P & R is where you want to bring your vehicle for repairs. They made my damaged 7 year old car look and function as if it was brand new and saved me a lot of money in the process. They were very transparent and answered all my questions.

P & R are one of the few shops with incredible integrity. They did absolutely amazing work on my Volkswagen, after another body shop did a hack job. They treated my car and myself with the utmost respect. They make sure you are not being overcharged for work done and are completely transparent. They had my car back to me in under 5 business days. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me and my vehicle. I made a rookie mistake and used a SOS pad to attempt to get some tree sap off the roof of my car. I got the sap off but also scratched my car up pretty bad and removed some of the clear coat. I was sick to my stomach all night and came in to P&R first thing in the morning because it was closest to my house and on the way to work. I m thankful I stumbled upon them because they were able to buff it out and it is as if it was never there. They were reasonably priced and saved me potentially hundreds if not thousands having the repaint. I would highly recommend using them with any paint and body issues with your car. Lesson learned: DO NOT USE SOS PAD ON YOUR CAR!Service: Body & Trim

P & R came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Ron is who I worked with both times I was there and he is very professional and honest. They do quality work at a good price. Repairs were quick and done right. Courteous staff. Only issue is they left the interior a little dirtier than when I gave it to them, but they did give me touch-up paint for future purposes.

I can't remember how I found P&R, though I'm glad I did. I believe it was when the air in my car went out and I asked my insurance for a recommendation because I was new to the area. Well, they fixed my air in my car, and have since worked on two other cars for me. They are professional, with prompt service and their estimates are super reasonable. They have washed and waxed my car, and it always looks better than it did when I left it to them. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they nice, as a woman, I don't feel like I'm being talked down to or taken advantage of, which is rare with mechanics. I'll stick with them as long as I own a car.

The auto repair looks perfect on my Subaru baby. The auto body mechanic was very friendly as well. They also cleaned my car before I picked it up which was super awesome. Thanks P & R, I love you ! :)

Absolutely recommend. The folks at P&R always do an outstanding job but that's not why I continue to come back for all my repairs. The reason I come back is, I can tell that everyone of the team members cares that the best job is done every time.

Easy, fast, friendly service!! My car looks brand new after their repair of a minor paint patch missing on my bumper! Will use them again as my first option if needed again! Highly recommend.

Came here for a quote because they are a USAA verified company and was not disappointed. The staff (especially Angie) were helpful, prompt, and honest. Would recommend them if you need auto work done through your vehicle insurance.

Friendly, professional staff took time to explain the repairs needed to my car. Also helped me with a couple of minor things unrelated to my accident for a very reasonable price. My car came back looking like brand new! Thanks P&R!

I took my van here for simple body work, and when I went to pick it up, the mounted 24 inch flat screen tv had been ripped from the molding and stolen. Either way, the tv was stolen under their care and I would not recommend this place if you want your car to be whole when you pick it up.

Brought my Mercedes in for an Estimate and was taken care of promptly and courteously. Extremely reasonable, and made my repair no hassle for me whatsoever. I would strongly recommend P&R.

Did a great job repairing my car after a semi tried to make a convertible out of it. Car could definitely been cleaner when I got it back but the sub contractor that installed my window messed up the rubber gasket and they replaced it immediately.

I called for an estimate. Angie insisted that they go by my previous estimate and deal with the insurance company, which I already settled with, yada, yarda, yada. I just want a good, honest estimate. A minor accident, which they don't know that because it's like pulling teeth trying to get that. Guess they've had their share of problems with people but didn't seem like she wanted my business. Guess they're busy enough. They're not the only game in town. I'm going elsewhere.

I accidentally unplugged my headlights to my car and couldnt figure out how to plug it back in everyone I went to told me I had to wait tell the next day or that they couldnt do it, But I didnt have time to let my car sit somewhere for a whole day I work at night and needed it replaced immediately..... brought my car to P&R and they fixed my car right up the day i brought it in, only took around an hour or so thank you so much P&R
