Took my Ford F-150 here after the rear end was damaged. Josh gave me an estimate for the work and we talked about when would be best for me to drop it off. Not only did they stick to the discussed timeframe, they kept me in the loop throughout and their estimate matched the invoice. Also had a pleasant surprise and found the truck detailed upon pickup. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend RiverCenter Collision! They are hands down one of the best places I have ever used! The front end of my Lexus was totaled. Though it took an extended period of time to get in (worth the wait!) and get the repairs finished, they went over and beyond taking care of me. It was fixed beautifully, they handled the car rental for me and dealt with the insurance company to make it easier. Sydney and Tim treated me like a total VIP customer! We had our Lexus RX 350 here for some minor body work. We had to take it back because they had originally told us the work was complete (bumper clip replacement) and only later did I realize they hadn't even done the work. We took it back and they called us saying it was ready. It was not. They had to go back a third time to do the repair. We did receive a full refund for the work because of the inconvenience and terrible experience. We won't be returning here for any body work needed in the future. I'd rather go out of the way than have to deal with this place again.Another suggestion, have some landscaping done, the place is overgrown with weeds! How you maintain the property is a direct representation of the business.

We had to have our vehicle repaired after being in an accident that wasn't our fault. This was the first time either me or my boyfriend had any type of insurance claim, auto or otherwise. The contact ladies, Gabby and Sidney, were AMAZING! They were supremely knowledgeable and helpful and took so much of the stress and anxiety out of the situation. They even had answers to replacement rental questions despite this being provided by an entirely different business. I absolutely recommend River Center Collision for anybody needing repairs involving insurance, ESPECIALLY first timers.*One small issue I feel compelled to note although not deduct from my 5 star rating...Although it is most likely an issue with the suppliers and supplies, the job is technically not completed and the right part(s) are unavailable so there has been a significant delay and even some miscommunication, misunderstanding, and inconvenience as we await the final completion of the work needed on our carService: Body & Trim

Great experience overall. Kind, friendly staff. Quick to get in and quick turnaround. Response on progress on repairs was quick. Heard back from the shop with any answers to questions I heard. My door and quarter panel was crumpled badly when I was smashed by a truck. I thought for certain that the door would never be the same. After Rivercenter Collision worked their magic, I can't even tell that my car was ever in accident.They were reasonably priced and worked everything out with my insurance without my involvement. I wanted to work exclusive through email so I wouldn't be interrupted during my work day and they honored my request. I would absolutely go back for repairs.

Everyone here was a pleasure to work with, especially Gabby. I was in a minor fender bender and she made the entire process so easy for us! Great explanations, advice and communication. I hope I never need to visit a body shop again but if I do this is my place!

Do not use this place. I had minor scratches and scuffs, and it took them 10 days to do the work. They never called me with an estimate and I had to call them over two days later and was told it was pending approval. The lady apologized and said they should have called. I approved it and then the work is not that good either, there are still scuffs on some of the plastic. I ask for a discount because of the inconvenience and Dallas laughs at me. I will tell the local advisory Uber and Lyft's board not to use this place plus Cincinnati's local LGBT pride newsletter to do the same. Just poor service all around!Service: Painting

I can't say enough good things about Rivercenter Collision! After my rear bumper cover fell off, the Lexus dealership next-door referred me to Rivercenter Collision. The whole process was way above anything I expected, from the quick initial estimate, to working with my insurance, to communicating clearly with me, to returning my car in mint condition. The manager, Rich, and Lindsay, were very professional, attentive, and friendly with me. Rich went to bat for me to include as many repairs as possible and allowable under the same deductible from my auto insurance claim. They even fixed for free something that broke inside my car, which probably wasn't their fault. I highly recommend them for quality work you can trust! Thank you.

Never thought getting my car repaired could be this easy after an accident. They worked well with my insurance company making sure everything that needed to be repaired was fixed. They communicated with me letting me know what was happening. And when I picked up my car they went above and beyond with cleaning the interior.

Love this place, sure..it is a bit pricey THAT said, if the phrase you get what you pay for, Lexus meets every expectation regarding that saying. I don't think I'll ever deviate from them.

A body shop you can trust Trust that you will not get any follow up call,, text,, or email.. Trust that the repair won't be done correctly the first time. They painted my black Mercedes S550They told me it would be shiny and glossy when I picked up my vehicle it had swirled buff marks on the hood and doors and there are dirt specks under my clear coat I have been calling for a month and a half being patient and trying to get this resolve they said that a manager will be calling me well that was a month-and-a-half ago and no one has yet to reach out to get this problem solved
