What a great experience ~ I search for a few Lexus for my 86 year old Mom and we worked with both Mitchell and Anton on the sale. From start to finish the process was smooth and not stressful. Hannah was great too!We are a Lexus Family and we highly recommend one of you don t already own one!! Look either one of these guys up!

Great customer service from beginning to end. Genna was great staying in contact during the purchasing period and answer any questions. They also took the time to go over all the features of the car when I picked up. After only two days, I received a call from the sales manager to make sure everything was as it should be. Highly recommend Lexus RiverCenter!!!

If there was a 10 star rating I would definitely give it to this dealership! This is not my 1st time purchasing a car from them. I bought one last year and that itself was an amazing experience. I recently got into an accident that wasn't my fault. My car was a total loss and it was a nightmare trying to fight insurance companies. While things weren't making sense and the process wasn't fair trying to win my case while I wasn't at fault, these people took care of me and put me under their wing and treated me like family! I walked in to explain the accident situation and I walked out with a new car ! Thank you Anton for greeting me at the door and hearing my story and taking care of me. And CASEY!! Sales manager. Happened to be the same person that sold the first car last year.. if I can make a trophy for you !! He came back and overwhelmed me with his blessings and worked his magic! Last but not least Beth in Finance thank you so much!! Same lovely lady that closed my deal both visits she was absolutely wonderful! Will be back to this dealership and will recommend to everyone i know!

We went in to compare different shades of paint colors and review inventory, with no intent to purchase. However, when Anton showed us two vehicles we had our eye on, we decided to talk numbers. He was never pushy and only gave us information we needed/requested to make a decision for ourselves. The whole team was incredibly helpful, polite and honestly made the purchase experience fun. This is our second purchase from Lexus RiverCenter and we will continue to be clients for years to come. Thanks to Kelly, Casey and Anton! Top notch service!

This is my first Lexus. I have had my new car for a little over a week and have enjoyed the entire experience from purchase to follow up to service. I took my car in for the ceramic coating earlier this week and Hannah took such great care of me. She secured a loaner for me, showed me how to use it, communicated with me about the progress of the service and did it all with such professionalism. I have never been brand loyal or received service like this with any other car company/dealership, but I am now! Highly recommend.

I strongly wouldn t recommend this dealership at all. I have the worst experience buying luxury car in here.I bought L-Certified 2018 Lexus RX350 on Memorial Day weekend.L-Certified means next to Brand New.Salesman didn t show any features or explain nothing. He just brought that car to lot & just stand. He didn t do anything. We just checked by ourselves. He doesn t deserve any commission or anything from us.Next day when we went to get the delivery of that car, they just handed only one key for L-Certified car. Next day I called salesman about 2nd key & he said that s what & all I get. Then I talked to one of the manager about 2nd key & I litterally fought to get 2nd key. & also for floor liners. They did sent both of it in mail. Then I also found the panels under the driver seat goes in front & left (where are the switches to adjust the driver seat) were broken. Can be seen in photos attached. I called & talked to same manager twice about broken panels under seat. Both times she said salesman & other manager will get back with me. No one got back with me so far. Then I fixed those panels, which cost me under $600/-.That s why I strongly wouldn t recommend this dealer. They just want your money & interesting in your money. They don t provide any customer service or support. That ll.If you have to go to this dealership for really really cheap price, make sure you thoroughly check the vehicle & also make sure you see & get 2 keys.Because there is shortage of chips, they trying to give you only one key.Also, make sure you get everything what you been promised. Like they told me that they took floor liners off the car, because that car was in process of detailing. When I took the delivery of that car, there were no floor liners. Also, check the invoice thoroughly & verify what this dealership collects from you, they pay accordingly. I am still verifying.Specifically, this kind of salesman doesn t deserve any compensation from you buying cars from this dealership.Answer your question is BIG NO.They haven t get back with me.They exactly know what they sold me.This dealership is Money Oriented.Not Customer Oriented at all.Made one of the biggest mistake to go to this dealership.Hope you don t make that mistake.This dealership is Pathetic.October 25, 2023 WednesdayGood Morning. KellyThanks for contacting me after 5 months. Who would wait to resolve or to get response for 5 months ?I contacted Nikki Leper 2 times in June of 2023. Both times, she said some of the managers will contact me. So far no one had contacted me & you did after 5 months. The sales person was so rude, even he should not get a single penny from selling me a car. This dealership knew exactly what are they selling me. That s why they didn t respond or resolve immediately. & waited for 5 months.I already have repaired the panels shown in pictures. I spent close to $600/- to repair those panels.Now, I don t know what are you going to do.BEWARE of this dealership.Even this dealership does not deserve A Single Star Review.

