I ve used a few body shops in my life (that s never a good thing) and the folks at Oldham Collision Center are top notch. Nick was awesome to work with! He was honest and fair. He went above and beyond to understand what I wanted done and was super flexible with my needs and concerns before during and once the job was completed. The quality of work is great! The bumper cover was repaired and painted on a 12 year old car and the match is as close to factory (even with the 12 year fading) as you could ask for. I will continue to use and recommend this collision center in the future, let s hope it s only for small things lol.Thank you again Nick!Update!Oldham Collision Center is the place you want to have ANY body work done. I acquired my father s 2009 Cadillac CTS, yes it had some dents, dings and front grill and bumper damage. The front bumper cover was torn and the grill was cracked. Nick said he thought the bumper cover could be repaired vice purchasing a new one and just get a new grill and that should do the trick. I was worried the paint wouldn t match and the grill would look out of place on a 12 year old car. Nick let me know the paint match wouldn t be a problem and I feel he was 100% correct! I was so happy with the original work I had him fix the rear passenger quarter that the dent wizard, Dr. Etc. said he couldn t fix. Not only was the work top notch but Nick keep me informed of the progress and any changes. This company will not forget you once you pay the bill they have a lifetime warranty on the work they do and he has stood behind it! A++++ company!!!! I had a great experience. Was scheduled within a week of getting an estimate. Dropped my car off for some fender work, picked it up in the afternoon and it looks great. Art was very helpful and I would send anyone who needs work done to them!

I got T boned on the freeway a couple months back and damaged the front passenger side pretty good. They did excellent work with replacing that panel and rim to where it all looks brand new and much better than the other 3 wheel wells. It took a few weeks but it is a ridiculous waiting time everywhere (trust me I called several) and they were the most timely. Got us in quick for the estimate and beginning work, but took a little time getting some of the parts which is to be expected. They keep you informed all through the process which is really nice and very professional. I would use them again and in fact we are going to as we had a bout of bad car luck this summer and our van also needs some work (this one was my wife's fault but don't tell her i told you).Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

On the day I moved out of state, I unfortunately got into a car accident. Through my insurance I was referred to Oldham Collision Center and I was very satisfied with the professionalism, timeliness, and courtesy that was provided along with a great repair on my car. Nick was great at keeping my in the loop and providing an accurate window of when I could drive and get my car back. When the car was ready (about a week and half after the accident), I was so happy with how the repair looked. I was able to then drive my car 5 hours without any problems. My family and I have always had a great experience when using them for insurance claims, so I decided to take my car in to fix a few scratches and bumps that happened over the years. Nicholas sent me an estimate the next day and Art was there the morning of (way earlier than opening time, oops) and after the work was done they called me with an update. Because they weren't able to get all the dents out, Art said they wouldn't charge me because it wasn't their best work. They're so focused on doing great work, and want their customers to be happy that they sacrificed a profit. I highly recommend OCC to anyone!

We had an excellent experience with Oldham County Collision. They worked to handle our insurance claim quickly, and did a beautiful job repairing and matching the black paint to our car. It was convenient to have the rental car service right next-door.

These folks have repaired significant damage to my car on multiple occasions, and they always do an amazing job. Plus the convenience of being able to get a car rental while my car is in the shop without having to leave the building is unbeatable

Outstanding experience. The work was done as promised and on time. We had one small issue with the driver's side window, brought it back and Nick and his staff fixed it immediately. We highly recommend Oldham Collision Center.

I went in to get an estimate on getting bumpers repaired, spoiler holes welded closed, and the car painted.Oh boy, where to even begin, just avoid this place, the guy running the shop is a lunatic. I showed him the bumpers and he gives me an insane quote of $500 to repair the two and get them ready for paint. I also asked how much it would cost to have the car prepped and painted, I didn't have the car there so he refused to even give me a rough estimate, then tells me the car isn't worth it to him, the car is too old to be messed with, it's a 1991, and he's going to recommend someone else do it, cause he doesn't want the headache, or money apparently.So he says he's going to send me somewhere else and I said, "Sure, if you want to send business somewhere else, that's fine by me." And he loses his freakin mind. He gets in my face shouting and spitting about how disrespectful I am and starts waving the clipboard all over in the air. The dude is yelling and storming around in circles and just tells me to leave as he can't believe I would say something like that, while still yelling and waving his arms all over the place. He stormed off back into the office like a damn child who was told he couldn't have candy. I have no idea how this shop has the reputation it has, hopefully this review will change that, cause this guy is crazy. Avoid this shop, just go somewhere else where the owner isn't a lunatic.Looking at the Google reviews, you can see others have had the same experience with this guy.

We ve used Oldham Co Collision several times and have had a fantastic experience each time. The work is perfect and the customer service is top-notch. Wouldn t trust my car body repairs to anyone else!
