good. I was flying out of state in the next couple of days so I didn't do much driving until I drove the truck to Louisville Airport. On my drive there, I started to feel a knocking when I let of the gas, but it went away when I hit the brakes or sped up. I figured I would get it checked when I got back from my trip.After I returned, I was driving home from the airport to Garrard County, traveling 70-80 mph with the traffic, on 64 still feeling the thumping or knocking periodically. As I exited 64 onto 127, the thumping started to get worse and as cars were going around me, they were looking over at my truck so, I adjusted my side mirror so I could see my rear tire and I seen that my tire was extremely loose and wobbly and appeared as though it was about to come off! I stopped to find one of the lugbolts was broken off and the other 5 were totally loose! I tightened the lugs as tightly as I could and proceeded to drive home. I hadn't driven a mile and had to tighten all the lugs again! I was now only able to drive about 5 mph and had to stop 3 more times before I reach my house. It appears as though the lugs were not tightened properly when the repairs were made and as they became looser, the holes on my wheel were wollered out to the point that the wheel would not tighten. Of course this happened after hours on Friday night and they are closed for Labor day and as a result, I have lost 3 days of work already and will probably loose more before it is repaired. I can't even drive it to their shop! They will have to have it towed there. I will update this review in the future after all issues are addressed and corrected.UPDATE:Owner contacted me on Tuesday, and was very apologetic that this incident happened. He agreed to send a wrecker to haul my truck to the shop and make the necessary repairs as soon as possible. He said it may be a couple of days before they could repair it, depending on what parts they would need to order.To my surprise, I was contacted this morning stating my truck was ready for pick up. After getting my truck and driving it, I was pleased with the repairs, but, I was still upset that I had been without transportation for 5 days and lost 32 hrs of work due to this issue. After meeting and talking to the owner, we did come to a gentleman's agreement and able to put this issue behind us. In the end, if it were possible to rate customer service I would give that a 4.5. However, even though the damage was repaired in record time and the truck drives great, I feel like a 3 is where I have to stand at due to an absolute avoidable issue that left me without a vehicle for 5 days, and could have potentially resulted in a tragedy.I will continue to do business with them as well as recommend their services.

Staff was great! I had a flat tire and they fixed it quickly then put the wheel back on the car for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Harley's.

I called about fixing my flat tire, and they got me in within a couple of hours, fixed the flat, replaced the spare and put the tire back on, and didn t charge me a thing, all within a half hour. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you.

Wow Researched a couple of local Danville places for Michelin tires.I had a coupon from a local auto dealer service center that had 90 day price matching, but they were over $100 more before challenging their price.Called these guys, and not only did they have the better price, they got them installed in about an hour, and were VERY professional Why price match when you are already getting the better price?Exceptionally clean, orderly and well organized facility, professional well-spoken employees. I ll be back for tires AND other services THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM FOR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE IN DANVILLE, KY.

This was my first time to use Family Tire. They were very nice,and professional . I had an 11 am appointment for a 4 wheel alignment.It was complete by 12 noon.

These guys are awesome. Very educated on what they do, very friendly and the customer service doesn't feel like business. It feels like the top priority is making you satisfied with your vehicle. If you are having any troubles or just want to make sure your vehicle is running good, go here!

Awesome people, we was running late as usual by time we got there they had closed. But they left my keys out for us to take our car anyway not knowing if we would actually come back next morning to pay them or not. Next day my hubby got there roughly in the afternoon to pay the guy cause Lord knows we can't be on time for anything. Just trying to say they are a good trust worthy business. And thank you guys a lot.

I've brought several of my vehicles here over the years and they have always helped out and worked with me when money was tight. They are friendly and knowledgeable and if they didn't know something, they found out. I continue to use their service and would recommend them to anyone I know. The other review was from 6 years ago, and a lot can change since then including workers and managers. I've been using them for about 4 years now and have had no complaints.

This is the place to go for all your automotive needs. They are friendly, caring and very professional. Bought tires, they had them on so fast. Will only go to them for service of any kind now. Special shout out to George, great man, on the phone and in person. Answered all of our questions.

Friendly service, prompt. Lots of people working and customers, call ahead to get your tire issues worked out. Fair prices. Looking forward to future business with them as I tend to get all things shiny stuck in my tires.

Nice, great service, with no cityslicker upsell. The man that installed the tires was fast and helpful with my questions about the brakes & replacement. I reckon I'll be back here and I recommend Harley's to all that need new tires.

I took in a tire with a nail in it expecting them to plug it, like most repair shops. Instead they patched the tire which is what was needed:) The repair was done in a timely manner. The people there were helpful & wore masks. I give them a 5 star because you cannot give a 6 star. Tom

Brought my own tires that I ordered off of Amazon. They were nice enough to give me a ride to my place of work. They mounted the tires quickly and properly, and for a fair price.

I had my front end aligned here about 3 weeks ago I had brand new tire on my 2003 Ford F-150 Lightning .I left the truck and went back to get it ,the steering wheel was 1/2 a round off center I asked about this and was told what do you want for a truck. Well long story short my tires are wearing badly and they won't even offer to try to do it again according to the man on the phone too bad !! If you like throwing away money go here or to the casino

Some of the nicest people I have ever met at a tire store. They were able to reseat my boat tire to the rim after multiple attempts at other stores. And they never even charged me for it.

Was visiting from out of town and found a screw in my tire. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable as well

Wonderful service I had a flat fixed and it was quick but it kept leaking so when I went back two weeks later for an appointment I made they pulled that wheel off and check the tire and fixed it for good for me and the service that I went in for that morning was done very quickly and they even put in a part that was missing and didn't charge me for it these guys are great

Such a relief to find a mechanic I trust and am comfortable with. Pricing is fair. Quality of work is unquestionable.
