Dave at Victory Battery is always helpful and prices are always reasonable. We go to him for all our battery needs (all sorts of batteries from watches, to pedometers to cars and trucks) Very reliable and knowledgeable

Ron was very helpful to me had to ship a cell phone back to Smartpay that was defective. Just to let know Ron all went well. Smartpay refunded me the contract cost of the phone sold to me new, and found out it was a refurbished cell from. Sold to me on a Smartpay contract from the Metro PCS store in Latonia, Ky.

I have been a customer for over 45 years. Every time I need their service it's always professional and courteous, thorough and quick, and friendly. Earl and Dave have always treated me and my family as old friends even when there are several years in between visits, its like a reunion of sorts and always come and go smiling. And their pricing is the best I know of and only exceeded by their quality technical and customer service. Please give Dave and his staff a try if you are not already their customer, if you know you know. What a class act all around, if you leave there unsatisfied i would be shocked and have to say that would likely be your own fault, but i truly don't believe they would want to let you leave unsatisfied and try their best to send you off smiling and satisfied, they are the best and no big box store can compare to their work and just how they treat people in general, their longevity in business and repeat customer base speaks for itsself louder than anything i can really say here, get down there and try to prove me wrong. I was having trouble finding an affordable battery for my truck yesterday. Went to this place and not only was the gentleman that worked there helpful with getting me a battery, he also put it in my truck for me and made sure I didn t have any problems. I was very grateful. I ve have used Victory Battery since I was 16 and started driving. I m 68 now, which tells you I began my dealings with Earl. I ve always had a good experience. The Wellers are very smart and know their business. Best of all they have good character and have always been honest with me. God bless you and your business.

Not only did I recieve a great quailty battery at a very affordable price, I was welcomed with top notch customer service and a little education as well. One time went in and had a good experience... the next time a year later went in and he was a d1ckk for no reason, almost laughed at me for a simple question that was totally rational. Oh well, he don't got much time anyways. Boomer. Place is a dump and in a horrible area.

Great service..great price. My girlfriend needed a new battery for her van. We made a few calls and Victory Battery had the best price with a guarantee. Not only that but they came outside to the van to take the old one out and put the new one in. Thank you

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The shop looks a bit run-down and disorganized, but don't let that deter you, because their prices for mobility scooter batteries were about the same as internet prices and lower than other larger chain shops in NKY. I would rather buy from a local mom and pop type store, if they have what I need.

This is a Wonderful Family, business! They fixed up the battery, for my bike. After charging my battery overnight, it worked perfectly. They have extremely fair prices, as well. I highly recommend this business.

Took my car to Auto Zone and the guy said i needed a new alternator but my battery was good. Went to advance Auto and guy said battery was bad and alternator was good. So my brother advised me of Victory Battery. The gentleman there did extensive test and showed me that in fact the battery was dead and the alternator was good. Best car service I've ever been a part of. He didn't seem like he wanted to just rush me away. He sold me a new battery for 40 dollars cheaper than those two places above with a 2 year warranty. I will go there for now on for any issues i have with my battery, starter, or alternator and you should also

This business offers batteries for everything and rebuilds and repairs alternators starters and generators.Victory Battery has batteries for everything. wrist watch. car and home remotes. home alarm systems. emergency lighting batteries and fixtures. They also have your AA,AAA, C's,D's,9volts and more.

Honest and best place to have knowledge and fairness being treated to a customer. Been taking my vehicular battery needs to Victory Battery for close to a decade now. Never had an issue with any of their batteries or battery accessories.
