We have purchased multiple vehicles from Jim Henderson. Honestly, he is the reason we shop at Bob Allen. He s personable, informative, and not pushy! He helps us find what we want and does not try to sell us on something else. We actually seek him out when we are looking to purchase a Nissan! We value his expertise!

I had to have a key made and have my vehicle towed to Bob Allen, it was a Nissan, I called AAA and within 15 minutes the tow truck driver shoed up, 15 minutes later we at the Nissan shop and within one hour I drove away from the shop in my Nissan.Everybody that I came into contact were extremely courteous especially in the shop. When I was in the military in the late 1960's aboard a naval ship when we excelled with accuracy on a fire control mission we earned a huge 'E" on the side of our gun mount for Excellent , I would award the Nissan dept of Bob Allen the same for their service to me.

Recall everything was fine but y all are slow we know you charge by a book but everything thing don t take the time you make people wait so that s a big problem I would never have my oil changed because it would take forever!!!

Jim was patient and thorough in explaining all of my options. After purchase he showed me all of the features of my car, in depth. He was friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured and was comfortable throughout the process. I appreciate Jim making the shopping experience easy.

Would have received an excellent score if they had checked my tire pressure. They inspected my tires, balanced and rotated but did check the tire pressure. I drove off with two low tires

I am based in TN so buying a car remotely could have been terrible. However, the Bob Allen staff made this process very easy. From sales to finance, signing to delivery, everyone was wonderful.Yes, I said delivery they actually brought my new car to me!!!Thanks Bob Allen for my early Christmas Gift!!

I called Bob Allen to see about issues I was having with my vehicle. After reviewing these issues with the .Bob Allen Team, The manager and Eric were helping me navigate processing and accepted my vehicle for review. A couple of weeks later, I was able to pick up my vehicle at no charge . It drove perfectly and the best part is that there was not any charge for their time, expertise or navigating solutions with the car manufacturer. Awesome customer service!!!

Brittney was my sales person and was was just terrific. Very pleasant and honest. She researched how I could put a hitch on the 2021 Rogue. She found a video and we watched it together. The manager worked with me to come to an acceptable price and trade in offer. Overall, a very good experience.

My salesman was Jacob Cooper. I found him very knowledgeable and helpful, including during my test drive with the Nissan Kicks. Negotiations were smooth and pleasant. I picked a color and trim that was not currently in stock and within a week my car was in your dealership and I was able to go in and conclude the purchase. I was impressed overall with how I was treated as a new customer by your company.

Don t understand why you can t get a car (Nissan) in for an oil change for 3-4 days at minimum. I called at approx 12:30 pm, sounded like the person had his mouth full eating lunch, he said they had an opening at 4:00pm on Friday. I said no, that was not good for me and he just said ok without even trying to find out what would be a good time for me next week etc. What has happened to our work ethics because this is not the 1st time I have received non-caring attitudes from Bob All Nissan ..May Bob doesn t care either!

You have made a customer for life. I live about 3 hours from this dealership but it was worth the 6 hour round trip trek to this dealer. I tried to work with my local dealers and had nothing but bad experiences. My sales professional Brittney Conder was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealer was extremely nice and helpful from the sales to the finance I couldn t ask for a better experience!

I had my engine replaced. I smelled oil in the car immediately after I got it. I took it in to get looked at. It was a valve cover gasket. The warranty they gave me didn't cover it. The engine should have been inspected before putting it in. A basic warranty covers a defective part. This is the third engine in this car. The original that blew up, the second on Bob Allen got wasn't any good and now this one with bad gaskets. Bob Allen cares more about making money than satisfying its customers. DO NOT GO THERE

Took a week for them to have my vehicle ready after the purchase (3 days longer than expected) non the less over all experience was satisfying. Highly recommend, Trevor Thompson went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle as quick and financially sound as possible!!

Service department was extremely rude both times I came in with an issue with my blower motor that controls heat and air. First time I had made an appt and promised a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival I was denied the loaner and told my warranty probably didn t cover the problem by the female employee (don t know her name) . The second time I came in someone that works there verified my problem before I ever went in to make an appointment. When I went in to schedule, Chase was rude and kept asking me exactly what the problem was. I had to agree to $130 diagnostic fee to schedule the appointment. After the service was performed, I was told warranty did cover the problem but I was charged $141.63 for oil change, tire rotation and 2 filters. I believe that price was outrageous and will probably get oil changes elsewhere from now on not only for a cheaper rate but to avoid the rude treatment from the department. Also, my car was not washed. I have only received 1 car wash out of all the times I ve brought the car in for maintenance and it wasn t done well. I do request that service every time.

I had my 2016 Nissan serviced at Bob Allen and was very pleased with the overall experience from going in to leaving. The Manager, Chase was very knowledgeable and went over everything they would do and then after the service went over all that was done and asked if If had any questions. Lisa was super nice and I was introduced to the gentleman that actually serviced my vehicle, Garrett. He was nice as well and very accomodating.
