I was recommended to Christian Brothers by a person at Valvoline. Was very satisfied with my experience. Appreciated the free inspection. Jacob's straight assessment and guidance about whether to have my transmission replaced was also appreciated. I have recommended Christian Brothers to family.

You guys are unlike any other mechanic! The service is unmatched and the transparency treats customers with respect. I ve had the pleasure of interacting with Jacob on several occasions. He not only provided great service, but he is just an awesome human being.

Excellent customer service and kept informed every step of the way. Didn t feel pressured into accepting a service not needed. Being a woman, I m skeptical of bringing my car in for repairs for fear of being ripped off or paying for something not needed. They gave me the option of having done what I wanted from my diagnostic testing. I highly recommend them and they will always service my car if they can fix it!!

As a woman I m looking for a honest inexpensive automotive service professional that will explain what is need in layman terms. Christian Brothers Automotive are all of those things and more. Highly recommend by a friend, I really appreciate when I went with my daughter to have her brakes checks that they actually took the time to explain everything and did not try to sell her anything she did not need. So if you are looking for a honest inexpensive automobile service I highly suggest you check out Christian Brothers. Plus they offer a warranty on their work. I highly recommend them!

If I could do 10 stars I would, they went above and beyond for our family. We were in town for a family funeral and had a warming light come on. I looked up and saw the Christian brothers sign, it truly was God s providence that led us there in our time of need. They worked us in, drove us a few miles down the road to the funeral, and had us up and running again in 9 hours. We are beyond grateful for their service and the way they went above and beyond.

They gave a very detailed diagnosis with pictures and videos and the report had everything prioritized by severity. Very thorough with their inspection. They offered a shuttle service with 10 minutes from their shop. When I was picking up the car they even offered me a beverage for the road. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Really kind and trustworthy people and place! I had a tire/oil change and could not be more pleased with the service. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home while you re waiting and also offer a shuttle if you need a ride back home. Their customer service is outstanding! They even called me a couple days after we picked up our car to check on how it went. I like how they sent us an email with the detailed description with pictures of what looked good and what needed maintenance in the future. I also love there fair prices! My husband and I will never take our cars anywhere else.

I am praising God for breaking down WHERE I broke down with our @thegrovenky church bus yesterday. Did a Google search for nearby mechanic and found @christianbrothersauto with over 400 positive reviews. Their Google business page quoted that they operate under the value of loving thy neighbor as thyself. And boy was I blessed by that love. They let us leave the bus there overnight and blocked it in with cars to make it more secure. Found that it was safely drivable if they just disable an air compressor. And when I came back to get it, the invoice was $0.00. Since they didn t have to do a repair, and because they believed we broke down close to them for a reason, it was free. Jacob was so nice to me, offering me a beverage and help with lodging. Their shop was so clean. Everyone was so nice. I ve never seen or experienced anything like it. I just had to share this to give God glory for his providence and to tell the world about this awesome business. What a blessing!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always helpful, fair, honest, up front, and they strive to accommodate in every way. I especially really appreciate how they strive to work with and deal with my elderly father who can be a little tricky at times. Very professional and at the same time friendly.

Great experience. They allowed us to drop off a used car we were looking at purchasing. They went through in detail each area of the cars mechanical functions and brakes,tires, coolant , oil and so much more listing and recommending what if any next steps steps to take or cautions if further tests would need to be done.Definitely use again! Very easy to work with over the phone , through email etc!

Highly Recommend!! They called and explained every step of the process. Love the texting feature of keeping me updated as well! The comprehensive report that is emailed with the information of what was done, future maintenance, and pictures at the end is amazing. I can t say enough good things about my experiences with Christian Brothers automotive. The staff is always particularly pleasant. They take the time to explain everything such that I am comfortable that I know what is going on with my vehicle. I can directly say this whole team and staff offers top of the line work and service. Jason at Christian Brothers dedicated his time, research, and professionalism to help me with a serious transmission issue on my cargo van. It was a difficult repair for even the most skilled technicians, and Christian Brothers Auto was able to repair this and keep me updated as they went along. Fantastic service from Christian Brothers. They were able to determine the issue with our check engine light, install a new thermostat, and changed the coolant. Everything was reasonably priced and we had our van back in no time at all. They were very friendly and great to work with. This place and the staff that work there are awesome! I ve never dealt with a car repair company as honest and upfront as this one. Their prices are reasonable and they keep the place immaculate, even the workshop is spotless. Then, to make it even better, they ll offer you a complimentary cold soda or water. As long as they keep these standards I ll never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I d leave 10 stars if I could. As a woman driving across multiple states on my way home to Michigan on very little sleep, this place was a God send. I was worried of being overcharged as happens with females in auto shops often. The gentleman behind the desk got my vehicle in the back as soon as possible because I was driving home to Michigan. This Christian Brothers is in Kentucky and they were extremely busy. When I explained the situation to him, he had me car in the back being worked on very quickly and didn t overcharge me. He was absolutely fabulous. Customer service is so rare now. He explained everything very well and emailed me a detailed report as well. He updated me on every step, and was very, very kind. It made all the difference. The facility was EXTREMELY clean and welcoming. I ve never seen such a clean sitting area in an auto shop. But it was a very comfortable wait. I brought in my 98 corolla to have my wheels aligned and balanced. After the inspection was performed i recieved a call informing me that since my tires werent in the best condition, they would rather me wave off the wheel balancing since id have to get new tires soon anyway which would save me some money in the long run. CBA was very thorough and thoughtful about my investment, and I received several estimates and recommendations on service based on their inspection, and I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend these guys to anyone.Service: Wheel alignment

They gave a detailed summary of the issues and needed maintenance and a detailed quote and completed everything exactly as stated. Everything is running great now. They also followed up after the work was complete.
