My wife and I broke down halfway into our 900 mile drive in the early hours of the morning. My insurance covered a tow to a nearby shop, which happened to be J&J. Despite the early arrival and no pre-warning, they had my Audi up on a lift in minutes to help me diagnose the problem. Within an hour, we were back on the road and made it the last 500 miles home safely and without issue. I would highly recommend their service and if I unfortunately had another breakdown in the same area, I wouldn't hesitate at all to bring the car in.

Middle of February my truck would suddenly no longer shift into gear while stopped. It is a manual transmission. I was able to get it to Jerry that very same day and we worked out a plan to try to see if replacing the master/slave cylinder would fix the problem. Shortly after I left the truck in his hands he called me back to give me further information that the cylinder was definitely not causing the problem, it was the actual clutch. I greatly appreciated the fact that he informed me of this, even though replacing the clutch was quite a bit more expensive, in the end it needed replaced anyway and he was honest enough to tell me that rather than take my money for the cylinder and still leave me without a usable vehicle. I felt he was very upfront and honest about our entire interaction, the truck has been running for over a month now with no issues. I will definitely return to his shop in the future and I would highly recommend them to anybody that ever asks me.

After a few bad services at other shops my husband stumbled across J and J auto repair. He got us in today and had our truck running great today. We are going to be a repeat customer. Good prices and great service!

Great new business in Cynthiana provided quick and excellent service. J&J changed out the clutch assembly for my 2012 Camaro for a reasonable price and completed the work quickly. Car runs Great!!

If your in need of work done on your vehicle this is the place to go I called Jerry and told him my water pump needed to be replaced he said he would do it and in just a few hours it was done and done right thanks a lot Jerry
