I had a reservation to pick up a car today. I called weeks ago and asked extensive questions. I had asked if they accepted debit, they said yes, and asked if it would only be the total that I was seeing, they said yes.Today when I went to pick it up I was told that if I wanted to use debit I need 2 utility bills in my name and we don t pay utilities at our apartment and I wasn t told that. Then I gave them my credit card to run it and they told me there would also be a $300 deposit so it would be double of what I was told the total would be.I had called this exact location and asked my questions and was told the wrong information. Needless to say, I m livid.

when i arrived at the facility, I was met by Morgan who greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Although I have rented many vehicles before - the process at this enterprise was by far better than your competitors. I was asked which vehicle I would prefer and after i chose, taken to the vehicle for a review and asked if I needed any help with any of the many options it had on it. Definitely a pleasant experience and great customer service. Thank you for starting my adventure off with a positive attitude.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Danville, Kentucky, is the absolute best place to rent a car from. I have utilized their services a number of times for purposes including insurance, work, and leisure. Every single time, the staff at this location is exceptionally professional and accommodating. While all of them are great, the manager, Morgan B., is phenomenal. She runs the location flawlessly. I recently visited the location and she was the only one working. She had a ton of customers with several vehicles going out within a short period of time. Despite a few irritated customers, she remained calm and patient and got each customer on the road as quickly as possible. Notably, I observed a customer who had apparently been directed to return just before close. When the customer returned, the extra large vehicle the customer was waiting for had not been returned. The customer was scheduled to leave for vacation early the next morning. While I waited for my vehicle to be cleaned, I watched as Morgan went above and beyond to put the customer in another vehicle by calling a different location and so on. The customer left completely satisfied and I left completely impressed. Enterprise Danville is my "go to" for rental vehicles.

Morgan is great, I think the other dude was Wes - he was great too; but, Rick!?! Rick is easily five stars by himself - dude is courteous, responsive, patient, and the place is always busy but he has a smile for e'ryone even the impatient ones! And he has a decent sense of humor!

Rich at your Danville, KY location, although we had some issues on our side, was extremely helpful and got us into a car. He was very pleasant and patient with our circumstances

Very nice, efficient, and personable staff. They always communicate clearly about everything that is going on. They work very well with insurance companies, and are in turn very easy to deal with as a client. Definitely rent your car at Enterprise if you happen to be in need or visiting the area.

Was a good experience. The people were nice and very quick. There was no waiting picking up or dropping off. I had no problems with the car at all. I wish I had asked to have all the extra features of the car explained, so i could have used them. I would defiantly use them again.

I can t say how much this company has been a great help to me and I d recommend anyone who has a need of this type of service to use enterprise. Very friendly and very much great people who will help you by all means in which they can. At least the one located in Danville, Ky will they have three great personalities there who always have a great attitude and welcoming demeanor. Great people!!

Customer service was absolutely awful. I had a reservation for a month through my company s corporate account. Got there to pick up the reservation and the attendant said I had to have a utility bill to prove my address. My utilities are included in my rent so I brought in my bank statement along with other mail and my license with my address (which requires other verification). She was rude and said to have the electric or water bill changed into our name and come back. She did not offer any other methods and was not rude. I told her to cancel the reservation but still had to go online to cancel.

Did reservation online, wouldn't wait 7 mins after for us to get the vehicle we needed. I'd hate if a sale went over a few minutes because they would probably close the doors and not finish serving a customer

Had a pleasant experience with Enterprise in Danville, KY. Last minute change to add a day before my rental period so we could get an early start on vacation. The folks in the store readily helped me with this and matched my rate with the entire rental. Thanks.

I have rented vehicles from enterprise on numerous occasions.and have always been very satisfied with their service and vehicles. Because of their limited by staff on the weekend, i had to find a ride to pick up the suv. I needed a vehicle to seat 5. We couldn't find the middle belt......it was in an unusual in place. I did not like the vehicle......poor visibility, and bare bones compared to to others i have rented. I will use them in the future, and definitely be more specific in the vehicle i use.

Great service and very good rates. We rented a small SUV for a week ended up wit a brand new 2018 it was amazing and the staff at the office was very helpful wit making our reservations and holding it wit the same price even tho it was Christmas time we booked weeks ahead got a great rate and had no issues what so ever even got a discount on the deposit..... will definitely be using them again.

Rented a car from here and the process was pretty good overall. They claimed i dented the car i rented and were gonna charge me $300. I disputed the claim and left a bad review on here being very disgruntled as i was sure i did not owe. This is the updated review since they fixed it. They closed the case and did not charge me anything. I would rent here again. I would say though make sure to do a complete walk around of your rental an probley take pictures. Also if your told you damaged it and you dont think you did to contact them and conplain because they did end up fixing the issue for me.

I recently had a rental from my local Enterprise office while my car was having body work done. While I love the service provided, the cars seem to always be dirty. (I rented from Enterprise for a solid 6 months through work prior to the COVID Pandemic.). My recent rental, like almost every one in the past, smelled of cigarette smoke, so much so that even after having it for 3 weeks, it stilled smelled of smoke. The windows inside are also often dirty, covered in a hazy film.

