Very fast and very reasonably priced.I got in a real pickle Friday evening, their recommended tow company got my truck over the weekend and the issue was diagnosed and repaired by Tuesday.

Bobby has repaired multiple issues for multiple vehicles. Each repair was not only done in a timely manner, but was reasonably priced and thoroughly explained. I have never experienced such efficient and courteous car service from any place. Thank you for being excellent!

Fantastic. Even being short an employee or two, they were able to replace my ignition coil in a day and get me back on the road. I'm from out of town, but wish that they were located where I'm from. We have taken all our vehicles here for service and we are totally satisfied. We even ran into one of our neighbors at C&W the last time we were there. The staff is very friendly and courteous with a comfortable waiting area. Repairs are done in a timely manner and there are no surprises with the bill. We are so grateful to have found such an honest and friendly repair shop.

Honest and reliable. Bobby and Jenn have repaired multiple vehicles, always working to get the best price on parts, finishing the work in a very timely manner. Bobby does great quality work. I highly recommend C &W automotive!

The team was honest and up front. My vehicle was repaired correctly, and sooner than I d expected. The communication was well above average. I feel like I got a great value. Will be my first call when I need repairs in the future.

I had a get me by sort of car. Bobby and Jenn kept me rolling until i was in a position to replace it. They got me in quickly and back on the road. Going over and above, they heard of another customer selling their car and i was able to jump into a reliable ride that i am still loving! Thanks guys!

Bobby was very friendly and most importantly knowledge about my car. He explained my car trouble clearly and simply and did not try to upsell me. (as I was over 200mi from home) If you have any car trouble at all around Crestwood, Ky there is nowhere better then C + W Automotives.

The customer service at C&W Automotive was professional and crystal clear. There was never any upselling or price gauging. They laid out the issues my Audi was experiencing and told me what it would cost to repair. These folks were nothing but kind and helpful! Not only were they honest, but they were fast! I was expecting the repairs to take a week at least, but they got it all done in one day! Can't say enough good things about them :)

So glad we have a honest Auto repair shop in Crestwood Ky..Got a recommendation from oldham Co collision center.(which i trust completetly).Nick at OCCC told me you can trust C&W.They where very honest with me about my problem and very reasonable.I highly recommend C&W and will be taking my car there from now on.Thank you C&W we needed you in Crestwood..
