Jeff was amazing! Got me in right away and really took his time to show me the problem and how he was going to fix it. It was really refreshing to find a reliable & cost friendly place especially since I am new to the area. Thank you!!!

This shop is the best.They're quick, communicative, well priced and provide options for price v longevity of fix. They've fit me in same day (from car wont start to flat tire on the highway) and somehow continue to extend the life of my 2008 volvo.I can't recommend enough.

Very timely and affordable. A good place to get an alignment if you do the parts work yourself and need a professional to get you straight again. I just, after way too many years of neglect, rebuilt my entire front suspension. Big box guys (Firestone, TD, etc.) super do not like not getting their ridiculous parts and labor and wouldnt touch it without replacing parts I know were brand new. This local shop is there to help and they really did a fine job on my vehicle. And very affordable as well. Full computerized report of all my caster, camber, and toe. Two thumbs up; would have vehicles aligned there again. Seem like hinest folks that are there to help and not rip you off. In my experience, anyway...

The owner of this shop is great. I was locked out of my blue Telsa rental...first time driving a Tesla... The Hertz rental car co. & Tesla bith let me down. AAA even came out and they let me down too. After 2 hours of waiting, the owner of this fine establishment came out, "without me even asking for his help" and unlocked the car. Who knows how long I would have sat out there without him. Great guy, great shop, and definitely deserves 5 stars. THANK YOU!

They discriminate against mothers with babies in strollers. I went to walk in with my infant daughter and the man and women working rudely yelled at me not to bring her in with the stroller. How strange, I m surprised they can even do that. Don t give this business your money, they charge too much for everything anyway. Go a couple blocks up the road and spend it somewhere that values their customers more.

Came in less than an hour before closing on a Friday and had to replace the tensioner on my truck. Came back and the part was there on Monday. They did all they could to accommodate my schedule and make sure I was good to go. Great service and great team!

First, understand that the store and the service station are run by different folks. The service center is awesome. Rather than spending $800 on a factory trailer hitch for my car, I ordered one from Etrailer for $185 and had Ron s install it for $150. That included modifying the fascia to accommodate the hitch. Did a perfect job and looks like a factory job. I didn t need power, just a hitch for a bike rack. Highly recommend! The store is another matter but the service side is great.

Not sure his name, the owner of the gas station, is a horrible miserable person. Was calling customers bit*hes, extremely racist, the store was so unclean, and kicked a elderly man out screaming at him because he tried to pay with an American Express and said we don t take American Express bi*ch strike 2 and if you re wondering what the first strike was, it was because there was a water fountain and he wanted to charge him for taking a drink so he didn t drink it, which he considered that strike one and said they don t give handouts also went on about the injustice in America. This place needs closed immediately.

I have taken many vehicles to many different shops, and this is my go to place if I don't require dealer specific work. I've had lots of brake work and some other things done and every time I know I'm getting a fair price for great work. Dealers charge way too much, and other places might be a few dollars cheaper but use inferior parts or do poor work. I have never been unhappy with taking any vehicle there, and I've taken three different vehicles there for a total of almost ten visits! Jeff explains what is needed and treats me well.

For car service, read this!Been bringing my cars here since 2015...good people here who do good work, at a good price. Trusted them with 3 cars, and will continue to do business with them. Thank you for getting my wife back on the road, safely!Please don't confuse the convenience store reviews with the repair shop. Good guys work there.

Best mechanics you could ask for. Jeff and Danny are knowledgeable, fair, and so helpful with automotive maintenance. Truly a gem in keeping my car running like new! They will always point you in the right direction of why needs to be done and trying to help plan upcoming maintenance so you re not left with a huge unforeseen repair. We will always take our vehicles to them for all our service needs!

Absolutely horrendous gas station. I got a flat tire, and the machine only takes quarters and the lady working the cash register wouldn't even make change with a dollar. Also the gas is always 20 cents more then the other gas stations if you drive a quarter mile down the street. Don't waste your time or money here.

Walked into this store and tucked my shirt in, was confronted by clerk who thought i was stealing. He came around the counter and yelled, "FU@&ING REALLY!?" I've never stolen anything in my life so i had no idea what he was talking about. After reviewing the camera, this hothead acted like he was wanting to fight me, then the manager came out and defended the clerk by saying i look like a thief. Poor professionalism. Very embarrassing to be put down like that.

Credit card at the pump doesn t work and hasn t worked every time I was there. Inside you have to pay an amount, so you can t fill up unless you overpay and want to come back inside. Poor service and poor facilities. Wish they had their act together, but after a few years I now give up on them.

Was just at Ron's and one of the workers used the N word towards another customer. I do not recommend, terrible service

Service Center is great. Dropped my car off at 3am when it wasn't running right, they worked on it that day and it was ready by 5pm, all for a very good price. Nice people.

Seriously impressed by this little gem! Several basic necessities that were neatly and cleanly organized. Had exactly what I was craving (V8) & I grabbed the softest, freshest CowTail candy I've had in years!

If anyone in authority is reading this review please note that this place doesn't have a restroom. Find it very difficult to believe that a gas station can operate without a public restroom when they're serving food.

Honest, experienced and fair mechanics. As a woman, I've never felt mistreated when I've brought my vehicles here for service or repair. I highly recommend Ron's Sunoco.

I understand that this covered got everybody scaredBut there are some people that is medically Justified not to wear these masks and you still refuse service Even when you're not wearing the mask properly do if u cant wear a mask dont give them your money

This shady looking gas station has a change machine that gives you 75 cents if you put in a dollar! I find that hilarious so I'm giving them 5 stars.

Ron's gas station the one on 4st and Greenup in Covington the guy that's working the register is very rude and makes threat's to customers he works in the evening he doesn't want to do his job the way it is supposed to be done I want something done about it
