It is much more affordable option and good. Recommend it if you are planning to do some shopping at Walmart for a while.We dropped the car 5 min before scheduled time but they finished it about an hour later.

Me and my wife got a flat on our way to our families for Thanksgiving. They got us in wicked quick and were fantastic. Highly recommend

The past few times I have been there the service at the counter and over the phone has been horrible. There is never anyone behind the counter and they are in no hurry to help even when the service button is pressed. Took over an hr to get someone on the phone. Had to call the main line to get them to page the service center. They were rude and seemed to be irritated that they had to do their job. Did not want to give me information on my phone about my vehicle. I get she may not have known but there is a nice way to let someone know that. After asking multiple questions only to get questions rudely asked back I finally was able to speak to the service tech. I was told that there was no issue with my tire losing air and it was because all my tires were under pressure and probably the temp change even though my tire pressure was down to 16 after filling it to 35 the night before. I had to refill the tire just to get it into the shop. They said they did a leak search and found nothing. Next morning tire was down to 20 again. The guys at my work were able to find the pin hole leak in under 10 min and repair it. I think Walmart saw that the tire was full and thought that there wasn't an issue. I was not charged and that's great but the fact that they could not find something so simple is very concerning to me. I'm not sure if it lack of experience or not wanting to work. I understand that people make mistakes and things are missed sometimes but because of that and the service at the counter I have decided I will not be returning to to Walmart service center again.

My go to place for oil changes. Fun fact, you can schedule an appointment online or in the Walmart app so you re guaranteed a spot for your vehicles needs and don t have to wait to be serviced!

I needed a tire replaced. I called and was put through to the auto center, but no one answered. I went anyway. My wife and I walked in with a curly haired guy that had on a Walmart uniform. Waited a moment to see if anyone would come to help. No.Pressed the service button. Was ignored. Finally left. Not a soul ever acknowledged me.

Went in to buy 12 gallons of oil. But only had 10 on shelf, asked for more. Without checking anything. They said that's it.

You pay for what you get. I have been here since 7:30 and they just got to my oil change. It's. 9:30. It's not worth the $45 dollars I saved by going to valorine or any other oil change company. Never again will I come to Walmart for automotive services. Horrible...

Super fast and friendly. I like that we can drop off our car and walk around Walmart while we wait. We went in the afternoon and asked for the basic package ($20), the guy must have misheard and gave me the ultimate package (I think $40) but when we picked up our car the guy had already left for the day and they only charged me $20. That was really nice of them!

Highly recommend this location for service. Michael was very professional and fast. I barely got out of my truck before he greeted me. I had a oil change and fuel system service done by the time I was finished shopping the store.

Never have enough help to perform jobs. Typically 2-3 hrs quoted or drop car off and pick it later. Needs more help. Paid for lifetime tire rotation and can't get in to have it done. When you do get it small work is fine. Not sure about the vacuum oil jobs and how well they do. Can't get my oil vacuum to work on all my cars so not sure if they can only get 2 quarts out is that all they change.

I went in to have new tires put on my Jeep, they didnt have the tire size I wanted, but got a tire ordered that I know I will be very happy with. Matt was able to find a good tire, at a great price, and it is expected tomorrow, I know I will be very happy to have new tires installed, by a team that works hard to make me, the customer happy!

Pulled up to bay door for an oil change and waited, and waited, and waited. Went inside to the waiting area and the place was empty; not a soul in sight. Had to go find a rep inside the store and she informed she would send someone back to automotive for me. A gentleman finally comes back and informs me they had to close the autocare center due to no one showing for work. It was 5:30 pm when I arrived and they were not scheduled to close until 7:00 pm. I wouldn t be writing this review if they had only put up a sign on the bay door or the door going into the waiting area or at least a sign at the counter indicating they were closed. Unacceptable.

The Wal-Mart in Crestwood is a great place to get your oil change. If you have a Ford Focus or an Audio your car is safe. The manager name Kenny is awesome.

They always have what I need and the staff are nice plus the place is very clean and well organized. But, they are always under staffed and running behind.

Super slow, long waits, hidden prices when you get tires...ends up being much more expensive than posted tire prices. Also, tires from Walmart aren't as good quality as tire shops.
