The people were really nice reasonably priced and good service after I left this review I am going have to change it. Don't ever go to this place they are rude they said they fixed a problem with one vehicle and it wasn't any better. They couldn't get parts prices for another vehicle I took up there. They quoted one price and charged me another price and I broke down in their parking lot and they couldn't get to it for a week so I was going to fix it and he was rude and hateful and told me to get off his property so we did and we will never go back all he needed to do is tell us in a nice way that we couldn't fix it in his lot he didn't need to be rude and his receptionist told us we could fix it there before he jumped all over us. Don't ever go here..

My Hyundai Santa Fe had an issue which should have been covered under Hyundai warranty but, well that's a long drawn out story. Bob's Garage did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing this issue better than the dealership would have and at a cost less than the dealer wanted to just "look" at it. Highly recommend Bob'sUpdate 08/02/2023Having had the great experience noted above, I decided to take my wife's truck to Bob's. '12 Ford F150 developed an overheating issue, (and the AC quite blowing cold), that was diagnosed by a different garage some time ago (spare truck, no driven a lot). The information provided them was questionable at best but would have required, at best, a used engine. Because I'm a skeptic, I opted to remove the truck from the facility and keep checking. It is here that I recommend "Bob's Garage" rebrand themselves as "Honest Bob's Garage" because they found that the overheating issue was caused by a frozen brake caliper (strained the engine too much) and AC was a mouse chewed wire. Being in the position where they could've treated me as the other garage tried, I was out the door with the truck for, what I call, a pittance. I could not be happier that I have found an honest repair facilty. Bob's Garage IS the place you should use for your vehicle repairs. pitiful..paid the man to put a transfer case in my truck that he couldnt supply for nearly 5 weeks...the made excuses why my 4wd didnt work.wasnt willing to make it right..had to take the truck to another mechanic and spend more money and time to fix it..transfer case i supplied was good..everything in the front end was good but Bob couldnt or wouldnt fix it to where the 4wd eould work..you know..the whole reason for a tranfer case replacement is for the 4wd would work!!!!???? it ended ip being the motor on the new transfer case..if "Bob" would have said the motor was bad i would have paid him to replace it and get me going right..well the end result was i couldnt sell the truck the very next day because it wasnt fixed right...thanks Bob...
