I must give it up once again to exceptional service. This company outshined when there was no one in the area to help. They even outshined my service through my insurance agent. I can't thank Damon enough for beating the locals all the way from Cynthiana, KY to get me back up and rolling this last week after having a tragic death in Paris, KY. Also saving my mom from having an emergency, she is on oxygen and Damon got us up and rolling back home in like 35 min so we could replenish the supply. You are a good man Damon can't thank you enough and AAA for taking the time to help.

Been sitting on the interstate for four hours (with a three-year-old toddler and two dogs), Dealing with AAA to get a tire changed, was told multiple different companies would be coming out at different times nobody ever showed up and each company stated that they were never notified that the service was requested. Was reference Rick towing the answer. The phone instantly was able to get to me ASAP. Gave us multiple different options, depending on what the situation was. Super friendly and couldn t be more thankful for the service and the help.Service: Tires

Such a blessing to have these folks to call on. Anytime we are in a bind they show up and get us where we need to be. We are thankful for Ricks Auto and Recovery.

They are very prompt & courteous! When you call for an appointment, they get you in quickly. I have never had to take my vehicle back for more repairs because it wasn't done right. I would recommend them to anyone & I will continue to use them as long as I live in this area. Their prices are reasonable. Rock's Auto Repair is the place to go!!

I have used this place at least three times in the past. First two times excellent service the last time we used him he parked our car in his parking lot for a week and never got it in. Every time we would ask about it he would just keep making excuses how he fell behind. So if you have had a good experience with this guy I would not expect that all the time. If you have never used him before I would not I recommend bobs by the courthouse.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were really helpful and patient with me when my Ford broke down twice in one week... they towed me fast and efficient from my house and tried their best to fix my issue only to have it die again and I had to take it back to their shop. They found some other issues that no other mechanics could find as well and fixed them. They re really nice and I will be back in the future. It s hard to find reliable mechanics and know who to trust.

Dustin saved me from the side of interstate I 71 after a blow out. I was terrified and he was the kindest and so assuring. He even followed me 20 miles to make sure I got to a spot to replace the mini tire he had put on for me. Great service and a really good guy !!!Service: TiresService: Tires

June 3rd 2022, Rick s towing service had to tow my old car 2011 Chevy equinox from the spot I broke down on which was the middle of the road maybe 5 minutes from there shop to there shop & from there shop to crittenden automart in crittenden ky for $180, they were very nice & accommodating & courteous. They did a very good job & I would recommend them to anyone, thank you Rick & his wife

It only took them 35mins to get to me. They guy was very nice. They didn't even charge me for the extra mile. My suburban got from point a to point b with no problem. . They are awesome!!!

This was a company that toyota recommended for towing a car with computer issues to the dealer. This company broke a control arm on a 2020 Toyota Rav4. When a claim was put in they denied all responsibility. If i was you i would stay clear of this company. If they are this dishonest about this who knows how honest they are with actual mechanic work on a vehicle.

If I could give them more then 5 starts I would. Called them to tow a truck from Lexington to Cynthiana and they were there with in an hour and half and the price was very reasonable. The driver was very professional and a super nice guy. Would highly recommend then to anyone.

Took my vehicle here for repair and at the time of pick up there was a big crack in my windshield. Owner refused to take responsibility saying the crack was already there. When I dropped my vehicle off there was a tiny chip in the windshield that had been there for nearly two years, but it was NOT cracked. Owner suggested that I call my insurance because 'they should cover it at no cost'.

Took our daughters Jeep in for a heater core and it came back with a huge crack in the windshield and the coolant was not ever topped off.. they would not take care of the windshield and also said there was no warranty on the labor.. I would not recommend this company at all..

Call to have a car towed then trading the car off Forgot to call and cancel I called them back and apologize tried to pay them and they said it's all good I recommend them highly thank you

Took our Jeep to be fixed and it came back with a cracked windshield. The windshield was NOT cracked when it was dropped off and the owner refused to take responsibility or repair it. Take your vehicle there at your own risk.

Rick's Auto repair and Towing has had to come and tow my vehicle twice now thru my roadside assistance and BOTH times they came quicker than the ETA given, the person driving the truck has been friendly, compassionate, helpful, and informational about the issues with my car. And I felt like they made my problem a priority!! This towing company is the best in my opinion. So if you are broke down in the Cynthiana area or surrounding areas I strongly recommend them! I live in Paris, and even though they were in Cynthiana it only took them 20-30 minutes to get to me.

This outer shop is a excellent place to take your vehicle the people are friendly the place is clean the owner Rick is very nice and we'll sit and talk with you about your vehicle I like this kind of service I have no issues or complaints we will all ways take our vehicles back to Rick's Auto Repair
