I had to get a tire for the rear of my bike. Floyd's cycle in Danville Ky was the only place around that was able to get me the tire I needed earlier than anyone else. They open at 8am, all other powersports stores open at 9 and were 2 or 3 counties away. They even had the size and brand that came on my bike from the factory and gave me a price that nobody, in store or online, could beat. My bike is a Kawasaki. They ONLY work on Honda, even to change a tire.Great customer service. The guy who helped me was friendly and found my tire fast.

Absolutely Great experience!!! Shane the owner and Andrew were great to work with. My biggest reason for buy with them is they don t charge all the extra fees for everything. Very simple and easy process. I would highly recommend !!!

Not a bad place to deal with. Could be more competitive on pricing. If your bike is over 20 years old, regardless if it's a Honda, they will not touch it. Especially if it's a Goldwing.

.Andrew and Mr. Floyd, this was probably the best buying experience i have ever had. I called and got approved, went down and picked my bike up next day. Floyd gave me deals on gear and free shirts. These days you can t buy anything with out a issue, very pleased to have supported this local business. Floyd s does it right.

Rode 40 miles to turn my motorcycle in for tube up and was told that they only work on Honda. Even through their website in the service states "And, yes, we work on competitive brands."

Service department is weak.! Gave me the wrong advice on a repair and won t mount a tire on my 22 Wing! Just terrible customer service!

Great place to find Honda powersports equipment and accessories! No pushy salespeople trying to make you buy now. Just friendly people to help you with whatever you need. Great selection of maintenance and repair parts too.

I just spoke with Shane on the phone. He answered promptly, was very polite and professional and is very easy to talk with. I work at Lexus and consider our customer service the best but Shane definitely exceeded my expectations. This is how customers should be treated.

Super helpful staff. Really felt comfortable and welcome. Stopped in looking for a used 50cc dirt bike for my son. They didn't have exactly what I needed that day, but they said they would keep their eyes open for me and call when something came in. Great inventory of bikes, ATVs, side by sides, off-road vehicles and tons of gear and accessories. I'll definitely be back!!

I drive a long way just to go to Floyd s. I could go to a dealership that is much closer, but they have earned my business. Friendly and honest. They have serviced my Big Red for years and I will only take it to their shop. I would only buy a new UTV from this dealership.

Honest, trustworthy motorcycle repair shop. Took my 2004 GL1800 in for scheduled 40k mile valve check, dated break master cylinder recall (wasn't giving trouble but they replaced anyway), and air filter. Like all shops the charge standard rates but reduced rate for overlapping items like no labor for new spark plugs since they checked the valves. They didn't push anything I didn't ask for. Great group of people.

Tried getting them to service my motorcycle with factory new tires and factory brake pads. They stated that they do not mount tires nor brake pads if purchased from somewhere else. I will take my service elsewhere.

Posting through my wife's name-I have bought 4 machines there ( starting in 1985) and had them do numerous service and parts-great place, if you buy used the machine will be like new-no junk there-good place to do business,