Professional Sales process from start to finish. Even when my salesperson had multiple people she was assisting, I felt appropriately serviced. Lori is knowledgeable, easy to work with and not pushy or dishonest.This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. My first was pre-owned and my second was new. I would recommend Lori to anyone looking to buy from Lexus. Excited to see the new facilities.

A couple weeks ago on November 29, 2023 I came in to test drive a Dodge Challenger SRT 392. After arriving to the dealership I was introduced to a salesman named Solomon, he sat me down at his desk, said he was going to make a photo copy of my ID and was gone for close to an hour. Upon his return he had the car and a test drive form for another customer and had to reprint the form with my name on it. Almost immediately after I drove the car off the lot an engine temperature warning came on so I turned the car around to bring it back. I lifted the hood and the car was smoking because the coolant reservoir was completely then Solomon had a service manager come out and look at the car. The service manager Jordan advised me that they cannot sell me the car in the condition it was in and they would let me get first dibs on the car after it was repaired. Solomon also told me he d give me regular updates. After leaving the dealership I hadn t heard a word from either of the men that told me they d reach out for a couple of weeks. I called back some time last week and a salesman informed me that they were waiting on a radiator and they would let me know as soon as repair was complete on the vehicle. I call back today and I m sent around to 3 different salesman for them to finally tell me they sold the car on Monday, December 11. I did not hear 1 word from anyone at Performance Lexus that the car was serviced or that it was sold. I then am unable to reach a sales manager to speak to, I just keep getting sent to a voicemail. A complete show of unprofessionalism and lack of care for their client base.

Exceeded all my expectations! I reached out to them after seeing a vehicle online and Sean immediately reached out. He was very patient, answering all my questions, and very transparent about the vehicle. The purchase experience was seamless, everyone was genuinely personable and the whole process was quick and easy. I couldn t drive the vehicle home same day so Sean offered to deliver it to my home, which isn t necessarily a big deal, unless you live 90miles away which I do. He scheduled a day and time and delivered my new vehicle as promised. I couldn t be happier with the service at Performance Lexus River Center. Was beyond expectations from beginning to delivery of my vehicle. Thanks Sean!

I get both mine and the wife s car serviced at LRC and Hannah always does an excellent job! Whether it s keeping me updated on progress, providing a loaner, or working on parts difficulties on my behalf. Her and Cole the tech always make sure the car is serviced and repaired properly and swiftly. They re amazing!

Worst car buying experience in over 25 years of buying cars. It's quite clear that the toxic sales environment begins at the very top with the General Manager and the Sales manager. We arrived ready to buy a used car for our teenage daughter after making the long drive from Dayton, OH. Unfortunately, the car wasn't ready for us despite confirming the appointment before leaving but the salesperson was quite pleasant and worked quickly to get it ready. We test drove the car and really liked it. Unfortunately, this is where the sales manager and entered the picture, who treated us with a level of disinterest I had never experienced before at a dealership. One would think that they had no interest in selling cars given the manner in which we were treated. What should have been an easy and pleasant process quickly became high pressure and rather hostile.The General Manager Kelly subsequently became involved and made it clear that condescending culture began at the top. As we could tolerate no more mistreatment, we left and bought a car at Audi Cincinatti instead. We loved the car they have but no amount of mistreatment is worth dealing with their team. If you want a car they have, ask one of the other Performance dealerships to transfer it, simply to avoid dealing with them.

Bought a 2010 used Lexus IS250 cash from here 2 years ago and the car was amazing zero major mechanical issues. Only problems I had outside of regular maintenance was a new battery and a brake sensor. Would still have it if it wasn t for a car wreck. Excellent in my book for a cash as is deal. As good as the car was the service is 4x better. It s goes with out saying the quality of their work. A1 service and everyone is so nice. Above all though they treat you with dignity and respect and make you feel like your more then a sale. That s coming from a guy who buys old used Lexus at this point. Can only imagine what the treatment is going to be like when I drop on one of those $100,000 joints. If the treatment is exactly the same that s even better! I d recommend this dealership to anyone the price is more than worth! The help and support I just received from them over the past week over a car I didn t even buy from them. Just shows how much they truly care for their, I m going to call it clients. Because when I deal with them I don t really feel like a customer it s something different. But anyways thanks Lexus river center. Glad there are still are honest companies in the car business.