Every time I rent the Enterprise staff make it extremely easy and I've never had an issue. The vehicles are always clean and ready to go. Returns are also made as convenient as possible.

I am new to the area and have rented cars all over the country for many years... like the other reviewers, I too was pleasantly surprised with the level of service provided by the Danville Enterprise location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and while rental vehicles are never cleaned as well as they should be, I got a very nice one for the price. I am very particular, and poor service would have caused me to drive further in the future to obtain my rentals, but I will be returning to the Danville office for all of my rental needs.

Because Enterprise is the 'only game in town' in the small town I live in, I am frequently amazed at the excellent service and personal attention when I need a rental car.I moved here from a metropolitan area and I have had to adjust to them not having an available car with no prior notice, (although they did have one when I had a flat tire and needed to be on the road right then). So, I've learned to check a few days ahead, especially on the weekends.But, my overall experience has been very good and reserving ahead is just a reasonable requirement to learning to live in and enjoy this delightful small town.

I've rented several times from Enterprise, Danville, and have always had a fine experience. Twice I've been offered a choice of cars and liked being able to choose something I'd never driven before. The staff have always been attentive and courteous. I will continue to rent from Enterprise, Danville, as my need arises.

I rent at our local Danville Enterprise about once a month. Our family has only have one car, so Enterprise often fills the gaps for us. They always pick me up and drop me off promptly and everyone has been efficient, helpful, and professional. I recommend them highly!

I only hive it 1 star because zero isn t an option. 1st I made my reservation online 2 weeks before time for me to get my car. On the day of my trip I go there and the don t have any cars. They said the only thing they have is a mini van. I told the employee that I had made a reservation 2 weeks ago for a standard car and I did won t a mini van. He called 1 or 2 other enterprises to see if that had any cars they all had nothin then he said he had a SUV that he forgot about. I told him I would take it but still wasn t happy about it. While doing my paper work he told me that since I was picking up the car so late that he would only charge me for 2 days. When I got my receipt emailed to me it was for 3 days. I then call the 1 800 number and they said they only do airport complaints that I needed to call the local office. When I called the local office a lady answered the phone and she couldn t help me with nothin. They have really bad customer service at the Danville office I wouldn t recommend them to anyone else.

Had an insurance claim I was working with a young woman at this location. 3 weeks later still no rental and the enterprise woman was extremely rude and insensitive to me on several occasions. Took my business elsewhere where I was setup with a car that very day.To the woman at this location, you really need to reevaluate why you re so unhappy and rude to folks who are literally dealing with a traumatic event. Choosing to be kind costs you $0

The number listed on Google maps was Not a local/ Danville number, I called the number at 2:50pm on the website and got a hotline that just took my phone number and said they would call me back in a few hours and let me know if they have a vehicle available. This is After I have been waiting since 9:30 am for the Enterprise in Shelbyville to get a vehicle ready. The Shelbyville location said call back at 2pm, I did, and all they said was they may be getting more vehicles today but they cant say when or what time. He said could be 5 minutes from now, it could be 6pm..but they close at 6pm. Great! This sucks! This all started when our car got wrecked and Allstate called and said we have a rental car ready for you at Enterprise for you to pick up tomorrow. A few minutes later, a gentleman from Enterprise called to confirm that they have a vehicle ready for me and asked that we pick it up around 10am. I called at 9:30 am to let them know I was on my way. And that's when everything went wrong. After calling them 3 times, to see if they had a vehicle yet, The Shelbyville Enterprise said we could try other locations to see if they had vehicles available. He said since you have a claim # from Allstate, any Enterprise should be able to pull up your information. So I started calling other locations because Danville was our destination and it would've been more convenient to pick up our rental car there.While I was waiting for the customer service hotline to call me about their availability I decided to call the Enterprise located at Bluegrass Airport, the process went a lot smoother, they gave me a reservation number, after the customer service rep said she had to let the Area managers know what was goin on...whatever that means...?.. so we headed towards Lexington, even though this was out of our way, and then my husband called the Danville location again, somehow he got connected to someone in their office instead of the automated hotline # that I got earlier, and the lady said they had plenty of vehicles, so we detoured, went through Lawrenceburg and then to Danville and got the keys and paperwork signed and was out the door in minutes. The only thing I didnt like was, although it was clean, the vehicle we were given had carpeting that was ripped and raggedy like a rats nest. But whose complaining at this point, its 5pm and were running out of time. The lady at this Danville location was very nice and took care of us really quickly. I appreciate that, especially after we had waited all day on the Shelbyville location, who didnt come through for us. I give 1/2-star to the Shelbyville Enterprise. And 5 Stars for Danville Enterprise location!!!!

I've rented several times from Enterprise, Danville to visit family in Minnesota. Several times I've been offered a choice of cars (once it was a brand new car) and it's fun to be able to choose something I'd never driven before. The staff has always been attentive and courteous even when I have had problems. I will continue to rent from Enterprise, Danville, as my need arises.
