O'reilly's is a good store if you need anything for your automobile. The young man that helped me was extremely helpful. Tested several things on my vehicle for me and helped me figure out what it was that was actually wrong with it. I would recommend this store to anyone

Don t go here for wipers. Says free installation but the kid at the desk will say he would have to get a ladder to do so and then refuse to do it

On Saturdays they're hours says open till 9pm. However we went at 7pm and they were closed no sign of any workers. Not ok

Had to stop in to grab some tools for a project I was working on. I would normally buy my tools online (they're a bit cheaper), but I absolutely had to have the tools then and there.The customer service representative at the front counter had a good sense of humor. Very laid back, but very helpful and courteous. While the tools I needed (breaker bar and 1/2" extensions) were a bit expensive, the quality seems good and I would purchase them again if need be.

I bought a battery here and 50 miles later the car wouldn't start. It turns out that the bolt that holds down one of the battery cables was loose. I took it back to them and the guy who installed it told me that the bolt was stripped so he couldn't tighten it properly. Instead of telling me that I needed a new bolt he left it loose and 50 miles later it was so loose that the car wouldn't start. He should have told me that at the time but he didn't. Very poor service in my opinion. At least when I went back they let me borrow some tools so I could install the new bolt in their parking lot....

Stopped in with a check engine light. Will told me the issue and he was able to troubleshoot the issue and got it resolved with new spark plugs. He s very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place especially when Will is working. He knows his cars and you can trust him!

This store can make hydraulic hoses. They were unable to make mine because they didn't have the correct end fitting. But, they were courteous and recommended a place where I could get them made.

Sonny deserves a raise at crestwood he went over and beyond don't lose him as employees he did a fantastic job.Also store is clean no dust yeah give that man a bonus.or a week vacation.

Went to have my truck scanned the check engine light was on and running rough. They said they couldn't because of covid19 but that I could use theirs and gave ma a paper to write down the codes problem solved truck is now running great.

Don t come here if you value your time or money. The store is run by idiots, but good news is you won t have to talk to them much since they are more interested in their phones.

Decent store and stock. Always clean. Service can be lacking sometimes, but usually pretty good for a parts store.
